Shamanic Monastery Project (txt)
Introduction
This is not an existing project, it is a project that could theoretically arise in the future in an ideal case. The creation of a shamanic monastery is somewhat my dream, although its real creation is probably quite utopian/unrealistic. But allow me to dream -:)
I think the idea is quite interesting, so keep reading until the end.
Support this project with your mind.
In shamanism, it is said that the power of the human mind is enormous. The more people read this idea and have it in their minds, the sooner it can be realized.
After reading this article, you can close your eyes and visualize how such a project works. Your imagination has enormous power, and if a larger number of people imagine something, it can actually happen in practice.
What is it about?
Just as there are Hindu or Buddhist monasteries, this would be a monastery founded not on Hindu or Buddhist philosophy, but on the philosophy of shamanism. I do not consider it very reasonable to expand a Hindu or Buddhist monastery. Hinduism has many pagan elements and Buddhism is a very poor and limited philosophy.
Therefore, it will be a monastery with a shamanic philosophy. It will be a monastery whose goal will not be to philosophize, but primarily to engage in any meditation techniques that are truly effective. The goal will be to achieve the ability of astral travel. And it will not only be about learning astral travel, but also about learning to master these things as best as possible. As one shamanic scholar says, the ability of astral travel itself is only the beginning and introduction to shamanic training, and that is how I see it too.
Meditation techniques are very time-consuming (you'd be surprised how fast time flies during meditation – even faster than when you're on the computer) and an ordinary person who goes to work doesn't have time to devote themselves to them more intensively. And of course, without a good command of meditation, it is not possible to achieve astral travel.
Spreading shamanic enlightenment and the shamanic monastery
The biggest problem of today's society is ignorance and lack of knowledge of shamanic teachings. The cure for ignorance is education; spreading the shamanic philosophy to the public. For education to happen, it is good for someone to deal with shamanism full-time, because it is not possible to go to work and at the same time devote oneself to shamanism. For education to be truly effective and efficient, it also needs people who devote themselves to shamanism full-time. Therefore, the solution is also a shamanic monastery – monks will be people who will devote themselves to shamanism full-time.
The Shamanic Monastery will be a pillar and a base for the dissemination of shamanism (this teaching, which is not very well known to the public) to the public. More and more people will be introduced to this still very unknown teaching of knowledge.
Job description for a monk
Most of the time, the monks will devote themselves to meditation and astral travel. Time passes very quickly during such activities. (By the way, just for inspiration, even within the Catholic Church, there are so-called contemplative monasteries or monastic orders in which monks are strictly forbidden to talk to each other, and visits are also very strictly limited or completely forbidden. These include, for example, the Carthusians or Carmelites. A monk may not speak a word for a month. It is possible to be inspired by this, but it does not have to be so strict).
Once a day, the monks will have a meeting among themselves – they will exchange experiences from meditation techniques. They will encourage and guide each other – they can explain where they are making a mistake and how to do the meditation technique better.
Monks do not have to be locked up in the monastery all the time, but their work can also include meditations at so-called energy power places in nature on conical hills made of crystalline rocks. Even in Slovakia, we have very strong power places with enchanting and magical nature – these are truly magical and mystical places.
Public activities of monks
The monks will have periods of meditation when they will not discuss with anyone at all, but they will also have periods when they will devote themselves to the public, organizing public events.
This may include:
– public lectures
– joint meditations. Such events could be held, say, every week.
– activities in which the monks will individually devote themselves to the healing of people
– freeing people from heavy energies that limit them and cause suffering in life (individual work)
– non-commercial meditation courses (only with a minimum price – it will be a certain counterweight to commercial esotericism), the aim of which is to energetically cleanse the chakras or to learn astral travel. These courses will be really effective, and a person will return from them as if reborn . These can also be more intensive 2-3 week courses.
The Shamanic Monastery and its Influence on Society
As part of astral travel, monks/shamans would also perform positive magical techniques that would affect the collective consciousness of entire regions, of the whole country. They would thus increase the vibrations of the whole of Europe, the whole of Europe would move up, people would change. Society would change and this would also be reflected in political events.
Europe is currently mortally wounded and mortally threatened. A certain shamanic scholar, who has very accurately predicted the future many times, says that there is a very strong tendency and a strong probability that Western Europe will soon turn Muslim and that the Islamic State will fight militarily in Europe, similar to how it does today in Syria. Today, such a thing seems crazy, impossible, and unrealistic, but what is frightening is that a certain shamanic scholar has already predicted the future in the past using his clairvoyant abilities (he predicted the financial crisis several years in advance, he predicted the Islamic State in Iraq, several years ago he predicted Islamization (or Islamic ghettos in Europe) as an extremely serious threat, and at that time everyone mocked him for his strange paranoid views, and Islamization then seemed extremely unrealistic).
