Pessimism and negativism: this is the disease of the Slovak nation

If you ask a foreigner what is typical for Slovaks, they will answer that it is pessimism and negativism. We should be ashamed of this mental illness of ours in front of foreigners. It is a great and serious sin of Slovaks and the Slovak nation, and we should correct ourselves in this. It is a big mistake and it is very wrong that we are negativistic and pessimistic, we have a mind full of negativism and negative thoughts.
We constantly criticize everything and only notice the negative. We constantly complain about politics, how everything is bad and terrible there, and we get very upset about it. And if something positive happens in politics, we don't notice it at all – we are blind to that.
Eastern philosophy says: only what is in our mind is real.
Therefore, let's try to think positively. Even if we are in a negative life situation, try to approach it with as positive an attitude as possible. This will alleviate your suffering in a difficult situation. On the contrary, with negative thinking, even if something bad happens, you will make it immensely worse and cause x-times more suffering than the situation actually warrants.
Try to notice positive things as much as possible. Focus your sight on positive things. Don't fill your mind with negative things, fill it with positive things. This way you will get rid of suffering and be happy.
Don't worry about your personal future, because that way you cause yourself suffering and fill yourself with negative thoughts. Be in the present.
Slovaks are very unhappy, but there are also much poorer nations that think optimistically and are much happier.
Let's learn optimism from other nations. We have a lot to learn from them as humble beginners.
We still have a lot to learn from the Czechs, as they are only 50% Slavic ethnically (genetic research shows that Czechs and Slovaks differ significantly from each other), their mentality is completely different, they are immensely more positive and optimistic people.
From a shamanic perspective, we humans create this reality with our minds. Every negative thought within us negatively affects reality, which then manifests as negative events, whether in politics, economics, or natural disasters. We don't realize the power of our minds and treat them very irresponsibly when we fill them with negativity. We hurt not only ourselves but also others. And besides, we should learn something other than complaining about politics – other, more positive things exist.
Let's learn to think positively. Be a positivist. Slovaks love to give the worst possible prognoses for the future. No, on the contrary, be positive, have strong faith and believe that the future will be positive, that everything will turn out as well as it can. Let your words be full of positivism and positive prognoses.
It is not politics that is at fault in Slovakia. We ourselves are at fault. Politicians are nothing. We, the Slovak nation, the people, create this reality with our minds. If you are doing badly, do not complain about politicians. Complain about yourself for being negative.
Don't try to change politics. Even a monkey can hold a banner at a demonstration. Don't change politics, change yourself. If you want to change this world, change yourself first.
Don't curse politics, curse yourself for being negativistic. Learn positivism.
Don't you think that something bad is happening in politics? You are to blame for what is happening in politics!! Politics is just a reflection of your mind full of negative thoughts.

To a blog where the author described an overly crazy, catastrophic future, I wrote the following comment: (The URL link is no longer valid)
A spiritually mature person will never have such catastrophic thoughts about the future as to surely believe there will be a war. We should live in the present, and there isn't even a war in Slovakia yet, and we're already imagining it. Shamans say that we create the future and this world ourselves through our thinking. We don't realize the power of our thoughts. What we think, we are. Every thought of ours becomes reality. If we have such catastrophic thoughts, we are actually visualizing a bad future – we want a negative future to happen. That's why only a very spiritually low person can write such a blog. It's not for nothing that I wrote the article "Pessimism and negativism. This is the disease of the Slovak nation." If all of us Slovaks had such positive thinking as the Czechs, we would be able to program our future better – in our favor, and then we wouldn't have to constantly curse and condemn politicians. We need to have positive thinking and positive dreams, positive visualizations and ideas about the future. Shamans themselves perform special meditative visualizations, during which they try to change the negative geopolitical fate for the better. This blog is the exact opposite of that. P.S.: Also, the negativistic paranoia around water is something very stupid. Why should we curse politicians when we don't even know what the government will do with water in the future?
Here is a beautiful explanation of what visualizations shamans do. Such negative thinking in the blog is the exact opposite of this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZIUXioSOkSU
