This is a guide that is especially useful in cases of stagnation and failure in meditation.
This "meditation" contains elements of contemplation-type meditation, a request for help from a being of light, and the making of affirmations.
What is it about?
Despite our disgust and the awareness that we are currently unsuccessful in meditation and that there is little chance of success in the coming moments and days, we try to deeply understand in contemplation that beings of light are capable and have the power to really help us achieve real success in meditation in the short and long term. It is important that we have faith, that we believe it is possible. It cannot be a forced faith – it must be a "faith" coming from within us. We also ask the beings of light for help.
Various negative energy programs can, in some cases, make it difficult for us to understand this matter. In such cases, it is advisable to wait a few hours or days for better "astrological" conditions, and then it will be easier for us to understand this matter internally.
This whole affirmation/meditation/plea for help to a being of light is essentially, in a certain sense, an analogy to Christian theology, or rather to the part of the Bible that speaks of the power of faith. Of course, religious faith in a false "God," which is just an egregore, brings Christians no benefits because, one way or another, they have to give more energy than they receive https://filozofia.nett.to/krestanstvo/sk/hlboke-pochopenie-krestanstva-egregor-nabozenstva. Jesus actually preached Gnosticism, not Christianity.
But now back to this meditation: In the right state of "faith", we realize that in the short-term fate, there is a possibility for us to be successful in meditation. So we are not convinced that it will happen 100%, but we realize that there is at least a fifty-fifty chance that it will happen, that there is a 50% probability that a real Change will occur and that the given request to the being of light can be realized. I also call this the "crossroads of fate", that we believe that in our short-term fate (short-term means that in the following minutes we will succeed in meditation) there is not only one possibility (that is, that we will certainly not succeed), but there is also another possibility for our fate, that we will succeed.
Note: I write some words with a capital initial letter to indicate the specific meaning of these words
Note 2: The word fate in this article is meant in a slightly different meaning than in common communication, in a broader sense

This is probably the most interesting part of the Bible. However, it must be understood in a completely different way than in a Christian way.
The Gospel according to Mark – Mk 11:12–14, 20–24
The barren fig tree. – 12 The next day, as they were leaving Bethany, Jesus felt hungry. 13 From a distance he saw a fig tree with leaves, and he went to see if he could find anything on it. But when he came to it, he found nothing but leaves, for it was not the season for figs. 14 Then he said to it, “May no one ever eat your fruit again!” And his disciples heard it.
Faith and prayer. – 20 When they went past the fig tree in the morning, they saw that it had dried up from the root. 21 Then Peter remembered and said to him, "Rabbi, look, the fig tree you cursed has dried up." 22 Jesus said to them, "Have faith in God." 23 Truly, I say to you, "If anyone says to this mountain, 'Lift up and throw yourself into the sea,' and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says will happen, it will be done for him. 24 Therefore I tell you, believe that whatever you ask for in prayer, you have already received, and you will have it."
The Gospel according to Matthew – Mt 21:18–22
The barren fig tree. Faith and prayer. – 18 When he returned to the city in the morning, he felt hungry. 19 By the road he saw a fig tree. He went to it, but found nothing on it except leaves. So he said to it, "May you never bear fruit again." And the fig tree immediately dried up. 20 When the disciples saw this, they were amazed and said, "How is it that the fig tree dried up so quickly?" 21 Jesus said to them, "Truly I tell you, if you have faith and do not doubt, you will not only do what happened to the fig tree, but if you say to this mountain, 'Lift yourself up and throw yourself into the sea,' it will happen. 22 And you will receive everything you ask for in prayer with faith."
