Affirmations

The word affirmation also means to assure, to confirm oneself in the truth. In this article, I will use the word affirmations in a slightly different context (or possibly meaning) than it is usually mentioned in common esoteric literature or esoteric websites.

What is an affirmation?
It is about a deeper awareness of:
some truth
or something necessary and important that you need to stick to (to adhere to it).

One thing is information (or truth). The second thing, the second element, is the intensity, strength, and depth with which we will be guided by that information (truth). The goal of affirmation is to be guided by the predetermined information (truth) with the greatest possible intensity.

Before affirmation
, it is important to realize what affirmation is actually needed at the given moment (or even in the long term). This ability of "awareness" is key to affirmation. This "awareness" is best done within the framework of Contemplation https://filozofia.nett.to/meditacia/sk/rozjimanie

We use affirmations in meditation. These are the main keywords and points (we don't have space for extensive and long sentences – that would be impractical) that we actively think about during the entire meditation. These are the most important key elements of the given meditation technique that we are doing.
Some elements of the meditation technique will become automatic, and you don't have to pay attention to them – you don't have to repeat this element and think of it as an affirmation.
On the contrary, with other elements during meditation, we may have great difficulty in observing them to a sufficient extent or in sufficient quality, or we may completely forget about a given element. In this case, try to have an affirmation to do the given element in better quality with greater emphasis, or use an affirmation to remind yourself of the element that you forgot in meditation.
Think about whether you have any bad tendencies that hinder meditation while you are meditating. If so, realize it and be aware of the affirmation during meditation that you want to remove these bad tendencies and obstacles.

At other times, you may have acquired a bad habit during meditation. In that case, try to remove that bad habit with an affirmation.

What do affirmations mean to me personally, in the field of meditation? I stick to what I have already stated, plus I also devote a lot of time to experimenting with meditation techniques. Since there is very little quality and detailed literature on meditation in literature and on the Internet, I have to figure out many things myself by experimenting. When meditating, I follow the techniques that I consider to be the best and most suitable. I also write down the keywords of the affirmations (of the given meditation technique) on my mobile phone. If the meditation is going well, then it's fine, I don't change anything, if it's not going very well, then I try to find where the mistake is and adjust the affirmations. It's interesting that for each meditation, slightly different affirmations are needed, a person always has their psyche tuned in a different way and needs to emphasize something different.
For example, my specific affirmation for a certain day is to ask for help from the beings of light more often (because I've been forgetting to do so in the past few days) and to realize that they help me in the form of positive "coincidences".

Strong Willpower
Among the most important affirmations is the affirmation to have a strong will. In practice, this means doing the opposite of laziness and comfort. It is important to stop doing any activity that is comfortable for us and start meditating. This can be quite difficult because various so-called energy programs , i.e., intelligent energy clusters that negatively control us (and often manipulate us), "resist." We must put in a lot of effort, exertion, and have a strong will to be able to go "against the current" of these programs. For example, it is certainly always difficult for you to leave the computer and difficult for you to start meditating.

Furthermore, during the meditation itself, the programs will cause us to have strong "temptations" to quickly end the meditation and do something else. Be aware of this tendency and repeat affirmations that will remind you to face these programs and persevere in meditation.

During meditation, you need to have a strong will also in order to be able to maintain all the elements of meditation in sufficient quality, or to be able to sufficiently adhere to all other affirmations.

During meditation, give yourself the affirmation of having a strong will. On the other hand, be very careful to be completely relaxed during meditation, not stiff (because that lowers vibrations and prevents attunement to the Absolute), but try to be in harmony and love with your mind. Having a strong will during meditation (paying close attention to it) while also being relaxed and having your mind in harmony may seem contradictory – as if it's impossible to do both at once. In reality, it is possible: therein lies the "art." It is truly possible to observe these seemingly contradictory things at the same time.

Additional note: What is very positive is that you can create positive programs for yourself through affirmations.

Affirmations in normal life (i.e. outside of meditation) It is good if a person, during contemplation, looks for any flaws, shortcomings, or bad character traits in themselves and is able to realize them. Then it is good to use an affirmation and try to eliminate bad traits and acquire good ones in one's personality. It is also right to make a resolution to acquire some positive trait.

Furthermore, it is necessary and useful to adjust one's hierarchy of values (what one prioritizes and what one prioritizes next). The hierarchy of values should not be arranged based on what is most pleasant to us, but what is truly best and most important for us (although there is a tendency to do so). We must resist the tendency to arrange our hierarchy of values according to our comfort and laziness.
