How can, for example, Aktuality.sk, which on the one hand presents itself as an investigative and anti-corruption newspaper, and on the other hand accepted a bribe from the corrupt oligarchic group BROZ, objectively inform about the situation? I provide very detailed information about this affair in other videos and articles. The information about accepting the bribe was even confirmed to me by an employee of Aktuality, who was present at the time.
Let's not forget that the police war is reported by the same media that received a huge amount of information about the embezzlement of hundreds of millions of euros in subsidies for falsified nature protection, and yet they did not bother to write a single article about it. In my other articles and videos, you will find very detailed information about it. This is a bigger case than Gorila, but the media decided to go against the public interest, to conceal this affair, and to manipulate public opinion. The media not only remained silent but sometimes even actively supported this type of organized crime with targeted propaganda or disinformation.
If the media had behaved the same way as in the Gorilla case, it would have caused tens to hundreds of thousands of people to take to the streets of Bratislava to protest. Just like after the publication of the Gorilla case. Perhaps the journalists were scared that it could help Fico in the polls, but that was not the only reason for their silence.
Robert Fico is also a scoundrel, and he too should be taken with a large grain of salt as a source of information.
Personally, I think that both sides of the conflict are lying and at the same time telling fragments of true information. In order to get as close as possible to the real picture of the situation, it is necessary to listen to the opinion of both sides of the conflict. Both sides of the conflict have a lot to answer for. And each side of the conflict, of course, selects only the information that suits them. The truthfulness of the information can also be verified by who has stronger and more logical arguments. Information that both sides of the conflict agree on is considered true.
The situation is such that even some Aktuality.sk editors admit certain mistakes and failures by Hamran, especially after the conflict with former minister Šimko. Until recently, any criticism of Hamran was unimaginable.
Likewise, the President at least verbally declared that she was ready to dismiss Hamran if no charges were brought. The President's statement, which would have seemed completely unimaginable just yesterday.
So both sides of the conflict agreed, at least in part, that Hamran's work is not exactly ideal and that he also makes major mistakes.

Evaluation of the work of Roman Mikulec
Mikulec's negative is that he is a potentially blackmailable person, as he committed corruption while still a member of military intelligence, where he awarded a contract to his father's SBS company. What if, for example, Hamran blackmailed Mikulec, saying, "If you get in my way, then when you're no longer a minister, I'll deal with your corruption?"
Another problem with Mikulec is that he himself was falsely accused in yet another case. The motivation to falsely accuse Smer's members, when no real crimes could be found against them, could have been great.
After the change of government, I assumed that the nominees of the Smer party would be imprisoned for specific tenders and corrupt contracts where money was stolen. Personally, I have not yet noticed a single such case in the media. On the contrary, we are witnessing rather strange accusations of a different type.
On the one hand, it is commendable and good that under Mikulec and Hamran, the police started investigating big fish close to politicians for the first time. There are also valid judgments, which is good and I perceive it positively. On the other hand, there are several strong arguments that there are also several false accusations, which I will present in this article.
Furthermore, I see it as a serious problem that the police, under the leadership of the OLANO and PS parties, focused only unilaterally on the selected political parties Smer and Sme rodina.
The police also arrested selected nominees for the OLANO party, the head of Tipos and the head of the Land Fund, but even that seemed to be a pre-arranged charade with the representatives of the OĽANO party to make it appear that the police were acting freely.
There is a media hypothesis that Heger himself arranged the arrest of his own subordinate. If he did not arrange it directly, he at least gave his consent. Who knows what motivations Heger might have had for this, maybe he had an argument with his subordinate, they disagreed and he wanted to get rid of him in such an elegant way that the police would come for him.
I am much more familiar with the situation at the Ministry of Agriculture. There is a significant reasonable suspicion that OLANO wanted to get rid of Mičovský. Mičovský was slandered in OLANO mainly by Budaj. Mičovský was always an obstacle to Budaj's corruption in nature protection in connection with national parks, which is related to the embezzlement of hundreds of millions of euros for fictitious nature protection. The motivation to discredit Mičovský was strong. Mičovský himself publicly complained in the media that he had been promised hundreds of millions of euros from the recovery plan and in the end he received 0 euros. All projects that were promised to the Ministry of Agriculture were eventually transferred to the Ministry of Environment, which received the most of all ministries. The most incompetent and most corrupt minister Budaj received the most money.
He just wanted to present the arguments that the "our people" system did not end after the elections. The OLANO party did exactly the same thing as SMER. Their own people had protection, although in two cases the police put on a show that was certainly not without the consent of Matovič and Heger.

