A person consists not only of the body but also of the spirit. This is a fact and a reality.
In reality, a person is not controlled by their brain, but by their spirit. The spirit is hierarchically above the brain; the spirit controls and directs the brain. The spirit and the brain communicate with each other to a certain extent.
Side note: Current official science denies everything spiritual, because we have to be "exact". The cornerstone of current official science is atheism. I am 100% sure that several scientists who studied the brain managed to discover during their research how it is controlled by something incomprehensible (i.e. the human spirit), but they were afraid to publicize their discoveries so as not to be ridiculed by their atheist colleagues and also not to risk their careers for their "controversial" discovery.
While Christianity perceives the human spirit as something abstract and prefers the term "soul", Eastern culture speaks of the energetic human spirit as a spiritual body. Christian philosophy is essentially a little more materialistic.
However, the Bible mentions the existence of a spiritual body. The opinion of contemporary Christian philosophy, of course, is not in line with their Bible either:
First Letter to the Corinthians – Chapter 15
44 If there is a natural body, there is also a spiritual body.
The spiritual body is a kind of "energetic" essence. (The word "energetic" does not quite literally capture the essence.)
The spiritual body is immortal, and after the death of the body, the spirit leaves its physical shell.
Meditation is divided into the following types:
a) meditation, which will ensure our connection with God/the Absolute and get us into a state of bliss
b) "training" the mind to achieve the best possible communication and connection between the spirit and the brain. This way, we can cleanse our minds of the deposits and pollution of various psychological wounds and complexes. In higher states, the resulting effect is a different state of consciousness – it is a blissful state.
c) revival of the spiritual body through various breathing energy exercises. With greater success, the result is "kundalini". These things must be worked on professionally, because too much energy can cause too much real heat and damage some organs. The brain is most at risk. These states are accompanied by muscle tremors, which are perceived positively because they release psychological blocks. A person who does not understand this considers it to be strange and extremely "dangerous" phenomena. When Christians who have not heard of it and do not understand it see something like this, they say that the person is possessed by the devil.
This type of meditation can be successfully done by absolutely anyone, it doesn't have to be a person who has had an active spiritual body since childhood (I haven't had it active since childhood either).
All three types of meditation can be combined with each other, they can be combined together. One type of meditation follows the other and they complement each other.
Side note 1: It is possible to transfer energy from one person (who is experienced in meditation) to another. Strange things happen during this activity, for example, people fall to the ground and fall into a trance. There are some Christian charismatic pastors who misuse some knowledge about meditation, distribute energy to believers and talk about giving the Holy Spirit to believers in the name of Jesus. Above all, it is a disgusting hypnotic manipulation of the masses of people. There should be prohibitions that strictly illegalize such practices.

Side note 2: Some Christians spontaneously acquire more energetic spiritual bodies and are able to give energy to others in their sick places. They say they have a gift from God to heal. In reality, however, it is energy, not Jesus, who heals.
Some healers treat exactly on the same principle, and the effectiveness of such treatment is sometimes very surprising. All diseases in our body are caused by an energy imbalance or lack of energy in a given place. The energetic spiritual body is in close contact with the physical body.
Side note 3: Today there are several Christians who say that Jesus or Mary appear to them (e.g. visionaries from Medjugorje or various websites). In reality, however, these are hallucinations. Hallucinations are common in people who have an active spiritual body. Hindus, unlike ignorant Christian fools, if they have any "revelations", know well that these are just hallucinations and usually do not attach any importance to them. Side note 4: here the activity of a truly professional healer is presented, not only of the physical body but mainly of psychological blocks and complexes. The release of a large amount of energy on the spiritual body of a person also affects the physical body, causing muscle tremors, strange muscle contractions. Fanatical Christians would say that it is related to the devil.

The energetic spiritual body is particularly active even when two people are in love and can attract each other without touching (this even applies in the case of homosexuality). This mutual attraction is caused by an intense exchange of energies.
The effect of the two spiritual bodies is particularly intense during sexual intercourse.
There are very substantial differences between the spiritual body of a man and a woman. It is not so much the structure of the brain, but mainly the spiritual body that makes the psyche of a man and a woman very different.
It is said that every person is different and we will not find one identical person in the world. The same applies to the spiritual body, and even more so. The spiritual body of each person is different and each has its own specifics. Every person has their own specific mental characteristics. Even energy pathways can have certain minor differences between individuals.
Just as we inherit genetic material from our parents from a biological point of view, we also inherit the spiritual body from our parents, along with its specifics, good or bad qualities.
Just as the anatomy and biology of the body of each nation and race have their specifics and identical features, the spiritual body of each nation also has its specifics and common characteristics.
Shaktipat
Shaktipat is a process where an experienced guru "pours" energy into the chakras of people who know and are able to meditate at least a little. The kundalini process (a strong flow of energy through the spine) can also occur, and people experience ecstatic states. Most gurus, however, are of course fraudsters (like the guru in the following link) who let themselves be admired by people, cultivate a cult of self among people, and often even declare themselves gods.
