By the term enerism, in this context, we mean the pure and untainted knowledge of our ancient ancestors and many indigenous cultures. Shamanism is not a religion. It is something very similar to science – essentially it is science – it is not faith – it is not religion. Shamanism is based on what we see, it is not blind faith in something.
Just as scientists/inventors in different parts of the planet independently arrived at the same inventions and the same knowledge, shamanic teachings in all parts of the planet in indigenous cultures are, to great surprise, the same (e.g., the teaching of the basic 7 chakras, astral travel, a characteristic description of reality and worlds based on astral travel). We also have information that people who found themselves on the brink of life and death had a so-called clinical death, had a so-called out-of-body experience, and saw their spirit leave their body (they looked down on their body from above).
Leaving the body is possible under certain specific conditions with some psychoactive substances such as DMT, psilocybin, LSD, DXM.
Furthermore, it is possible to leave the body using shamanic meditation techniques – this happens while lying down with your eyes closed.
For a person to develop the ability to leave the body, it requires persistent meditation training over many years – it is not that simple, although about 1% of people have better predispositions for it, making it much easier and simpler for them to learn to leave the body.
However, leaving the body is not yet a definitive victory: in order for a person to be able to comb through all astral levels, to orient themselves in them and to get into them at all, to be able to move through them, requires further hard and persistent training.
The original Amazonian shamans in the Andes and Amazonia have preserved a several-thousand-year-old shamanic tradition from generation to generation. They are masters of leaving the body – as one of the few people, they really know how this world works. In the state of an abandoned body, shamans can communicate with high angelic beings, and these beings help them in healing or help them rid people of financial problems and other difficult life fates.
The existence of the energy body
Shamans, or people who are able to leave the body, describe the soul, the human spirit, as an energy body that resides in the physical body. The energy body is a kind of energy copy, an energy double of the physical body. In the "meditation" technique of leaving the body/astral travel, it is necessary to separate the energy body from the physical body. When leaving the body, the energy body can vibrate quite a lot.
Shamanism vs. Religion
Shamanism is not a religion – shamanism is not a blind religious faith in something. Shamans do not believe, shamans know and see. Therefore, it is right to seriously consider the shamans' claim that religion is the work of dark forces, that the goal of religion/Christianity is to prevent people from having contact with the real God-Absolute.
Differences between Shamanism and Religion
Shamanism, science, engineering, and other technologies have in common that the scientist, engineer, and shaman understand and know what they are doing.
On the contrary, a Christian only blindly believes and does not understand and does not know what they are doing: a Christian prays and does not know why they are praying, believes in God but has never seen him, believes in God but does not know why they believe in him, believes that after death they will go to heaven but has never seen heaven. While Christians themselves do not understand their own religion at all, shamans understand Christianity very well, they know how religion works and they talk about religion as a means of enslaving people. While shamans do things and can even prove that they work (e.g., a shaman can prove that they can find information remotely, they can heal people from serious illnesses in a few minutes), Christianity, on the other hand, does not work, prayers do not help, and the more fanatically a person professes religion, the more God not only does not help them but also brings them more suffering.
Shamanism and Science
According to shamanism, the world is multi-dimensional; there are countless types of worlds and realities. Each dimension has its own frequency energy vibration. Each type of dimension has its own frequency. It's similar to how a radio works – in a radio, we only perceive the frequency, the channel to which it is tuned. It's interesting, by the way, that shamanism also has this physical concept of frequency. It's interesting that shamans have known about frequencies for thousands of years, and science only came to this realization later, that such a thing exists. If a shaman wants to look at a specific type of world, they must first tune their consciousness to that frequency, and then they see it.However, the multi-dimensional universe is not spirituality, esotericism, or mysticism.
Former CERN Vice-President, quantum physicist Branislav Sitár, speaks quite openly about the existence of parallel universes, thus supporting the shamanic worldview. He says that this world is just a projection, not reality. What we see is almost nothing; in reality, the visible world is formed by the action of invisible universes. This world is just a projection created by Higgs bosons. And Higgs bosons are particles with great mass – meaning this reality is formed with even greater density than this world. While in official scientific circles the shamanic multi-dimensional view of the world is considered a possible hypothesis, in the future it may be a scientific fact.

The Weakness of Psychology Versus Shamanism
The profession of a psychologist exists so that a psychologist can help other people with mental problems and problems in practical life. A psychologist can partially help people, but they have their limits – they cannot help people with everything and not to a sufficient extent. Original shamanism is not common popular esotericism, the teachings of original shamans are relatively unknown to the public. The shamanic view of the world is radically different from the view of ordinary people, even quite different from the view of so-called esoteric people. Psychology has serious gaps. Psychologists will be able to really help people only when they take into account the teachings of the original tribal Amazonian shamans – this is the real knowledge that can move us forward. Otherwise, we remain in psychology in a vicious circle and cannot move forward.