Štefan Hamran
It is undeniable that Hamran has close ties to the PS party. In 2019, the daily Sme published an article stating that Hamran was meeting with the then chairman of the PS party, Truban .
Jaroslav Spišiak, who was the chief advisor at the Ministry of the Interior, is also a prominent member of the PS party.
After the departure of former Minister Šimko from the ministry, the secretary at the ministry becomes a nominee of the PS party.
In an interview with Denník N, Spišiak confirms close ties to the oligarch Oszkár Világi. Fico's claim that Hamran is controlled by this oligarch makes a certain sense, although it may not be the case.
Now I'll just digress a bit from the topic. I myself have liberal views. The PS party significantly represents liberal values. After so many scandals that the PS party already has, and it's not even in parliament or in the government yet, I can't imagine who could create a worse name for positive liberal values than the PS party. I provide more information about this in several videos and articles about the cases the PS party has. I also generally understand the part of the people who have a negative attitude towards liberal values in Slovakia because of the PS party. I don't think it's good that most of the PS party's scandals were not published in the media. The media does not act in the public interest and does not have the same standards for all political parties.
It seems that Hamran is taking full advantage of the fact that the ministry has no minister. Otherwise, he could not afford these overly bold police adventures.
Strong arguments that Hamran and the so-called Čurillovci were manipulating the investigation are that some of the Čurillovci confessed to the act and were legally convicted.
The second strong argument is that they wanted to make one of the Čurilla team a deputy of the police inspectorate to investigate himself. Clear evidence that they do not have a clear conscience and are afraid.
Now it all makes sense why a significant part of the media started an enormously aggressive campaign against the Sme rodina party. It was a preparation of the public, a preparation of public opinion for the arrest of the nominees of this party, Aláč and Pčolinský. It was an agreement between part of the media and the police on a common procedure. The way the media behaved in the Richterová case was really a very aggressive frenzy.
And what is my opinion on the Vladimír Pčolinský case? Personally, I think it's a fabricated accusation. It seems very irrational and illogical to me that the director of the secret service would eagerly drool over a bribe of 20,000 euros when he has a very good salary as a director and also runs a business. And there were more such inconsistencies.
Finally, in his recent media appearances, Hamran has stated outright that the Pčolinský case was revenge for SIS doing its job. Even the police operation Rozuzlenie (Unraveling) is not called Rozuzlenie for nothing. With the Rozuzlenie operation, they communicated why the whole Pčolinský case arose, that it was not about a real crime but about revenge for the secret service monitoring the quality of the police's work.
The police president himself admits that this is revenge for the secret service monitoring the police.
However, I consider it extremely unfortunate and sad that misunderstandings between the police and the secret service are resolved in a manner of revenge.
In Slovakia, there is a threat of a multi-year war between political-police clans, which was started by Hamran, and depending on who is in political power, the position of the persecuting and persecuted clan will change.
In my opinion, most of the arguments Boris Kollár makes regarding the case are rational and true. There is a great danger that if Smer gets into the government, it will again try to take revenge on the police faction that persecuted it. Politicians like Matovič, Mikulec, Heger, and the like may not fare well either. Whoever is currently in power in the government will always want to take revenge on the other political-police faction. A rather dangerous precedent has been created in Slovakia, where whoever is currently in power will try to take revenge on their political opponents through the police.
And in this part, we will talk about extremely outrageous information and contexts that have largely not been publicized. This is about revenge against a law firm for representing Pčolinský. It's strange that the police did not raid the lawyer's private home but the law firm, where information for the defense of several clients, who were targeted by the Čurilla group, was stored. The goal was to intimidate lawyers and thwart the defense by stealing information from the law firm. Both sides of the conflict commented on the case. Police agent provocateur Ján Jenčo was given space in Denník N. Lawyer Bošanský also got space in Denník Plus sedem dní . When you listen to the statements of both gentlemen, it is absolutely clear where the truth lies. The lawyer allegedly bribed the head of the environmental inspection, Ján Jenčo, with 1000 euros to make a publicly available document accessible to him, which makes no sense. Jenčo himself admitted in Denník N in that context that he was not sure if he had broken the law.

