I will describe the approximate structure and system of what such courses should look like.
Organization: Rent a gym or other premises. Provide seating.
The basic thing is the joint meditation of people in a group.
What will the meditation exercises themselves look like? The basic philosophy/(procedure) of meditation is as follows:
These will be seated meditations (the yogi's lotus position is a big nonsense). People will sit on chairs. (People will not hold hands – in this context it would not be practical – although there may be such meditations for a short time. The chairs will not be in a circle, but will be in normal rows).
The lying position is not good (at least not most of the time), as one tends to fall asleep – I don't recommend it that much. However, even that is not in a comfortable bed but on a not-so-soft mat in the hall during a joint meditation, the tendency to fall asleep during meditation is not that great – under certain circumstances, even the lying position can be quite good.
During meditation, it will be silent. There will be no meditation music or anything like that. Explanation of this: I have never had good experiences with music during meditation. It distracts a person's senses outwards and makes it impossible to fully concentrate on the meditation. With music, a person energetically connects with the author/creator of the music. Every piece of music has its own energies (although people don't realize it, it's something real and authentic) and during meditation, it's not good to connect with other foreign external energies.
In today's age of "digital dementia," people have a great problem understanding the meaning of silence, and silence during meditation is suffering for them. In fact, silence should not only not be "suffering" for a person, but something pleasant – in silence, we can first perceive, feel God/the Absolute. A person is God/the Absolute. And the only way to tune into oneself – into one's deep inner Divine essence – is in silence. If a person manages to tune their consciousness to higher dimensions, then, as if by chance (in reality not by chance), thoughts begin to emerge that move the person forward in spiritual growth. A person for whom silence is suffering must work a lot on themselves to free themselves from the slavery of "digital dementia" and find the sacredness and meaning of silence.
The basis of meditation is breathing or focusing on the chakras. One option is for everyone to breathe into any chakra. But a better idea seems to me to be if the organizer says which chakra needs to be breathed into at a given moment. After every 5-15 minutes, you can move on to breathing into another chakra. Even several people at once breathe into the same chakra, there is strong magic in it. Each chakra has its own energy vibrational level, each chakra is connected to a dimension of a certain vibrational level. If you work on the same chakra in a joint meditation, it will be something very powerful – all people will be energetically very significantly interconnected. The projector can show a picture indicating which chakra we are currently breathing into: the exact location of the chakra on the body. The change of chakra breathing will be announced into the microphone by the moderator, or by some gong/sound. There can also be an online live broadcast of such a meditation, so that people can meditate together via the Internet. Of course, the best of all is to be physically present at the event – this way the energetic connection and the effect of meditation are most effective.
Within the organizational system of meditation, for health reasons (blood circulation in the limbs, etc.) and for reasons of overall well-being, it is important that people do not sit continuously for longer than 30-45 minutes. Therefore, the organizer will ask everyone to stand up for 5 minutes, and the meditation can take place standing for these 5 minutes. Of course, longer breaks are also possible.
Before the meditation begins, each participant will have to have completed a short course or lecture where they will be given organizational instructions and the method of meditation itself.
Problems: This type of meditation is not suitable for people who have serious problems concentrating. Also, people are very comfortable nowadays, people are constantly looking for comfort, and this kind of meditation is too boring for them.
We need to raise awareness. People need to be explained that constantly seeking comfort is not a solution. It doesn't even make a person happy. No success can be achieved without effort. Behind every success is a lot of hard work.
Shamanism is not a belief but a true knowledge that really works and from which a person can gain many benefits.
(Family members can breathe through the chakras together in this way (it is really beautiful if the family meditates together like this), or a small group of friends can agree on such a meditation)
Organizational matters
The length/duration of the courses/ meditation events : typically 1-4 hours. If it is a more intensive meditation event, it can be a 6-8 hour event, where lunch will also be provided. It can also be a type of event that will be an analogy to Catholic masses or regular prayer meetings in various Christian communities.
Frequency of the courses/meditation events: ideally, it can be every week, either on Saturday or Sunday.
Price list: enough of doing business with spirituality and disgusting commercial esotericism with exorbitant prices. These meditation events should either have free entry or be for a completely symbolic price. Moreover (I'm just speaking generally), it's hard for any esoteric organization with high event prices to compete when masses are served in Catholic churches every day with no entrance fee. Ideally, it would be good if the organizers were employed full-time in a shamanic organization (doing some other activity outside of shamanic courses) – this would, of course, require generous sponsors.
Energy field of the meditation community: the meditation shamanic community will create something like a very positive egregore – an energy field that will make this organization very strong, so that light will flow throughout Europe and people in Europe will be energetically moved forward and this will also have a positive effect on politics. The energy field will also create protection around itself in the broadest sense (e.g. against compromising campaigns, etc.)
Meditations in nature: wouldn't it be better to have these meditations in nature instead of in a hall/gym? Nature has a lot of positives, such as pure energy; from power spots, I can send energy to others much more effectively. On the other hand, nature is not a panacea. Outside is outside, inside is inside. The disadvantage is that a person is temporarily in nature, and if a person returns home from nature, the euphoria of positive energies from the person deflates like a bubble. I am most successful with lying-down meditations in nature. Furthermore, a serious disadvantage of nature is that I can never sit down as comfortably there (I don't have a comfortable armchair there) as I can inside at home; I mainly can't concentrate deeply there, and there are disturbing influences from the wind.
It would be very positive if a closed monastery with a strict rule were established, similar to Christian orders such as the Carthusians, where they would be forbidden to talk to each other most of the time, and contact with the public would be limited to only a few days during the year. This way, the monks could very radically and quickly advance in meditation.
Verbally guided meditation
The most famous person who practices this type of meditation is Petr Chobot. Personally, I do not recognize this type of meditation. The other people I know have not had good results with this form of meditation either. Meditation is something internal – something that a person must understand individually in their own way, something that cannot be understood in words but needs to be understood internally. Verbally guided meditation strongly "irritates" the external senses (hearing) and makes it impossible to fully concentrate on internal work. The attention of consciousness is strongly focused on the external senses, and it is impossible for a person to fully concentrate inwards.
People at Peter Chobot's events are not conscious. They are not aware of what energies are passing through them and in what way. A lot of energy passes through them without them knowing or realizing how. They can only be conscious when it is quiet, if there is no music or human voice in the background.