Europe is in mortal danger and the shamanic monastery would literally be a salvation for Europe. (A certain shamanic scholar explains that the future is never predetermined and various negative tendencies can be reversed)
The Shamanic Monastery would be a kind of light shining in the dark for all of Europe. The Shamanic Monastery (or its monks) would be able to not only reverse apocalyptic scenarios in Europe (because the tendencies are such that the situation will only rapidly worsen, certainly not improve), but also transform Europe into a paradise that would be a light for the entire planet Earth.
(Some may find it far-fetched or too strong a claim that shamanism can really change the whole society for the better in such a significant way, but the truth is that there is indeed a very great power in shamanism).
The ideal future, the expansion of monasteries
Ideally, the shamanic monastery would create its other branches in Slovakia, the Czech Republic, and later throughout Europe. If something like that happened, it would be a real win. Shamanic knowledge would thus not be some very unknown philosophy, but it would be a very well-known philosophy to the public (currently it is known only to a few hundred people), and shamanic meditations would be practiced by a significant percentage of the population. Shamanic enlightenment would spread throughout Europe.
The financial side of monasteries
Of course, within the rules of the order, there will be something similar to the "vow of poverty" in some Christian orders, meaning all monks will be forbidden from owning property and "building" a monastery with "above-standard", i.e., financially demanding, equipment. People who financially support this monastery can be sure that all their money will be used as efficiently and transparently as possible.
For the sake of transparency, the monastic order can also commit to regular transparent disclosure of finances, which will further encourage sponsors to finance it, as they will be sure that their money will be used effectively and honestly.
The monastery would be expected to be financed mainly by wealthy people – in Slovakia, the differences between the poor and the rich are very large (much larger than in the Czech Republic) and we have about 2000 very successful companies here (you can see more here http://www.finstat.sk/analyza-firiem ), for which several hundred thousand EUR is almost nothing.
So, as far as finances are concerned, there should theoretically not be the slightest problem.
Shamanic Monastery
I personally feel most free when meditating – researching my consciousness.
Sometimes my approach to meditation resembles something like scientific experimentation. To try out in an experiment whether it works.
Overall, I would like there to be a similar approach as in science: that is, a constant accumulation of knowledge, an evolution in knowledge and methods of meditation.
Maybe I would call that monastery a center for the research of consciousness.
We would also go to meditate at power spots, in addition to the monastery.
The advantage of a monastic community would also be the creation of a strong community energy field, which would help to greatly accelerate evolutionary growth in mastering shamanic techniques.
If there was a system of a more closed order, it would also significantly strengthen the evolutionary growth of monks, as people from the outside would not drag the monks down.
I can see how much those power places would help me if my parents weren't dragging me down – here it would be the exact opposite.
Later, if the monks themselves acquired great abilities, they could devote themselves more to helping the public, healing, and energy cleansing. This would also be a school – the monks themselves would learn, experiment, and constantly improve how to do it as effectively as possible.
For comparison, in religion, there are two basic types of monastic orders: those that have a strict ban on contact with the public in their rules and those that are maximally open to the public (e.g., specializing in charitable goals). Just as an inspiration: it is located right next to the Slovak Paradise reservation.

True "spirituality" and monasteries: Shamanic monastery
This planet is in such a great decline that true shamanic spirituality has completely disappeared. Only a handful of shamans in Peru remain, who alone know the truth, alone possess knowledge, and alone have true contact with the Absolute and positive beings.
In order to restore true spirituality on this planet, it is necessary for a part of its population to devote themselves to it full-time – not alongside work. This could be achieved by establishing monasteries – a monastic order that would be based on the correct philosophy – it will not be based (bound) on any religion or any currently popular philosophy.
While there is no organization, no community of people that would bring light to this planet and a bridge between this world and the Absolute, the emergence of a shamanic monastery would change this and the first organization bringing Light to this planet would be created.
Even now, there are monasteries within non-dogmatic religions such as Buddhism, Hinduism, Taoism, Shintoism, etc. However, these monastic orders have one serious flaw, which is that they do not adhere to the correct philosophy in their foundations. They adhere to old, established traditional or religious, and not only religious, dogmas that do not allow them to approach true spirituality. In most of these monasteries, various primitive pagan prayers, rituals, cults of gods, and cults of Buddha as a god are even practiced, which reliably block true spirituality and contact with the Absolute in a person.
Furthermore, even when monks finally devote themselves to meditation as such, it is questionable how they meditate and what methods they use. In the vast majority of cases, meditation methods are based on completely wrong foundations. The simple breathing of the chakras, which is an effective method, is most often forgotten. I consider Buddhist meditation methods to be very ineffective and fundamentally flawed, and I certainly agree with the views of one shamanic scholar on this. If a monk meditates using a fundamentally wrong method, then even throughout his entire 60-year monastic career, he will not come closer to the truth, the Absolute, and true spirituality.
