In this video, I will address a current political topic – fights, unrest, and whistling in the parliament . I will express my opinion from the position of an independent person who sees behind the scenes, power, political, and media games. Also, by practicing meditation techniques, I can keep a cool head and free myself from emotions even in very critical situations, which is very important.
Igor Matovič as a marketer and his political points
In any case, it must be acknowledged that Igor Matovič is an absolutely brilliant marketer , truly a world champion in marketing. He can do that tabloid style of politics. He is truly amazing at this and knows how to gain political points from it. I think that after this incident, his preferences will skyrocket because he cleverly managed to get into the position of a fighter against the mafia . Many voters will perceive him as a person who can even fight in parliament just to fight against the mafia, which is also helped by the media machinery.
⚖️ Amendment to the Act and weakening the position of penitents
Beneš's decrees and senseless conspiracies
The amendment to the law mentions, for example, the Beneš Decrees . There were conspiracies that this was a pretext to imprison the leader of the Progressive Slovakia party, Michal Šimečka. This is absolute nonsense , you don't have to believe the media. Only a person who is not familiar with legal matters can claim this. It will not happen under any circumstances.
Weakening the position of penitents and legislative shortcomings
Furthermore, the amendment to the law speaks of weakening the position of so-called penitents . It is true that this legislation deserves adjustment. The system of penitents was a semi-global unique in Slovakia in terms of abuse of criminal proceedings. Nowhere in Europe or the world will you find cases where penitents were so abused, overused and forced to testify by the police. That is a problem.
On the other hand, it is true that this amendment to the law was probably rushed and should have been better thought out. The fact is, however, that extreme action requires an extreme reaction .
🕵️ Credibility of "Čurilovci" vs. the media
The so-called Čurilovci were simply fraudsters . It has now been proven – the Judicial Council has shown that they are criminals. Even the important apolitical lawyer Martin Rybár had extensive experience with them and has many times more credibility than all journalists. Journalists are currently even more political than politicians and are involved in the struggle more than politicians themselves. Therefore, journalists are even less credible.
The Faculty of Law and other independent and apolitical people also expressed critical views on this topic. Even the biggest supporter, Marek Vagovič, although very reluctantly, admitted the technical files of those Čurilovci. Technical files are equivalent to very gross manipulation and a serious criminal offense on the part of the police officer who uses them. Although the lay public does not realize this abstract concept, it is a gross manipulation of criminal proceedings. Again, an extreme action provokes an extreme reaction .
🌳 Real Mafia: The BROZ Case and Nature Conservation
The unrest and whistling in parliament would have been justified if the amendment to the Nature Conservation and National Parks Act had been approved. At that time, the media presented it as a wonderful thing, but it was a real mafia law .
The BROZ association is laughing in our faces: they use 1% of subsidies for nature protection, and yet this association alone received around 55 million euros and more in subsidies. They boast on their own websites about how they stole the money – 1% goes to nature protection and the remaining 99% goes to an unknown destination . Probably for strong media lobbying and bribing police officers for impunity.
We have demonstrable evidence that this is an open mafia, which, through the BROZ association, even boasts about its impunity on its official websites. From a legal point of view, it is not easy to get them into prison because they have good lawyers. If the police were not corrupt, these people would have been in prison a long time ago.
Corruption promoted by the opposition
At the time, when this real mafia was operating through people like Michal Kiča and Jaromír Šíbl (important links between the open corruption mafia in nature protection and politicians), such unrest was justified. It was a real, mafia-style amendment to the law.
Matovič won the election as an anti-corruption activist, but the opposite is true. Not even the Smer party had such big corruption scandals as Igor Matovič. Despite this, he gains political points from it. People are an endlessly easily manipulated and stupid mass.
Emotions, Manipulation, and Misogyny in the Media
Personally, I think that this amendment to the law will harm the coalition parties and will cause huge preferences for the current opposition. The media, together with the opposition, have enormous power and people are an uncritical mass. Above all, we should not get carried away by emotions now, but approach things rationally.
The double standard of liberal newspapers
Some liberal newspapers pretend to be terrible feminists. However, when Igor Matovič physically attacks a female MP from the ruling party and insults her badly , suddenly it's okay. Such forms of hatred towards women or misogynistic expressions are suddenly allowed. This is a typical double standard of these media – objectivity in the media does not exist , it has long ceased to exist. We have not seen any hysterical reactions that Matovič attacked a woman, either verbally or physically.
The real mafia is OĽaNO
The problem is that people are very easily manipulated through emotions, and this amendment to the law has aroused great emotions. The real mafia is Igor Matovič. The media are fantastic at manipulation, they can distract attention. I am sorry that information about corruption in the field of nature protection did not reach the media. We, anti-corruption activists, have found that the media receive huge bribes to keep silent about this corruption and even promote it.
The real corruption of the BROZ association, where 99% of the money is stolen and 1% goes to nature protection, is clearly proven. Attention is being diverted from really important things to emotional outbursts. The real mafia is the OĽaNO party . Igor Matovič, for example, brought an open mobster, Jaromír Šíbl, into politics, where the corrupt connections are completely clear and do not need to be discussed.
⚠️ Corruption at the Gorilla level
The extent of corruption in the field of nature protection, for which Matovič is responsible, is realistically comparable to the Gorilla case. It's a kind of environmental Gorilla. If the media had actually published it (which I repeatedly asked them to do and provided 100 pages of A4 on this corruption), there would have been demonstrations and our streets would have been burning. These affairs are far more serious.
The media is incredibly manipulative and distracts from the essential things. For example, in the so-called reform of national parks (a beautiful marketing name), the mobster Jaromír Šíbl, who was stealing, was making tailor-made laws for himself in an absolute conflict of interest so that he could steal even more. The media "doesn't see" this and distracts attention with other nonsense. It certainly wasn't about nature protection.
