This article is a big revelation. It reveals information that was originally not meant for anyone to know. However, due to an oversight, classified information was leaked. I consider it absolutely perverse for someone to be paid to do nothing but harm, blackmail, obtain compromising materials, and maliciously spread disinformation.
There are very few people who derive immense joy and pleasure from bullying others, but Hletko is a severe psychopath who enjoys maliciously harming others.
But Hletko was exposed. He had already finished singing.

Biography of Marián Hletka. Who is he, actually?

Hletko, as a young student, protested against the Pezinok landfill , where he probably met Budaj’s state secretary Juraj Smatana. Both protested there at the same time, but it is not known whether they met in person.
                   Under former minister László Sólymos, Hletko became the first and only member of the bear intervention team. He later remained a member even after the team was expanded to include other people, including under the leadership of Ján Budaj. Hletko later went on “parental leave”. After his parental leave ended, they did not want to accept him back into the intervention team because Hletko, as a mentally ill person, caused conflicts and backstabbing wherever he went. His psychopathic extremist views were too strong even for most members of the intervention team. The ministry’s secretary, Juraj Smatana, took pity on Hletko and employed him. Smatana is just as retarded as Hletko, so Smatana was glad that he would not feel alone in his extremist views, because he was clearly alone. The two psychopaths got along very well and understood each other. Birds of a feather flock together, and like seeks like. The ministry was taken over by psychiatric patients.
Hletka’s job at the ministry was pure criminality, which is why he was employed under a strictly secret regime.
Hletko and Smatana had a strong influence on the bear intervention team under Budaj.
                   I had the honor of hearing opinions about Hletko from people who knew him personally. Some people are still very afraid of him and consider him extremely dangerous, vengeful, and malicious. You can’t imagine the great fear that was felt from one honest person who got into a conflict with Hletko. Hletko is pure evil.
Fortunately, Hletko has nothing to compromise me with and no way to blackmail me, so I can speak freely about him.
                   Now imagine how easily Hletko can blackmail the current minister Milan Chrenko, who is also involved in major organized crime. Chrenko, while still under ex-minister Solymos, was responsible for the embezzlement of 8 million euros from a project for monitoring large carnivores. This is the same project whose funds were unsuccessfully and scandalously used to attempt to count the number of bears, an effort that continued under Budaj. Hletko can blackmail Chrenko, saying, “If you fire me, I will take revenge and file a criminal complaint against you for embezzling and stealing 8 million euros for ‘our people’.”
                   Hletko is also the co-author of a scandalous study on the number of bears , stating that the number of bears has practically not increased in the last 10 years. By the way , just as an interesting fact, another co-author of the study is Mária Apfelová , suspected of the criminal offense of animal cruelty. Her opinion is that when encountering a bear, one should talk to the bear. Quite a psycho advice. This is the same person who allegedly “strangled” the bear Štefan. Isn’t that animal cruelty? Isn’t that a criminal offense?
Such an amazing, in quotation marks, “expert” “elite of the nation” has prepared a study full of disinformation, claiming that the number of bears is not increasing.
Another fact that calls into question the credibility of the study is that Hletko, as an employee of the ministry, did not do his work independently but as a direct subordinate of the politician Smatana.

What criminal activity did Marián Hletko commit?