The key points, keywords, and the foundation of the monastic order established on the right foundations are as follows: a strong element of individualism in the meditation method, breathing through the chakras, working with the chakras, the goal of mastering astral travel and controlling it to the greatest extent possible, monks will organize joint meditation events similar to what a certain shamanic scholar does, and the publication of quality literature on meditation techniques and shamanism.
Ideally, it should not be a business, admission should be free, meditations should be done once a week, it would be good if there was a monastic order in each region (analogy to a parish). The creation of various meditation communities (analogy to Christian communities) would also be a good idea.
The monastic order should also have a specific form of hierarchical structure, so that there is order and to ensure that this order does not decline after tens, hundreds, or thousands of years. I do not agree with the opinion of a shamanic scholar that hierarchy is evil in itself. There is strength and unity in hierarchy; we see how the hierarchical system makes the Catholic Church strong. In the case of a monastic order, it is not about political power, but about spreading the enlightenment of meditation as quickly, intensely, and effectively as possible. Hierarchization will be manifested mainly in the umbrella of monastic organizations under one organization, thus achieving unity, and in unity there is strength.
The name of the monastic order could be, for example, the Center for Consciousness Research, because that is what this center would really be dealing with.
The monastic order's approach to meditation
This is the basic characteristic element of the monastic order, which is completely different from all other existing monastic orders. It is an element of strong individualism. Although the monk will be allowed to devote himself to meditation techniques compiled by other monks, on the other hand, and this is the essence – what is most important, he will try to find and compile a meditation technique himself, mainly through persistent experimentation. This is the ancient essence of meditation, which has completely disappeared today – current monastic orders just blindly copy meditation techniques of some tradition, while they themselves do not understand what they are doing, they do not think why they are doing it.
The goal of every monk is to find the right method by experimenting or through divine inspiration. To achieve results in this way requires a lot of effort, but the results are worth it.
Furthermore, the meditation technique is not just about words – the meditation technique cannot be described in words, the truth cannot be described in words, everything is based on inner experiences and inner experiences.
Since meditation is based on experimentation, the requirement for a monk to enter the monastery is also high intelligence, an above-average development of a certain type of intelligence, and creativity, because when searching for solutions, if a person is unsuccessful in meditation, they need to be very resourceful and creative. A person with low intelligence will not make a good monk.
I am in favor of establishing female monastic orders as well.
It must be realized that becoming a monk is a difficult permission – it is not a walk in the park, it is not about any permanent experience of ecstasy. One also experiences humiliation, meditation crises, situations where meditation is not successful, which is a great frustration for a monk – these are very difficult moments and suffering for a monk, as he loses the meaning of life. A monk must be very strong to overcome these difficult moments. But with every difficult moment, every crisis in meditation, one always learns something new. Nothing is more important for a monk than strong perseverance and dedication despite failure.
Older monks should not provide energy to younger ones – it is important that they can connect to higher sources themselves without the help of someone else.
The monks will spend the vast majority of their time in their cells in solitude, and they will be strictly forbidden to talk to each other. Solitude is the best way to meditate. They will be allowed to talk only at a precisely designated time during the day, for no longer than one hour. Internet access should also be restricted in a similar way. At precisely designated times during the day, they can also have joint meditations – e.g., they agree that everyone will breathe through one chakra at a time and after two minutes move on to the next chakra.
They could also meditate in places of power – there is a slight disadvantage that the group of monks will not be so alone – monks should meditate in silence in such places.
Monks can organize events where ordinary people can temporarily experience the life of monks, e.g., during the summer holidays, 2-6 week meditation events can be organized where people will meditate in silence and solitude. A few times a day, they can meet with the master monk, who will advise them individually and guide them correctly.
It is not easy to explain to financial supporters and sponsors that even a project like a shamanic monastery is very much needed.
*******
A disadvantage of the shamanic monastery may also be that monks can acquire so-called bad habits in meditation techniques through intensive meditation, and this may result in them ultimately being worse off in spiritual growth than people from the world – outside the monastery.
Perhaps it would be good if monks, as part of their shamanic training, went to a regular job from time to time – because ordinary life is also very helpful in spiritual growth – it teaches a person a lot. If a person is closed in a monastery, they are not in reality but in their own bubble.
Errors of the existing Buddhist/Hindu monasteries
Often, it's about pagan cults, prayers to gods, the absence of pure shamanic teaching on breathing through the chakras, negative habits in meditation, and a wealth of intellectual spiritual literature that hinders the understanding of true spirituality. It is forgotten that one does not need to follow established traditions or rich literature, but rather to understand things internally, individually, and each on their own path; everyone must come to this on their own.
