So, hello friends.
In this video, I will primarily speak about the topic of meditation, meditation techniques, and I will also give some practical advice in this area. Furthermore, I will address the theme and then, in the later parts, I will speak from a broader perspective about the topic of spirituality, including, for example, possible reforms of Christianity. And then, at the very end, I will talk about topics that will perhaps also concern the church with some political overlap. It is entirely up to you whether you want to watch this last part as well. You can feel free to stop there if you do not want to deal with politics in any way or how these things are related here – how the church interferes in politics. So, it is up to you whether you listen further after that.
I do not want to produce a large number of videos. It is better to make one properly long video than to overwhelm with a large number of videos.
Well, lately I have also been using artificial intelligence regarding the processing of speech-to-text conversion and subsequent stylistic adjustments. It is simply a huge help that really saves many hours of work.
So just briefly, how it works: I don’t really like it when the AI works in a mode where it’s not a completely literal transcription of what I’m saying, because it can omit very important things. And then, understandably, it’s not good. Then not everyone can understand certain things correctly.
As for some research of my videos by artificial intelligence, sometimes it’s better, sometimes worse, but mostly I am not satisfied with it because it leaves out very important things. It was also not easy to find a way to force the intelligence to cooperate with me as I imagine. It took some time, but fortunately, it has already been managed to finalize it somehow.
Mainly the text that is converted from speech to text, it is important to provide it in parts. I found out that it can handle it then. If it is sent as one whole file, as I did before, it was able to do some research but simply omitted very important things.
I also cannot express myself too expressively. Although I can afford to express myself a bit more expressively since my viewership on that YouTube channel isn’t that large, artificial intelligence doesn’t like it when I express myself too expressively. Then it doesn’t want to process the texts for me. But that’s just as a side note, it’s not a central theme.
So, in this part, I will speak about the topic of meditation. I would like to devote the most time to that. So, how do meditation techniques work and what is most important in them?
Generally, meditation techniques work mainly with the energy body. The philosophy always stems from the fact, whether it’s yoga, Taoist meditation techniques, or others (even some Buddhist ones), that one works with the energy body; that besides the physical body, we also have an energy body that is being worked with. It is possible to work with chakras. Working with chakras is a very positive and very effective meditation technique.
However, a major challenge in meditation techniques is distracting thoughts. I call them “emerging distracting thoughts.” And it is very important to pay attention to this thing. Whenever you work on some meditation technique, write down (somewhere, for example, in a mobile phone or in a manual, paper notebook – it doesn’t matter) how that given meditation technique went for you, what was the number of distracting thoughts you had during it. At the very least, it’s good to have a scale like “few”, “medium”, and “many” distracting thoughts. If you have many distracting thoughts, you are basically not even able to focus on the meditation at all. If there are a medium amount of thoughts, you still have some distracting thoughts, the meditation is not of great quality, but at least you are able to do it. And if the distracting thoughts are minimal, then the meditation goes very well.
You can always notice that perhaps for the first five to fifteen minutes, you are relatively able to focus on the meditation. But if you want to truly progress intensely in meditation, you must be able to focus for a substantially longer time than just fifteen minutes if you are serious about meditation. And that is already a bit of a greater art. The success of those meditations always stands and falls on those distracting thoughts. So always pay attention to that and monitor it – how many of those distracting thoughts you have.
Those distracting thoughts are a nuisance because sometimes you have to train the ability even to be able to analyze whether you have many, few distracting thoughts, and so on, because that is a big challenge. That is simply the hardest challenge that must always be solved during meditation.
The problem is that those distracting thoughts are basically in the subconscious, and we do not have that completely under control under normal circumstances. Having the subconscious under control to such an extent is quite problematic. There, a person really realizes that free will is not such a given and is not such a simple thing, because you want to meditate, but the subconscious does what it wants. It’s something similar to having two Selves. One is some higher Self, or (basically a person is composed of a large number of Selves, a large number of identities that often fight among themselves in various ways). During a meditation technique, you see it quite authentically, how multiple Selves fight each other, and that one Self must have sufficiently great control over the other Self. That is a very important thing because those thoughts do what they want, and it is not so simple.
Of course, someone else told me what distracting thoughts are, whether it couldn’t relate to some obsessive-compulsive disorder. That is already a completely different level. We are not talking about that here. Every single person has distracting thoughts. Obsessive-compulsive disorder, that is simply a very serious diagnosis. Such a person wouldn’t even be able to do these meditation techniques. But, on the contrary, it can be a very good prevention. If a person can work with those distracting thoughts, then those meditation techniques can be some good prevention, if you have some tendency, some inclination towards this diagnosis, so that you don’t fall into it. It is a very strong prevention against this diagnosis. So, if someone has it in the family, or is a descendant of a person who already had this diagnosis and doesn’t have it yet, these meditation techniques are certainly more than desirable so they don’t get it, because it is a fairly well-known fact that mental disorders are very often inherited. It is a very well-known fact among psychiatrists and so on, so it is always good when a person does these meditation techniques preventively.
