V praxi sa to prejav\u00ed napr. t\u00fdm, \u017ee budete ma\u0165 v\u00e4\u010d\u0161iu sekr\u00e9ciu sl\u00edn a tr\u00e1viacich \u0161tiav (je to pozit\u00edvne). Kofe\u00edn preto aj napom\u00e1ha chudnutiu a to ve\u013emi \u00fa\u010dinne.<br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\n<strong>Ako kofe\u00edn p\u00f4sob\u00ed na mozog<\/strong><br \/>\r\nKofe\u00edn je antagonista na hlavn\u00e9 inhibi\u010dn\u00e9 glyc\u00ednov\u00e9 receptory v mozgu. Kofe\u00edn po laicky povedan\u00e9 urob\u00ed cel\u00fd (doslovne naozaj cel\u00fd) mozog viac akt\u00edvnym bez nejak\u00fdch riz\u00edk.<br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\nAntidepres\u00edvne \u00fa\u010dinky kofe\u00ednu s\u00fa ve\u013emi siln\u00e9. Napom\u00e1ha k u\u010deniu a plneniu \u0161kolsk\u00fdch \u00faloh. Napom\u00e1ha k s\u00fastredeniu sa pri medit\u00e1cii.<br \/>\r\nA siln\u00fdm antidepres\u00edvnym \u00fa\u010dinkom kofe\u00ednu sa podie\u013ea aj zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e1 aktivita adrenal\u00ednov\u00fdch receptorov. Kofe\u00edn zvy\u0161uje aktivitu adrenal\u00ednov\u00fdch receptorov nepriamo na b\u00e1ze antagonizmu na adenoz\u00ednov\u00e9 receptory (existuje vedeck\u00e1 \u0161t\u00fadia, ktor\u00e1 hovor\u00ed, \u017ee adenoz\u00edn je antagonista na adrenal\u00ednov\u00e9 receptory).<br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\nNako\u013eko je kofe\u00edn antagonista na adenoz\u00ednov\u00e9 receptory, \u017ee zni\u017euje penetrovanie ka\u017edej psychoakt\u00edvnej l\u00e1tky do mozgu (vr\u00e1tane nikot\u00ednu, alkoholu, psychiatrick\u00fdch a neurologick\u00fdch liekov), \u010do v praxi znamen\u00e1, \u017ee zni\u017euje \u00fa\u010dinky ka\u017edej psychoakt\u00edvnej l\u00e1tky. (existuj\u00fa vedeck\u00e9 \u0161t\u00fadie, ktor\u00e9 hovoria, \u017ee l\u00e1tky ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa adenoz\u00ednov\u00e9 agonisty, napom\u00e1haj\u00fa penetrova\u0165 ka\u017edej psychoakt\u00edvnej l\u00e1tke do mozgu).<br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\nKofe\u00edn by sme mohli nazva\u0165, ako l\u00e1tku ktor\u00e1 \u00fa\u010dinkuje presne opa\u010dne ako alkohol &#8211; zjednodu\u0161ene a zov\u0161eobecnene je to naozaj doslovn\u00e1 pravda. Alkohol je agonista na adenoz\u00ednov\u00e9 receptory (plus m\u00e1 aj in\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky), kofe\u00edn antagonista (prejav\u00ed sa to hlavne na krvnom tlaku). Alkohol je agonista na najv\u00fdznamnej\u0161ie inhibi\u010dn\u00e9 receptory, kofe\u00edn je antagonista na tie\u017e inhibi\u010dn\u00e9 receptory (GABA), ktor\u00e9 patria medzi najv\u00fdznamnej\u0161ie a najviac zast\u00fapen\u00e9 v mozgu. Jednoducho povedan\u00e9 alkohol zni\u017euje aktivitu cel\u00e9mu mozgu a kofe\u00edn zvy\u0161uje.<br \/>\r\nKofe\u00edn by teoreticky mal v\u00fdznamne blokova\u0165 \u00fa\u010dinky n\u00e1vykov\u00fdm antidepres\u00edvam benzodiazep\u00ednom-sedat\u00edvam (na b\u00e1ze menej priameho mechanizmu). Sedat\u00edva s\u00fa agonisty na inhibi\u010dn\u00e9 receptory (GABA).<br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\nKofe\u00edn kombinova\u0165 s konope, nemus\u00ed to by\u0165 naj\u0161\u0165astnej\u0161ie rie\u0161enie, lebo THC aj kofe\u00edn s\u00fa antagonisty na ve\u013emi bohato zast\u00fapen\u00e9 inhibi\u010dn\u00e9 receptory, \u010do v praxi m\u00f4\u017ee cel\u00fd mozog dosta\u0165 a\u017e do prehnane silnej aktivity. Kto m\u00e1 nejak\u00fd sklon k epilepsii, tak by to nemuselo dobre dopadn\u00fa\u0165. Na druhej strane kombin\u00e1cia oboch l\u00e1tok m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 dos\u0165 zauj\u00edmav\u00e1 a m\u00f4\u017ee v\u00fdznamne a vidite\u013ene zmeni\u0165 celkov\u00fa charakteristiku psychoakt\u00edvneho efektu konope.<br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\nKofe\u00edn na jednej strane do ur\u010ditej miery prek\u00e1\u017ea penetrova\u0165 do mozgu psychiatrick\u00fdm liekom, na druhej strane m\u00f4\u017ee posilni\u0165 \u00fa\u010dinky liekov, ktor\u00e9 funguj\u00fa na princ\u00edpe zv\u00fd\u0161enia aktivity ktor\u00fdmko\u013evek receptorom (s v\u00fdnimkou receptorov \u010disto inhibi\u010dn\u00e9ho charakteru ako s\u00fa GABA a glyc\u00ednov\u00e9 receptory).<br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\nKofe\u00edn m\u00e1 silne antidepres\u00edvne \u00fa\u010dinky ale sp\u00f4sobuje \u00fazkosti.