I would like to point out that the information that this person was employed at the ministry was a closely guarded secret. This information was not only not disclosed but was even concealed by both the ministry itself and Hletko himself.
It was clear to me a long time ago that Hletko was committing crimes not for free but for financial reward. Unfortunately, until recently I had no direct evidence of this. I knew that he was either employed by the ministry or some non-governmental organization for nature protection. The work, that is, the criminality he carried out, was so extremely time-consuming that it would not have been possible to do it as a volunteer who has to support two children, although outwardly he pretended and presented himself as doing it only as a volunteer, as a voluntary nature guard.
                     Hletko’s job was to work as a professional paid informant. This is unethical and illegal. The Ministry of the Environment does not have the authority to establish such an activity. The work of a professional informant is not even carried out by law enforcement authorities. Marián Hletko is a public official as an employee of the ministry. He exceeded the authority of a public official, thereby committing abuse of power of a public official, and faces several years in prison under § 326 of the Criminal Code.
                     Hletka’s activity was to obtain compromising materials on hunters in order to portray hunters as those who do nothing but illegally bait and feed game, to support the disinformation spread by Budaj that hunters support the reproduction of bears by their alleged illegal baiting of wild boars. Legal baiting of wild boars is in such small quantities that it would not be enough for the daily caloric expenditure of even one bear. 99% of hunters comply with the legislation, so it is extremely difficult to find and it will take a lot of effort to find illegal baiting sites. But Hletka succeeded. And running all over Slovakia and looking for hunters who break the law is clearly a full-time job and cannot be done voluntarily. Just consider how much time it takes you to travel back and forth across half of Slovakia or if you have to stay in a guesthouse for several days to explore a given region, these are also considerable financial expenses.
                     Just as a side note: Information from hunters is also appearing on social media that conservationists bring illegal feed to the baiting site and then photograph it to compromise hunters. I cannot verify such information, I do not have direct evidence for it, but a madman like Hletko is capable of anything. I would not be surprised at all if he did something like that.
                     The ministry also published Hletka’s compromising materials for the disinformation campaign about bears on its Facebook page, either directly or by sharing a post from Hletka’s FB profile. Furthermore, in television programs, Ján Budaj often published photos of illegal baiting that he obtained from Hletka to support the disinformation that hunters are to blame for all problems with bears. The truth is that even if hunters baited game with more feed than is legal, it would not have a noticeable impact on the bear population, because even if the feed dose was exceeded many times over what is legal, it would still not be enough for the daily caloric expenditure of bears, not to mention the consumption of feed by other animals than bears, for which the feed is intended. Budaj and his secretaries, however, repeatedly spread lies that have been refuted a thousand times.
                     Hletko’s important activity was also that he was the main character in at least two Reportéri shows. It was a disinformation campaign to portray hunters as those who do nothing but feed bears with tons of illegal feed.
                     In the second episode, the reporter even went to the trouble of illegally spying on hunters with camera traps. In this second case, it seems that this time Hletko managed to find that one percent of hunters who break the law, whether at the level of misdemeanors or possibly criminal offenses. Let the chips fall where they may. Let the police investigate freely. On the other hand, this part of the episode with Hletko should be taken with a grain of salt, because Hletko is a liar and a psychopath.
The saddest thing, however, is that the most important information was concealed in the show. In the show, Hletko was presented as a voluntary nature ranger, but in reality, he acted as an employee of the ministry. Such a time-consuming activity cannot be done voluntarily. They concealed the information that Hletko, in addition to being a voluntary nature ranger, is also an employee of the ministry.
If Hletko had come out with the truth and revealed that he was an employee of the ministry, he would have confessed to a criminal offense, and the whole part of the show would not have looked so credible at all, and everyone would have understood that there was an untrustworthy politician behind it.

Another problem I see with the Reportéri show is that Hletko did not act with good intentions. His main goal was to denigrate hunters as a whole and to create propaganda against hunters, not to cleanse hunters of black sheep.
                    Hletko also tried to bully, blackmail and humiliate a representative of the hunting chamber, misusing part of the content from my website. He later deleted the content.
                    He also paid extremely close attention to the content on my pages, including updates to some articles, which must have taken an extremely large amount of time. Apparently, I was one of the most important priorities for Budaj’s “secret service”. StB agent Ján Budaj, as an agent of the communist secret service, used his agent experience to establish an illegal secret service at the ministry.
Furthermore, the schizoid Hletko started making up incredible nonsense about me, and I was incredibly amused by what a superman Hletko made me out to be. At least I had entertainment.

How did the strictly confidential information that Hletko works at the ministry come to be revealed?

I personally first discovered this information on the Facebook page of the Veles Háj Farm , which is the farm where the young farmer was attacked by a bear. I couldn’t believe that this could be true, that such a madman would work there. I thought it must be a mistake. Still, a great idea occurred to me: to test whether an email account was set up for the name Marián Hletko on the ministry’s servers. After the test, it turned out that the account had been set up, which is direct proof that he is an employee. On the other hand, this information also pleased me. I had just caught a really big fish in my activism against corruption and crime. I am able to create certain measures to clip Majko’s wings properly so he doesn’t jump around so much. The most damning compromising material is the information itself, that the madman Hletko works at the ministry and, together with Budaj and his secretaries, committed organized crime.
Later, farmer Martin Sedlačko also mentioned in the parliamentary committee that Hletko is an employee of the ministry, so all the media learned the secret information and spread it further. The criminal was exposed. The criminal was finished.
Interestingly, Ján Budaj , who employed Hletka, although he mentioned Hletka as a bear expert, concealed the most important information, that he is an employee of the ministry. Budaj did not yet realize that he was concealing it unnecessarily, because the information had already leaked at that time.

