First, a little introduction to the science of geology:
Where are crystalline rocks located and how can I find them?
They can be found using a geological map or in rivers. For example, if it is on a geological map in a forest, it is possible to easily find a protruding stone in the forest that corresponds to the given mineral. If suitable, you can break the stone into smaller pieces so you don't have to drag a heavy stone home. This can be done with a hammer, a geological hammer, or by throwing one stone against another. If the geological map shows that such a crystalline mineral is present, a small stream is also a suitable place to find the mineral.
In the case of larger rivers, find a smooth hard stone anywhere, which should correspond to quartz or quartzite. When determining the correct rock, the geologist always breaks the river stone to see its fracture cross-section. The geologist will not find much from the surface of the smoothed river stone.
Crystalline rocks are found in all mountain ranges of nuclear origin.
From a scientific geological point of view, granite is also considered a crystalline rock, and many mountain ranges in Slovakia are made of it (a very large area of the Czech Republic is also made of granite).
Calcite is also a crystalline rock: its crystalline beauty is only visible after it is broken, when the fracture is visible. Otherwise, it just looks like some boring limestone.
While quartz and granite are chemically acidic rocks, calcite is a low-hardness rock of an alkaline chemical nature (alkaline pH). You can easily find calcite in limestone quarries. Or you can look for it among limestone stones, breaking one stone after another, and with a bit of luck, you will come across a crystalline, shiny cross-section.
Just for interest, the hardness of quartz is the same as the hardness of steel.
It is advantageous to perform the shamanic energy technique of breathing through the chakras directly on crystalline rocks or boulders. Meditating on a mountain range that is entirely made of quartz or quartzite is a truly great experience.
Having a crystal in your room at home is beneficial – the crystal emits positive energies and absorbs negative ones. However, once in a while, it is necessary to energetically cleanse the crystal in salt water. Salt water has special properties that allow it to absorb negative energies. Leave the crystal to soak in salt water for at least 3 hours and then pour out the water. (by the way, swimming in the sea in salt water is also beneficial, it cleanses us energetically).
I am personally very lucky to have a forest stream full of quartz and quartzite nearby, so I go there to exchange stones from time to time, I do not use the option of cleaning with salt.
The color of the crystal is not important – it's esoteric nonsense. The color of the crystal is just an admixture of some chemical compound that colors the stone. In my opinion, the ideal rock is white or translucent, without any admixtures.
Energy techniques with crystals. How to use crystals to your advantage?
–The first three lower chakras are the most energetically polluted because they have the lowest vibration and we use them the most, we focus our attention on them the most. Negative energy can take the form of black slime, clumps, needles, hoops around the chakra, it can be intelligent program clusters of negative energy. Take a crystalline rock/mineral and try to exhale negative energy into it. I personally find a quartz stone directly in the stream and immediately exhale negative energy into it. (Nature has a strong cleansing ability and the stone will later cleanse itself if I return it to the stream)
Important notice: my personal experience with the purification of the lower chakras with crystals is very positive: with a very effective and powerful purification of the lower chakras, the quality of my life began to improve significantly, more positive "coincidences" began to accumulate in my destiny, and there were fewer negative "coincidences".
