Working with the entire energy body: meditation of flow/conductivity

Note: For a proper understanding, some information in this article needs to be supplemented in the video.
The article is also supplemented with links.
There are several meditation techniques and methods. One of the methods is flow meditation. And this article will be about this topic.
However, before I get into the main topic and the core of the article, an introduction and contextualization are important.
Also in this article, I will digress to several related topics.

Introduction

First of all, it should be noted that the spirit or energy body is real, and it is worthwhile to work with it, and it has meaning. For example, the energy body is explicitly mentioned in yoga, Sanskrit texts, the Vedas, or ancient Taoist texts (in Europe, a small part of this philosophy is known as acupuncture points), and the spiritual body is also mentioned in the Bible. In the original spirituality and philosophy and in indigenous cultures across the planet, the meditation technique of working with the seven chakras is known, which is based on the existence of the spirit or energy body.
In this case, I will not talk about working with chakras but about working with the entire energy body. The described technique is more effective than working with chakras.
It is a more "natural" technique than working with chakras.
As I have already described in previous articles, the spiritual system described in the blogs is not esotericism, but I have a scientific-experimental approach to spirituality, so this article is not ballast but a technique that can really help you and really works.
For several years, I have been writing down what meditation techniques I have been doing in a given period. The beginnings were difficult. By trial and error. Experiments and the like. Today, after years of hard work, I have some results and I am glad to share them with you.

Preparation and Requirements

What preparation is needed and what are the requirements before you start the flow meditation?
It is good if you already have some experience working with chakras, with energies, and feeling energies.
In general, it seems that the best technique to have any experience with energies is to work with the chakras.
Now I'll digress a bit from the topic, but it's also a related and quite important topic, especially for beginners: How do you actually feel energies? When do I know that I feel energies?
The energies manifest as tingling, vibration, or a feeling of warmth in the chakras.
The word energy also describes it quite well – perhaps it could be compared to a specific type of electrical energy passing through you. (And just as a digression from the topic, Nikola Tesla put his body under very high voltage every day, many volts – because the frequency of the energy was a million hertz, it did not harm him. I have not tried anything similar on myself, but I can imagine that it could at least approximately symbolically resemble the feeling of spiritual energies during meditation).
I do not recommend spending more than 3 minutes on one chakra. Ideally, it should be about 30 seconds to one minute. By alternating and frequently focusing on individual chakras, the energy pathways are cleared, and you will have better results. I have also heard of a concept in the world of esotericism to focus on only one chakra all day – I do not recommend it – you will not have good results.
Over time, it is good to learn to feel energies not at the level of the physical body and nerves, but at the level of the energy body, that is, at the level of consciousness / mind.
Throughout this guide / article, some things are difficult to describe in words, as they take place on an energetic level.
Is it possible to detect energies in the etheric body with instruments? We do not yet have the technology to do so, or at least I am not aware of it, but what can certainly be detected are physiological changes during intense meditation, during intense energy flow. However, this would probably involve large investments in scientific research to be able to filter out all unnecessary and disruptive physiological parameters and the like. Certain changes in the brain could be rationalized with a materialistic explanation, but significant physiological changes in cells would be harder for skeptics to refute. This could involve, in particular, very detailed measurements of various electrical parameters in cells , for example, electrical voltage in individual cells, various electrical parameters in nerve endings throughout the body (i.e., not in the brain). Energy vibrations also manifest physically in the body. The possibility of detecting subtle vibrations in the cells of the entire body or at least the surface of the skin.
Strong energy releases, which are clearly visible, can be seen, for example, in meditation techniques for transferring energy to others, such as in yoga shaktipat , but I have also seen similar things in Taoist healer monks and masters. These are various muscle tremors.
It's a bit of a digression from the topic, but since I'm talking about this membrane electrical voltage in cells, it occurred to me that table salt, the potassium supplement, and ACE inhibitor drugs (to lower blood pressure) can have either a positive or negative effect on energy-type meditations, that is, on feeling energies, such as working with chakras or unblocking them. Unfortunately, I haven't done any experiments yet, although logically it seems that table salt should have a positive effect, and potassium and ACE inhibitors a negative one.
*if you are taking an ACE inhibitor, you will recognize it by the fact that after taking it you need to urinate urgently, the drug works on the principle of dehydration and accelerates the work of the kidneys and the production of urine.

Affirmations

What is an affirmation? How to define this term? There may be different definitions and meanings of how to define this term , but now I will describe what I mean by this term.
In the dictionary of foreign words, we find the following meaning of affirmation: "positive statement, confirmation, assurance, conviction".
This is primarily an element in the meditation technique to which great emphasis must be placed; a lot of attention must be given to this element in thought. In meditation, affirmations may be less important, to which only a minimum of energy and attention should be given, and vice versa.
I recommend that you always analyze yourself when you practice meditation, examine what helps you, what you are good at, examine where you have shortcomings, what element you forget, what element you pay insufficient attention to and vice versa.
In the altered states of consciousness during meditation, it is possible to affirm simultaneously contradictory principles – this is also often very important and necessary.

Process automation in meditation

Automation of processes in meditation. What is it? Some meditation techniques can be more complex and intricate. They seem complicated. Later, however, through training, they become automated and no longer seem so complicated.
It's something similar to driving a car. It's difficult at driving school. The beginnings are difficult. Coordinating the clutch, gas, and gear shifting, and at the same time looking at the road and paying attention to traffic regulations.

