In the Czech Republic, psychedelic substances (LSD, DMT, psilocybin (magic mushrooms), DMT) are on the same level as cannabis, so possession of a small amount of these substances is only a misdemeanor, for which you will only get a fine of about 1000 crowns. In Slovakia, it's jail time.
Definitely don't hesitate to take advantage of this opportunity in the Czech Republic if you have the chance.

And in Austria and Bulgaria, as far as I know, psilocybin is not on the list of prohibited substances.
