About suffering

Suffering is also a means of spiritual growth for a person.
It is not good to cling to the comfort of life, because in comfort, a person does not grow spiritually, they stagnate, or it can even move them backwards in their spiritual growth.
I also notice that some children and young people, although they seem to be spiritually very mature and pure at their core, lack a certain depth and seriousness. They have not yet experienced much suffering in their lives  (their chakras have not yet been polluted, so they do not have much suffering, their parents take care of them in all respects)  which should strengthen them considerably in their spiritual growth.
On the other hand, I also observe a certain group of people who are so spiritually low that even suffering cannot move them forward in their spiritual growth, but often, unfortunately, it moves them backward.
I can also give an example:  It doesn't have to be just religious people , but in the case of religious people, these people interpret suffering as insufficient faith and insufficient loyalty to their "God" or religious dogmas. Suffering thus leads them more and more into the slavery of dogmatic religion, instead of realizing, even in the context of suffering, that religion can give them nothing (good) and gives nothing (good). Suffering should rightly deter them from religion.
(The church can also very cynically exploit people's suffering for brainwashing, e.g., Catholic priests run around in hospitals, giving people the anointing of the sick and hearing their confessions. If such a person then dies, they will unnecessarily suffer a lot in the astral world because of such rituals, due to such religious incantations that only emit negative energy.)

But now I would take it from the point of view of why not to suffer, or rather, why to suffer as little as possible:
It would also be good to define what suffering actually is. It is a very  abstract and very broad concept , under which many things are meant:
it's about financial problems,
various negative "coincidences" in life, various complications and obstacles in life,
various social problems in interpersonal relationships, unpleasant people, family problems,
health problems.
Suffering also limits a person's personal freedom, e.g., if a person is very busy because they have to work a lot, they cannot find time for meditation or contemplation. In such a case, suffering also hinders a person's spiritual growth.
I don't understand Buddhism very well, I haven't studied it much, but as far as I know, the entire Buddhist philosophy more or less revolves around the elimination of suffering, which is understandably a reasonable and wise philosophy.

Why do we suffer?
Because we ourselves want to suffer – we wish it ourselves – our subconscious wants it.
Through suffering, a person feeds evil – feeds demonic beings with energy, and that is not good.
It is also important to acquire the awareness that one does not have to suffer (most people are convinced of the opposite, that they have to suffer), that there is a solution to get out of it. And that is the path of shamanism and meditation.

How to get rid of suffering?
To get rid of suffering, we need to tune into our subconscious and work with it. Tune into the component that makes us suffer. Here is a solution on how to get rid of suffering or reduce it:
As for suffering, the way to reduce it is to be able to tune into the subconscious correctly, to try to experience harmony in the subconscious. It is also good to visualize correctly with your eyes closed how you will easily solve things in the next day, how you will have a harmonious day without suffering and complications, how you will experience only positive coincidences during the day. It requires some practice, it is probably mainly necessary to tune into this reality with the right frequency in the subconscious in imagination/visualization.