Why was the main goal of the Ministry and Hletka to spread hatred against hunters?

There are several reasons besides those already mentioned. For some reason, the most extremist environmental activists have a strong hatred for hunters. Don’t look for rationality in that. It’s a strange ideology. They sometimes argue that hunters kill animals, enjoy killing animals, spread hoaxes that hunters only care about trophies, and so on. On the other hand, the same activists do not complain about the slaughter of farm animals at all, which is a strange contradiction, because not all environmental radicals are vegans. Among environmental radicals, you will find the highest percentage of fools; do not look for rationality in these people. Environmental radicals claim that hunting should be completely abolished. They claim that hunting is contrary to nature conservation, although the opposite has been scientifically proven; hunting contributes to biodiversity, for example, by removing invasive species, preventing the overpopulation of one animal species that displaces another, and so on. Radicals question the benefits of hunting for society and for nature, such as reducing collisions between animals and vehicles, and preventing damage to agricultural crops and forest stands.

Another reason for the hatred against hunters is that many representatives of the hunting chamber or individual hunters often point out corruption in nature protection, and various embezzlement of European money for dubious projects. They need to be avenged. Why not? The psychopath Ján Budaj called hunters a mafia. The thought processes of the fools in the ministry were as follows: “by slandering hunters, we have a strong argument of so-called ‘whataboutism’; we may steal as much as we can, but our opponents, the hunters, are no angels, and moreover, we will divert attention from our own scandals.”

How can hunters defend themselves against the harassment of Marián Hletko?

They can call the police on him and file a criminal complaint, citing § 326 Abuse of power by a public official.

And now I’ll digress a bit from the topic: And who is Hletka’s friend Juraj Smatana? What are the consequences of the ministry being taken over by dangerous madmen?

Smatana is also a retarded madman. By profession, he is a history teacher at the Považská Bystrica grammar school and a crazy activist. Smatana suffers from a severe personality disorder. I had the honor of meeting one of his students. She told me that as an activist, he protested against the construction of a highway, I think somewhere near Považská Bystrica. Thanks to his activism, the construction of the highway was successfully blocked. As a retarded ecological extremist, he doesn’t find the highway ecological enough. He has similar views and is on the same mental level as the Letzte Generation, Last Generation movement, which are those activists who block traffic and glue themselves to the ground. Because of such retarded madmen like Smatana, we still don’t have a highway built from Bratislava to Košice. Furthermore, Smatana publicly stated on his Facebook that he is against the construction of cycle paths, cycle lanes because, according to him, the construction of a cycle path is “unecological”. Nowhere else in Europe or the world, not even in Germany, where green extremism is very strong, has such a severely mentally damaged extremist taken control of a ministry. The biggest scoundrels, hyenas are the journalists who knew about these facts but did not act in the public interest, did not inform about it, did not point out that the ministry was taken over by total madmen. Despite this, they reported very positively about Budaj’s department. Furthermore, the parliamentary clubs of OĽANO and SaS also had this information, yet the MPs of these clubs pretended that “we are nothing, we musicians, we pretend that we saw nothing, heard nothing, we will not deal with cases that were not publicized, we consider unpublicized cases to be non-existent”. If the media had published information about what kind of state secretary Budaj has, Budaj would have been dismissed the next day.
And now journalists are terribly surprised that we might have the last democratic elections. Yet, journalists are only criticizing what they themselves caused. By not pushing for the dismissal of the fools from the ministry, a great division and polarization of society was created, which favors undemocratic parties.
However, a considerable part of the blame also lies with the entire parliamentary clubs of the OLANO and SaS parties, because they did nothing to dismiss the dangerous fools from the ministry.
By the way, it seems that the malicious manipulation of public opinion against the public interest is not working for the media. According to the latest survey of political party preferences, the OLANO and SaS parties would not make it into parliament. And Budaj’s party, the Democrats, are definitely done for.

