Right next to the modern building, you can see the worked stones of an ancient civilization (according to official archaeology, 500 BC or even older).
I do not know the possible purposes of the device, but I have some hypotheses:
• the most likely seems to me to be a device for the transition between this reality and another parallel world / civilization
• a top-secret military security facility. On the world market of companies that produce military equipment, I also found miniaturized devices that could theoretically be camouflaged for the security of the Slovak Republic.
• state institutions, e.g. secret services, could theoretically have built facilities for monitoring and researching paranormal phenomena in the locality
About two meters from the object, I recently found a clump of a fairly large amount of slightly compressed leaves. It is a manifestation of a mysterious gravitational or electromagnetic effect. Neither the wind nor nature creates anything like that.

In an inconspicuous hidden place, there is a dump of mown grass thrown out of the basket. The only meaning of the mown grass would be so that the excessively frequent visits of the facility by its employees/users would not be too suspicious for tourists. In the high grass, traces made either by walking or by car are too conspicuously visible.

Did they want me to ask in the request for access to information if I wanted information from a parallel civilization called XYZ? The state-owned company answered very few of my questions, and even then incompletely. It clearly violated the law. They only partially answered my first request, and completely rejected the others. Although I quoted specific paragraphs to them about why they should answer my questions and why they were violating the law, they were unwilling to discuss the interpretation of the law with me. They did not even attempt to legally defend their illegal actions. They did not respond to the notification of the violation of the law. It did not help even when I sent the employees of the state-owned company a link to the Act on Free Access to Information 211/2000 Coll.
Probably the most important questions that they did not answer are the following:
• why people working on the site mow the grass with a basket. The question is whether this is an activity of the state-owned company's employees directly, or whether a private company was hired for this purpose.
• the question of whether entities other than the state-owned company have access to the facility (these could be either state or private entities). Request and list of entities that have access keys to the facility. So I did not learn any detailed information about the people who work in the facility / use it.
Possible hypotheses as to why the employees of the state-owned company did not respond are as follows:
• in reality, these are things that the public should not know about
• the employees were made to not respond and not even try to find out information by means of magical techniques