Meditation techniques are a training of very strong firm willpower. There, a person trains discipline quite a bit—to get to the meditation technique, to deal with it at all, and to be able to meditate intensely. That is one thing. The other thing is that it’s not yet a complete victory, because in case those thoughts completely control you, you don’t feel anything good from it. You have a bad feeling about it. They are rather negative experiences and to some extent, it is also lost time if those distracting thoughts completely control you and you are not able to take control over such a situation.
Well, and then there are meditation techniques that are focused exclusively on emptying the mind. Such meditation techniques also exist. They are described, for example, in Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras. These things are described there, and high-quality literature on this topic can certainly be obtained. Although, of course, it should be realized that most literature on Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras will probably be fluff and not everything that is published is truly of high quality. Maybe on the YouTube channel Roots of Yoga (Korene jogy), I think it’s called, the author speaks about some higher-quality literature. He is perhaps a more serious person who deals with (or has awareness of) some higher-quality literature on this topic, so meditation techniques based on Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras can actually be discussed there as well. That means it is de facto about the emptying of thoughts, or we can call it that. Although in itself it is not very good and someone might misunderstand it very badly. So, the fact that I call it some emptying of thoughts, or so-called emptying meditation, we can call it that, but in itself, it can be a very misleading term and someone who has not experienced these altered states of consciousness might understand it very poorly.
The words “emptying”, “emptiness” evoke something negative, something bad in a person. But really, if you are in that state of so-called emptiness, you certainly do not perceive it as some void, because the word “emptiness” triggers something depressive, something bad, some negative element in a person. It is unequivocally something very positive. It is something as if you emptied your mind; on the contrary, some other Self of yours comes to the fore. Some further, other Self is at the fore. You stop giving energy to that wrong Self that stands behind those distracting thoughts, and on the contrary, you give attention to some other Self. You begin to discover your own essence, and that is something truly amazing, that is something beautiful, it is not something depressive. In reality, that state of an emptied mind is something explicitly positive. It is an explicitly positive experience; it is not associated with something negative. It is rather such a discovery of one’s true essence and it is, above all, a huge joy. Simply, to triumph over oneself, or when one Self, the right Self, triumphs over that undesirable Self which is not so good, it is simply a very positive and pleasant feeling that you have de facto won over yourself. Which is perhaps the most important thing – that you have control over yourself at all, which is an amazing feeling, that it is not at all some given – to be able to have control over oneself in this area. That is an amazing thing.
It is something similar to when you win a medal for an amazing athletic performance at some European Championship or World Championship. If you get a gold or silver medal, you certainly have joy from it, that you achieved something, you have some success from it. And something similar is this as well, that you have achieved that success, which is not at all so simple. That emptying meditation, however, again is not so complicated or difficult that it wouldn’t be worth going into it at all, but on the other hand, it’s not a given, a person must train it. It is worth doing many experiments with what helps you in some way.
It is certainly very important to write down how the meditation technique is proceeding. When something unsuccessful happens, write down: “I did this, this, and I had such and such feelings about it, I had such and such failures.” On the contrary, if something is successful, one really needs to write down as much detail as possible: “I had such successes based on such and such a technique.” Very often it happens that those techniques are not repeatable, that not every time you do something, you are repeatedly successful in it. On the contrary, sometimes it happens that you are repeatedly successful based on that technique, which is very good. There you already have a clear method, that you can go this way and that way, and your own approach is very good. So one should always diligently write it down and evaluate it statistically, that when I did this and this, I always achieved such and such success. It is always good. And sometimes a person also has a tendency to forget what they wrote down a week ago. It is always good to review it a bit, that yes, I did this and this and I had such and such success. So this is a very important thing.
Generally, those meditation techniques are probably ideally done on an exercise ball (fit-ball). From my own experience, so that you don’t fall asleep during the meditation technique. It’s good to use, for example, that exercise ball. It is very important to maintain that you do not move physically, so that you minimize any movements. Of course, movement cannot be completely prevented because you must breathe (otherwise you couldn’t even breathe if you prevented absolutely all movement), but minimize other limb movements. And belly breathing is always used. A very important thing. The belly should always move, not the chest, but the belly. That is another very important thing to look out for and which a person can very quickly forget, and for that, it is very important to monitor it and look out for it.
Another thing is slowed-down breathing, slower than slowed-down breathing. Of course, all sorts of complex inter-breath techniques exist, but that’s not good if you give far too extreme an amount of attention to some complex breathing techniques, like how many seconds to hold and what not. Simple slowed-down breathing is enough, it also helps very significantly. I have a feeling (I’m not sure now) if it doesn’t also slightly increase blood pressure, but that is also good for something. At least you won’t fall asleep during the meditation technique, during those meditation techniques. Even that is actually very good. The meditation techniques themselves ultimately help very much for a person to also have high-quality sleep, which is another positive thing (some people, on the other hand, have a problem with insomnia). For some reason, it helps better with the emptying meditation. Slowed-down breathing really helps a lot, it’s excellent, it helps far, far more to prevent those distracting thoughts.
