A challenge for trolls and people who believe in Kremlin propaganda

The goal of Kremlin propaganda is to psychologically paralyze a person, to destroy a person psychologically. To fill a person with fear and a fictitious enemy. To incite people against each other just because of a different opinion.
The aim of this article is to sincerely help such people.
I understand that a person can be very blinded by propaganda and may consider it to be the truth. Despite this, even such a blinded person should be able to realize that Kremlin propaganda does not have a good psychological effect on them.
According to the teachings of South American shamanism, fears and negative thoughts materialize into destiny, into non-random coincidences; a person will not have luck in life and will be unsuccessful.

I realized that the basis of Kremlin propaganda is to act on human emotions. To irritate people's emotions. To evoke and irritate people's passions so that in righteous anger they go and become troll fighters in discussions. This is how, through emotions, people are repeatedly deceived and do not realize that they are being led by the nose. If a person is irritated by emotions and passions, they lose their free will. Emotions and passions completely control them.

As a solution, I would suggest the following to people who believe in Kremlin propaganda:
– Make a resolution: stop following disinformation media and unsubscribe from their articles on social networks
– make a resolution: stop trolling and engaging in discussions
– a good solution is to delete your Facebook account altogether, so that you are not irritated by the passions of ideology

It is one thing for a person to have the strength to make a resolution. It is another thing for a person to have the strength to keep this resolution. It is not that easy to keep it, because disinformation websites are like a drug. It is an addiction. A person loses free will. It is good for a person who makes this resolution, this life goal, to announce it and let their closest family members and closest friends know, so that they can psychologically encourage them and monitor them in keeping this resolution.

I recommend the following questions to people who have become victims of propaganda, and to meditate on them in silence and solitude:
Do I really freely believe in propaganda and let myself be carried away by passions, or is something controlling me? Does this "I" of mine really want this?