An assessment of Minister Milan Chrenek’s activities to date

Thank God, Chrenko’s arrival brought a substantial improvement in the situation. While under Ján Budaj we were constantly surprised by one more psychopathic proposal than the other, after Chrenko’s arrival the situation calmed down. Ján Budaj and his secretaries did nothing but spread aggressive lies, aggressive disinformation propaganda of ecological extremism, aggressive slander and spread hatred against the ministry’s opponents, whereas under Chrenko the division of society largely subsided.
However, Chrenko still has the crazy extremist Katarína Butkovská as his state secretary. The positive thing is that the minister at least partially dampens her extremism.

More detailed information on the mental health of Juraj Smatana

Juraj Smatana was on TV today. I am extremely outraged that a mentally ill person, a schizophrenic, can even get airtime in the media. Smatana presented non-existent, fabricated, alleged scientific studies claiming that the worst thing that could happen is the regulated hunting of bears, because it would supposedly worsen the situation. Furthermore, Smatana presented his crazy, psychotic thought constructs, stating that the number of bear attacks has not increased since the 1980s, which in this context means that no bears have been added in the last 40 years, so we still have too few bears and they need even more protection.
The second thing is how the ministry manipulates statistics, but that would be for a separate article, and I don’t want to stray from the topic.
I ask all relatives and acquaintances of Juraj Smatana to help this poor, suffering man find medical care. Let’s not make fun of this. He can’t help it that he can’t distinguish reality.
Among environmental extremists, there is a very high percentage of mentally ill people. Among them is Greta Thunberg , who was diagnosed by psychiatrists with a severe psychiatric diagnosis of obsessive-compulsive disorder, which most influenced her activism. Greta does not only suffer from autism.
From what I’ve discussed with psychiatrists, getting Mr. Smatana into psychiatric care will certainly be very difficult. The biggest problem with psychiatric schizophrenic patients is making them realize they are ill. Dear relatives of Smatana and family, do not give up and be persistent.

                     In the case of Juraj Smatana, I thought it could be an extremely severe personality disorder, but in the case of the last TV show, when they gave this poor guy a chance, I am rather convinced that it is a full-fledged psychiatric diagnosis.
Juraj Smatana seems to be a person with an extremely strong conviction in his truth, even though he has said the craziest things. It’s interesting how Smatana spoke nonsense just like the flat-earthers. I’ve seen videos of some flat-earthers trying to argue, but even they weren’t as firmly convinced of their delusions as Juraj Smatana, and they couldn’t present it in such a manipulative way.
                     Unlike Hletko, Mr. Smatana is not a bad or malicious person. Smatana seems to me to be a person suffering from extreme mental distress, firmly convinced of his delusions, which he considers to be reality, someone whose mind has simply snapped. It’s strange how this person can manipulate and present even the most insane delusions as if they were something normal.                                                                In my opinion, if Smatana were as convinced of a flat earth as he is of his delusions about bears, he would be able to convince a significant percentage of people of his delusion that the earth is flat.
                     It’s strange that all control mechanisms in society failed and this person got so high in politics. I heard a statement from a certain experienced psychiatrist that even people around often are not able to identify and find out that a psychiatric patient suffers from a mental disorder for many years, and the patient seeks professional help only very late. I note that the psychiatrist was not talking about a personality disorder but about a mental disorder. It is quite possible that a psychiatric patient can strongly manipulate the people around him and can present his delusions as something normal.
                     I am personally convinced that the seriously ill Juraj Smatana was the most influential person at the ministry, who had an exceptionally strong influence on former minister Budaj and his second secretary Kica, and he managed to change originally moderate, reasonable and rational people into irrational, angry and extremely radicalized environmental fanatics who did not hesitate to use the most aggressive lies to defend their radical pseudo-ecological ideology.
                     From a psychiatric and scientific point of view, this is an extremely interesting phenomenon of how a psychiatric patient can influence and manipulate even mentally healthy people. It would be extremely interesting to ask experienced psychiatrists about this, because I haven’t been able to find many scientific studies on this topic.

The main reason why Smatana was able to manipulate others at the ministry is that his mental disorder made him extremely convinced that his crazy delusions were the absolute infallible truth.

