From the point of view of an atheist, however, both warring religious currents are the same nonsense and their arguments are the height of primitivism.
An ideologically deluded person will disagree with this article despite clear evidence and clearly proven truth. It is really sad that people prefer some ideology over the truth. It is painful for people to give up some informational-ideological idea that they have fallen so much in love with. The truth is that it is not black and white: in some things, the pro-American source of information is right, and in some things, the pro-Russian source of information is right. Unfortunately, people have black and white thinking.
The efforts of alternative media should certainly be appreciated. While mainstream media defended the occupation of the American army in Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, etc., alternative media criticized it. Today, the situation has reversed, and alternative media has become naive pro-Russian propaganda, and mainstream media is more likely to be right. Eastern Ukraine Here, alternative media is very mistaken. Proponents of pro-Russian propaganda, blinded by ideological fanaticism, are only concerned with the present, how the conflict is currently unfolding in Ukraine. They have completely forgotten to go back to the recent past – to the most essential thing – to the true essence of the conflict – the origin of the conflict . The conflict began when unknown armed men in masks started militarily occupying administrative buildings in eastern Ukraine – this fact is deliberately avoided by strongly fanatical pro-Russian journalists such as Lubomír Huďo, because it does not fit into their strong, almost religious pro-Russian faith and showmanship (indeed, proponents of pro-Russian or pro-American ideology behave like adherents of a religion – they are not concerned with truth but with faith and showmanship in some ideology). Irrefutable evidence that the conflict in eastern Ukraine was caused by Russian special forces Specnaz – Ukraine is a poor country. The average poor Ukrainian has a head full of worries and is glad to somehow survive financially from day to day, let alone have so much extra energy that he would have nothing to do but occupy administrative buildings out of mischief. Moreover, where would they get so many weapons and ammunition? That is, after all, a very financially demanding thing – occupying administrative buildings, police, or a secret service branch building cannot be done by just one person, but by a well-organized and well-militarily trained group. It is impossible to take Russian media and alternative media propaganda seriously, which claims that these administrative buildings were occupied by ordinary Ukrainian citizens. Such an action can only be carried out by a very well-organized and trained professional military unit, not ordinary people – anyone who doesn't know what a Spetsnaz unit is can easily fall for Russian propaganda. Coincidentally, long before the outbreak of this conflict, I read a book by Marek Chlíbek about this unit, where he describes this special unit in great detail. Spetsnaz soldiers are not ordinary soldiers. They are specially trained for very secret operations. A Spetsnaz soldier is, literally and figuratively, a secret service agent and a soldier in one, and is also trained to carry out reconnaissance activities independently. Spetsnaz soldiers are also well-trained for urban combat. From this information, it clearly follows (if we can think at least a little logically) that those unknown men in masks who caused the conflict by occupying administrative buildings are not some innocent ordinary Ukrainian citizens, but members of Spetsnaz. Of course, later, Ukrainian citizens of Russian nationality could have joined these Russian soldiers. However, the hard core of the separatists, even to this day, undoubtedly consists of Spetsnaz soldiers – the fact that the separatists are very strong and are winning against the Ukrainian army is just further proof that the separatists are Russian soldiers. The Ukrainian army would have long ago shot untrained ordinary Ukrainian citizens to pieces – and now pay close attention. I'll save the best for last . This is absolutely shocking and direct proof that the war was caused by Russian soldiers. The commander of the Spetsnaz units that operated in Ukraine himself admitted it. This "hero" is called Igor Girkin Strelkov , who told the truth without mincing words, as it is, in the Russian pro-government media. Here, Putinophiles, Russophiles, and Kremlinophiles have nothing to excuse themselves with. The evidence is clear and irrefutable. Strelkov was absolutely shocking.
It's a pity that these reports were completely ignored and unnoticed by either alternative or mainstream media in Slovakia. I think that even the Russians in Russia, completely brainwashed by media propaganda, hardly noticed this article at all. Three truthful articles are completely lost in thousands of articles and reports that say that separatists are just ordinary innocent Ukrainian citizens of Russian nationality.
And here we see that even the mainstream media fell for Russian propaganda when they think that the separatists are only Ukrainian citizens who are only supported militarily from outside Russia. The truth is that not only are the separatists supported by Russia, but most of them are regular Russian Spetsnaz soldiers.

