Meditation of the Will

-I have called the following meditation the meditation of will
-The diencephalon is closely related to the will. In this meditation, we will focus on the most important element, the will.
Strongly slowed breathing will significantly help to strengthen the diencephalon and the will.
– We put the full power of our will only into meditation (energy meditation). It does not have to be manifested by a strong effort, but above all by the power of will.
– We are trying to switch to a different consciousness than this one, and in addition to achieving the target state, we have a somewhat altered perception. It's as if our consciousness is a degree higher.
– As if our consciousness ignored and did not see this consciousness and this perception – during meditation we have our eyes open, but as if we did not perceive/see what we see – this element will help us to tune in correctly.
-If, in addition, we feel a very gentle tingling sensation in the diencephalon (we just need to feel something there), it is a sign that we have tuned our consciousness correctly.
-During this meditation, we can constantly search for our "self" and our will, tune into the right place in the brain/consciousness where the will and the seat of our "self" are.
**
– we deliberately try to stretch the imaginary muscle in the brain (it's the exact opposite of a trance), our attention is heightened
– A person has their senses tuned in such a way that they constantly have to make changes in their mind , changes. A person constantly has to tune and change their mind so that our self and our will are as strong as possible in this meditation, so that we feel the energies as much as possible.
– To strengthen our will and our self, we breathe through our diencephalon. In practice, we always breathe through the diencephalon plus some chakra at the same time.