For comparison, Igor Matovič is also a person with only a mild personality disorder; he was not a person who could manipulate people like Smatana. Whenever Matovič came up with some crazy idea, his political partners and the media immediately reacted promptly, criticizing Matovič’s “atomic bombs” quite sharply, such as the 500 euro reward for participating in the elections.

It is very interesting to observe Smatana in a TV discussion with co-discussants, how he managed to manipulate them. It was Smatana who set the pace and led the initiative of the entire discussion, it was he who dealt the cards and determined the topics.

In any case, there is one publicly known person who has influenced millions of people with her mental disorder. That is Greta Thunberg. Smatana is not the only one. What do Greta and Smatana have in common, and conversely, how do they differ? Psychiatrists diagnosed Greta with obsessive-compulsive disorder. Obsessive-compulsive disorder is a psychiatric diagnosis, the direct driving force of her civic activism. Greta felt such extreme climate anxiety, such extreme fear of climate change, that she was unable to attend school due to the anxieties and depressions that completely paralyzed her, and she was unable to eat. It required the help of a psychiatrist. Obsessive-compulsive disorder has symptoms of very strong intrusive thoughts. In Greta’s case, this manifests as her inability to stop thinking about climate change. She cannot get this topic out of her head and think about something else. She compensated for her mental disorder by starting to protest with a banner in front of the Prime Minister’s building. At first, she was alone, and later others joined her. My opinion is that Smatana also suffers from obsessive-compulsive disorder in combination with some other psychotic-type disorder. Unlike Smatana, Greta did not cause as much damage as Juraj Smatana, who managed an entire ministry. Greta’s biggest problem was that the media gave this pitiable, poor, suffering girl an extreme amount of space. It is not right for the media to praise a psychiatric diagnosis as something positive. Perhaps Greta can also manipulate others just as Smatana did. Including journalists.
In the case of a visit to a psychiatrist, it is very important that a close family member is also present with Smatan. The patient cannot objectively evaluate himself, so some other person who sees it more objectively must help with the anamnesis.
                     And just as a side note, Greta presented her mental problems as something positive that helps her in activism.
I’m straying from the topic again, but I also came across an interesting scientific study that discusses how young people are often proud of their personality disorders, of their handicap, which is a negative phenomenon. It’s a pity I didn’t save the link. It’s quite related to Greta.

A high percentage of prisoners are people with personality disorders. Personality disorders are treated with psychotherapy, which is a psychological method performed by either a psychiatrist or a psychologist. In the case of severe personality disorders, a psychiatrist may or may not prescribe medication for certain types.
Mental disorder : this is the most severe form of mental illness. It is treated with strong drugs to limit the symptoms. People with some diagnoses of this type are not responsible for their behavior.

Ján Budaj is a person with a mild personality disorder. From the testimony of people who knew Budaj personally, we know that he is a morbidly ambitious, egoistic, and narcissistic person. Staying in power was far more important for Budaj than solving problems with Smatana, because by dismissing Smatana, he would also destabilize his own position and would have to admit his own mistake of appointing him in the first place. And dismissing Smatana, that is, admitting a mistake, would be more painful for Budaj than keeping Smatana in power.
I also naively believed that Budaj would be willing to dismiss Smatana, but I was a naive optimist.
                     As I have already mentioned in many other articles and videos, Budaj was extremely aggressive and led aggressive lies and attacks against all opinion opponents. He was in conflict with almost the entire civic expert community except for extremist corrupt groups, whom he helped to steal EU projects.
It is very strange that the media supported Budaj’s antisocial behavior by not criticizing him.
                     It’s interesting that Budaj, just like Smatana, was able to present the craziest disinformation in the media in an extremely manipulative, convincing way and with a huge dose of self-confidence. Fico and Mečiar were nowhere near as talented at manipulating.
                     Budaj was not so much schizophrenic as he wanted to achieve recognition from the most extreme and radical pseudo-ecological community in Slovakia, and he didn’t care what damage he caused. The main thing was to have recognition among radicals.
                     As I have already mentioned, the schizoid secretary Smatana had an extremely strong and extremely negative influence on Budaj, which caused his radicalization.
                     Overall, it is extremely dangerous if such absurd and crazy misinformation about nature protection is spread from such a high official authority as a minister and a ministry. Many people fall for it.