Proposal for a peaceful resolution of the Ukrainian conflict. Pro-Russian propaganda says that the terrible bloodthirsty Ukrainian government is deploying the army against citizens in eastern Ukraine, and those wonderful good separatists are protecting these citizens.
The truth is completely different. Separatists threaten the territorial integrity of Ukraine. Ukrainian politicians are rightly afraid that they will lose the east of Ukraine. If they ended the war, what guarantees could they have that they would not lose the east of Ukraine? Are the representatives of the self-proclaimed republics such trustworthy people that if Ukraine gave up, the separatists would voluntarily return the east of Ukraine to the Ukrainian government? In every single country (not just Ukraine), there will be a civil war if its territorial integrity is threatened . A person brainwashed by pro-Russian propaganda cannot understand that the Ukrainian government has no other option but to end the war and continue fighting.
The Ukrainian government cannot back down. The one who started and provoked the war must back down. And the separatists clearly started and provoked the conflict. As long as the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Luhansk Republics exist, there can be no peace.
Russia should play the right role here. Russia supports the self-proclaimed republics. The role of the Russian government is to officially reject and condemn these self-proclaimed republics, which are the cause of the war. President Putin should take courage and officially declare before all media that peace is disrupted by the existence of separatists and self-proclaimed republics. The problem, however, is that such a step by Putin could cause conflict within the Russian government itself, because many politicians defend the existence of these republics.
And the biggest problem in the region are the Russian journalists themselves, and I will explain why. Russian journalists, although they have good patriotic intentions and mean well, actually cause big problems when they defend the existence of the self-proclaimed republics . Russian journalists, in their misguidedness and passionate fanaticism, do not realize that they are doing more harm than good. And by defending the existence of the self-proclaimed republics, it also has an impact on public opinion. Russian politicians cannot afford to take such an extremely unpopular political step as completely rejecting the self-proclaimed republics.
The existence of self-proclaimed republics also threatens the security of Russia itself. The civil war in eastern Ukraine is attracting the attention of NATO and the US military. The situation could potentially escalate, and Russia certainly does not want a World War III.
I think that most Russian politicians are in favor of liquidating the self-proclaimed republics, but the problem is that they are under strong pressure that prevents them from implementing their correct political position. If they rejected the self-proclaimed republics, it would mean great advantages for Russia: the lifting of economic sanctions, the lifting of Russia's political isolation, improved relations with the West, and an end to the tense atmosphere of the Cold War. Rejecting the self-proclaimed republics is truly in Russia's national interests and is for its own good (although misguided propaganda from alternative media says otherwise).
The Russian government should take all available steps to liquidate the self-proclaimed republics and the separatists. Russia should honestly guard the borders and not allow arms supplies. Russia should cancel all Spetsnaz actions to support the separatists. Russia can also deploy snipers against the political representatives of the self-proclaimed republics. This will help the self-proclaimed republics to disappear more easily. There is no other way to enforce peace.
The black-and-white thinking of alternative media. This is the fault of all the presenters of Slobodný vysielač. Especially Ľubomír Huďo and Norbert Lichtner have such extreme views that, according to them, mainstream media will always lie and never tell the truth about anything, and alternative media will always be right and never be wrong about anything. I have never heard from these two gentlemen that they would ever admit that there could be even a tiny bit of truth in the criticism of Russia by the mainstream media. And they have never admitted that alternative media could be wrong about anything.
These two gentlemen are unable to think and try to rationally assess whether a particular report is true or not. Their criterion of credibility is only the source of the report: according to them, Russian and pro-Russian media will always be right and Western media will always lie, and it can never be otherwise.
The work of Lichtnar and Huďa resembles a fanatical, hostile struggle and passionate information warfare, instead of a sense of objectivity and objective thinking. Instead of a sense of objectivity and truth, these gentlemen have blind and biased hatred against mainstream media. The passions of hatred are more important to them than objectivity and a sense of truth.
What is sad is that instead of teaching listeners to think, the presenters are brainwashing the masses of listeners with blind hatred towards Western media. I feel most sorry for the listeners who are manipulated in this way.
