CBD, cannabidiol, is on the list of prohibited substances, despite the fact that it has no intoxicating effects

I propose to remove CBD = cannabidiol from the list of prohibited substances , which was added to the list of prohibited substances by mistake, when scientists had not yet had time to conduct almost any research on this substance.
If the Ministry of Health is not willing to remove CBD from the list of prohibited substances, it would be reasonable, if possible, to guarantee impunity for the substance CBD, so that it is not even an offense.
CBD is not a psychoactive substance: it acts 100 times weaker on cannabinoid receptors type 1 and 2 (= CB1 and CB2) than THC, and even then in a very different way.
Although CBD acts on one of the serotonin receptors 5HT1A, which causes its anti-anxiety (= anxiolytic) and antidepressant properties, the catch is that addiction can never arise through serotonin receptors (which is, of course, proven by many studies). None of the serotonin antidepressants (which are commonly prescribed by psychiatrists in Slovakia) have ever been included in the list of banned substances in any country.