And the most interesting and unreported information is that Ján Jenčo is an important member of the organized criminal group BROZ, which stole at least 80 million euros in subsidies, which you know well from my other articles and videos. I publicly call on Hamran and the Čurillovci to stand before the media and explain why they used a member of the criminal group BROZ for dirty work. This really raises a lot of questions. Why did Ján Jenčo agree to do such a job? He probably wouldn't do it for free. What did the Čurillovci and Hamran promise him in return? Impunity for the BROZ association? The BROZ association is known for committing a large number of offenses and crimes, but when people file a criminal complaint against them, they are always completely unpunished. BROZ often commits crimes in a demonstrative way.
The cooperation between Hamran, the Čurilla brothers, and the BROZ criminal group casts a very bad light on them, and they should explain why they acted this way. It is extremely disturbing that the evidence leads to the conclusion that Hamran and BROZ have close connections and ties.

Although the interaction between Bošanský and Jenčo has been known in the media for a long time, I have only now looked for more information about it and realized that my anti-corruption activism could be potentially very dangerous because there is a considerable reasonable suspicion that there are strong ties between Hamran and BROZ.
I also received information that a certain person pointed out the violation of laws by the organized group BROZ and, as revenge, the police with balaclavas kicked down his door. I don't have detailed information about it, but if, God forbid, it were true that there are close ties between Hamran and BROZ, and BROZ can arrange a false accusation against anyone, then in that case, all jokes would be off.

If, God forbid, it were confirmed that Hamran has strong ties to BROZ, it certainly could not be said that the police were cleansed after OLANO came to power, but only that one criminal organization was replaced by another in the Ministry of the Interior. It would be two criminal groups competing and fighting against each other.

The police under Hamran certainly do not work much better than they did under the Smer party. They ensure impunity for a certain group of related people, even if they are criminals, and they arrange false accusations for another group. There is no difference between the practices of Hamran and the Smer party.
After Hamran and his people are cut off from power, I also plan to file a criminal complaint against him. The purpose of the criminal complaint will be to examine whether Hamran fulfilled his duties and launched information for the investigation of organized crime in nature protection ex officio.
I know that in one case Hamran started to act. However, Hamran did not understand that it was Michal Wiezik. The investigator asked me for more information, where it was already clear that it was also Wiezik from PS. I definitely think it's an act of desperation and revenge, because even the biggest opponents of Robert Fico no longer see any rationality in it. Hamran and the Čurillovci really have nothing to lose. One way or another, they are resigned to the fact that after the change of government, the first thing they will do is flee abroad. The context is extremely important, but we know nothing about the context. The meaning of Stahl's words is very difficult to estimate. There are certainly many similar recordings for and against the so-called Čurilla team. Recordings taken out of context are purposefully published in favor of one side or the other. In one part of the recording, Stahl claims that some unknown entity promised him millions of euros for bribery. Later, however, in the same recording, he denies these words and only talks about 300 thousand, and even that was not definitively promised to him by anyone. Apparently, these were boastful speeches and hyperbole, to which no great importance should be attributed. In the part of the recording published by TV Joj, it is not even clear whether Stahl intends to bribe the penitents to maintain or change their testimonies. This slip of the tongue could cost Hamran dearly in the future. Hamran admitted that he and the head of the inspection communicated excessively and discussed topics they should not have discussed. The head of the inspection revealed to Hamran the content of a private conversation with Minister Šimko.
I am a person who has very good intuition and I can find out a lot of information from the non-verbal communication at the press conference. The head of the inspection treats Hamran as a subordinate. Apparently, both gentlemen are on first-name terms, which is not good, and there is a conflict of interest. The head of the inspection and the police president must not be friends. According to the law, both institutions are independent and must not have any connections between them.
When I submitted a request to the inspection to verify whether agent Ján Jenčo had acted in accordance with the law, after about a week I received an email from the inspection stating that they were transferring the case to the police. After about two weeks, on the same day, within about an hour and a half, I received two emails simultaneously from the inspection and the police presidium. This reveals an excessively intense connection between the police and the inspection. The fact that the case was transferred from the inspection to the police is probably in accordance with the law, as Jenčo is apparently no longer an agent.