Nadis: Description and Functioning of the Energy Body

You can easily find out what nadis are. They are certain energy pathways throughout the entire energy body. A certain Indian yoga author described nadis very well. They are something like vessels, veins, arteries, capillaries, but not in the physical but in the energy body.
Figuratively speaking, nadis include large tracks, large arteries that branch into numerous smaller ones. Nadis could also be compared to a road network. We have highways, expressways, first, second, and third class roads.
Nadis can also be very simply compared to a kind of 3D network in the energy body.
Nothing can help a person understand the world better than a quality illustration. Unfortunately, quality illustrations are very hard to find and there are very few of them. The only illustration that comes at least a little close to reality is this one . I am less satisfied with this second illustration than with the first one, but it's also at least somewhat acceptable. This illustration is also not bad .
Off-topic, but also a perfect illustration that captures the egregore . The illustration itself would require a short lecture on why it is good symbolism and what to notice there. … How religion can robotize a person.
Yoga is not the only type of spirituality that talks about nadis. Chinese Taoism also talks about a network in the energy body, acupuncture pathways, points, and so on. I am a bit skeptical about acupuncture needles, which is a healing method that later developed from this, but I am straying a bit from the topic.
In fact, significantly more cultures than just yoga and Taoism speak of a similar description of the energy body.
Optical cables for decorative purposes really beautifully symbolize, visualize, and express the nadis pathways. Great videos. Link1 , link2 , link3 . The color change also somewhat resembles the movement and transfer of energy along the pathways. The correct idea is somewhat like a network of such fibers in our energy body, especially in the vertical direction.
We can also compare Nadis to classic electric cables, but in the body. However, this is a metaphorical comparison. Positive and negative poles. And energy flows in both directions against each other.
How to work with nadis in practice in meditation? In practice, in meditation, we work only with the Sushumna nadi, it is located in the spinal cord and is a kind of "highway". In no case should you deal with the various precise locations of this entire network, because it will not help you in any way. Moreover, various detailed ancient descriptions can be quite subjective. When meditating on flow, we generally tune into the 3D energy network of the energy body evenly throughout the energy body, not a perfect placement of the energy body.

Why the name meditation of flow/conductivity?

A meditation technique that we can call flow meditation or conductivity meditation. Why such a name?
The meditation technique is best described by the fact that its basic goal is to make the energy body flow.
Meditation, its instructions, are quite difficult to explain in words because it is a process at the energy level, but I will try.

  • We will tune into the energy body with nadis as shown in the illustrations above and take their description into account during meditation. Perfect visualization is not necessary, just feel it intuitively.
  • we mainly tune the head, neck, and torso, but from time to time we can also focus on the limbs
  • through the seventh crown chakra, we receive energies from the absolute and "redistribute" the energy evenly throughout the entire energy body
  • We visualize / train the conductivity of the energy body. When I have concentrated energy, for example, in the crown, heart, or sixth chakra, or any other part of the energy body, from this one area, I am able to transfer energy easily and quickly evenly throughout the entire energy body, or at least a large part of it, through good conductivity, through "optical cables." We train conductivity and flow.
  • Each place of the energy body is connected with the others. When one place/area/part is energized, the entire energy body is energized evenly. Perceiving the interconnectedness of the energy body
  • (transfer of energy from the seventh to the first chakra)
  • we feel the flow and movement of energies through the nadis and the energy body
  • during meditation, the energy pathways are cleansed
  • Even if you don't immediately understand this guide, it may happen that sometimes spontaneously, either in meditation or outside of it (for example, when falling asleep or waking up), you spontaneously start doing this technique and understand it on an energetic level. In that case, you should write down somewhere what you experienced, what you felt, and what affirmation you need to tune into in order to be able to tune into the meditation technique again.

In conclusion,

Writing this guide was quite challenging. I prepared well for this article in altered states of consciousness to communicate them well

Project of 3D images and 3D animations of the course of meditation techniques

As the saying goes, it's better to see once than to hear a hundred times. Well-made animations can significantly help people with individual meditation techniques and how to do them.
Animations can be created either by a person who has meditated themselves or by a graphic designer who is advised by a person who is very familiar with meditation techniques. The possibility of repairs, evolution, and improvement of animations or images to best correspond to reality.

Philosophical Three-Principle

This is a principle that applies to meditation as well as, in a broader sense, to the overall philosophical principle and approach to life.

  • The principle of I
  • The Principle of Intelligence / Absolute
  • The principle of being
  • The principle of I – in meditation and in life, we rely only on ourselves
  • The Principle of Intelligence / The Absolute – in meditation and in life, we rely on the help of the Absolute and ask it for help.
  • The principle of beings – in meditation and in life, we rely on the help of advanced beings from higher dimensions and ask them for help

It is possible to combine these affirmations, giving a certain amount of attention to each element. Within the realm of possibility, we should always prioritize the Self Principle.
We can ask intelligence or beings for advice with meditation or for energy.

The issue of the merging of the individual Self with Intelligence/the Absolute, the transitions between the two principles (different degrees of transitions), the loss of the individual self vs. full awareness of the individual self, is also somewhat related to this topic.
