In this meditation, we will focus on the most important element, the will.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><div style=\"line-height: 100%;margin-bottom: 0cm\"> <strong><span lang=\"sk-SK\"><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">Strongly slowed breathing will significantly help to strengthen the diencephalon and the will.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><div style=\"line-height: 100%;margin-bottom: 0cm\"> <strong><span lang=\"sk-SK\"><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">&#8211; We put the full power of our will only into meditation (energy meditation). It does not have to be manifested by a strong effort, but above all by the power of will.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><div style=\"line-height: 100%;margin-bottom: 0cm\"> <strong><span lang=\"sk-SK\"><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">&#8211; We are trying to switch to a different consciousness than this one, and in addition to achieving the target state, we have a somewhat altered perception. It&#39;s as if our consciousness is a degree higher.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><div style=\"line-height: 100%;margin-bottom: 0cm\"> <strong><span lang=\"sk-SK\"><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">&#8211; As if our consciousness ignored and did not see this consciousness and this perception &#8211; during meditation we have our eyes open, but as if we did not perceive\/see what we see &#8211; this element will help us to tune in correctly.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><div style=\"line-height: 100%;margin-bottom: 0cm\"> <strong><span lang=\"sk-SK\"><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">-If, in addition, we feel a very gentle tingling sensation in the diencephalon (we just need to feel something there), it is a sign that we have tuned our consciousness correctly.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><div style=\"line-height: 100%;margin-bottom: 0cm\"> <strong><span style=\"font-variant: normal\"><span lang=\"sk-SK\"><span style=\"font-style: normal\"><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">-During this meditation, we can constantly search for our &quot;self&quot; and our will, tune into the right place in the brain\/consciousness where the will and the seat of our &quot;self&quot; are.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><div style=\"line-height: 100%;margin-bottom: 0cm\"> <strong><span style=\"font-variant: normal\"><span lang=\"sk-SK\"><span style=\"font-style: normal\"><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">**<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><div style=\"line-height: 100%;margin-bottom: 0cm\"> <strong><span lang=\"sk-SK\"><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">&#8211; we deliberately try to stretch the imaginary muscle in the brain (it&#39;s the exact opposite of a trance), our attention is heightened<\/span><\/span><\/strong><div style=\"line-height: 100%;margin-bottom: 0cm\"> <strong><span lang=\"sk-SK\"><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">&#8211; A person has their senses tuned in such a way that<\/span><\/span><\/strong> they <strong><span lang=\"sk-SK\"><strong>constantly<\/strong><\/span><\/strong> <strong><span lang=\"sk-SK\"><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">have to make changes in their mind<\/span><\/span><\/strong> <strong><span lang=\"sk-SK\"><strong>, changes.<\/strong><\/span><\/strong> <strong><span lang=\"sk-SK\"><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">A person constantly has to tune and change their mind so that our<\/span><\/span><\/strong> <strong><span lang=\"sk-SK\"><u><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">self<\/span><\/u><\/span><\/strong> <strong><span lang=\"sk-SK\"><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">and our<\/span><\/span><\/strong> <strong><span lang=\"sk-SK\"><u><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">will<\/span><\/u><\/span><\/strong> are <strong><span lang=\"sk-SK\"><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">as strong as possible in this meditation, so that we feel the energies as much as possible.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><div style=\"line-height: 100%;margin-bottom: 0cm\"> <strong><span style=\"font-variant: normal\"><span lang=\"sk-SK\"><span style=\"font-style: normal\"><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">&#8211; To strengthen our will and our self, we breathe through our diencephalon.