Well, if you are fully emptied, then it’s good. Then it manifests as some truly altered state of consciousness, for example, the relative flow of time. You feel like you’ve been meditating for I don’t know how long, and yet relatively little time has passed. It is really such a feeling of some elevation. So there, if you already have that mind well emptied, it is a very positive feeling, you really feel that it’s not a completely ordinary experience, that it is some kind of altered state of consciousness. That is a very important thing.
Certainly, this type of meditation technique helps very significantly in that people can at least slightly better distinguish truth from lies, which is a very important thing because now that truth and lie are very mixed and hardly anyone tells a pure lie or pure truth. And that is, of course, then, in case you believe some media, all the easier for them to be able to manipulate you. This meditation technique helps very significantly with that, because those two Selves are basically merging into one, and there, on the contrary, one must so-called discriminate. That means separating those two Selves: that one Self is that pure, essential Self, that some higher Self (we can call it that), your true essence, and the second is basically the lower Self, which is rather the undesirable one. So this is a very important thing.
Personally, I think that even this can significantly help people so that there isn’t such a great division of society as is occurring now. Sometimes I even admire those people, everything they are able to believe in the media (and it doesn’t matter whether it’s alternative or mainstream). Sometimes these are really such absolutely illogical nonsense that even an ordinarily critically thinking person must realize that something doesn’t fit there. I personally think that even these meditation techniques can significantly help so that people don’t unnecessarily divide themselves over some nonsense that doesn’t even have any logic. So even such things can help very significantly.
Well, and another thing is that certainly by having control over yourself, it has a great, great positive impact on the personality. That is in the fact that you have far greater control over your emotions, which is a very important thing. Sometimes some people don’t know why they are grumpy, why they are mean, why they don’t control emotions, why they are aggressive and so on and so forth. So this is also a very, very important thing that significantly helps with that.
Furthermore, these meditation techniques can significantly help to have control over emotions also in connection with various political-media propagandas that have been very active lately. Truly, perhaps we have never had such strong propagandas here as there are at the present time. Whether there are some two opinion camps that are extremely quarreling and giving some false illusion of freedom, that you can choose whether you are either on one or the other side. And simply, it’s an illusion. It really is a trap of the Matrix. And yet in reality, the truth is something third. The truth is that, as they say, when two fight, the third wins. In the past, this applied in the area of war, today it applies rather in the information area. And it is very important not to let oneself be drawn into the passions of these conflicts. That is a very important thing, simply to be above it. And that is not such a given. So this is an amazing benefit of those meditations, meditation techniques.
Well, further, as for those meditation techniques, when you use slowed-down breathing, it is also quite complex whether blood pressure decreases or increases there. At the same time, that increase in blood pressure has rather a positive meaning because it has rather a tendency so that the person doesn’t fall asleep during that meditation, which is also good.
Another positive effect, especially if you are sitting on that exercise ball, is a very important thing that it significantly strengthens the spinal muscles. There is no risk that you will slouch, as at a computer, or when working with a smartphone, that you simply slouch. That is not a risk, that simply won’t happen. Then you are simply upright, and that is good.
Another such topic is psychology. It is one among other sciences. Psychology belongs among the most backward science or scientific discipline that has not even moved forward lately compared to other scientific disciplines. Well, and the only thing that can help that psychology to move forward in its development is if it accepted into its scientific discipline some advanced meditation techniques or also some active practicing of advanced spiritual systems, for example from that yoga, or some other cultures that are meditation techniques that really work. Yoga is also a very good method of working with energies.
And overall, even that psychology should be oriented towards something completely different. It should be devoted, for example, to meditation techniques and their testing, their trial. That when such and such a meditation technique is practiced, will there be such and such results, in what way will people’s lives change after practicing those meditation techniques, for example. Whether they will be successful in individual areas of life, including purely practical ones such as the area of finance, after practicing those meditation techniques. Or whether people will feel happier, whether they will be able to better solve any problems, from interpersonal relationships to I don’t know what else. We see that psychology certainly is not about that nowadays.
Meditation techniques significantly help to keep a cool head in crisis situations. Furthermore, meditation techniques, in a significant way, and precisely this meditation technique of emptying, significantly helps in resistance to egregors. And these egregors are, whether some political, media propagandas, but also religion. Even religion is an extremely strong egregor, very manipulative. And that is the amazing property of that religious egregor, that it has a huge influence not only on believers (primarily on believers as such), and completely the strongest egregor that participates in some religious rituals, it is simply a huge manipulation on the one hand, but on the other hand (albeit in a slightly lesser intensity) also on non-believers, even on atheists and so on. That Christian egregor has a very strong influence.
Proof or a textbook example is, for example, that there are very few philosophers who deal with the criticism of Christianity. I belong to very few who are devoted to it. Or, when they do deal with the criticism of Christianity, then that argumentation is very, very poor, because that Christian egregor has a strong protective field and it works darn well. That is darn strong magic. And only such a person who really can meditate very intensely and very well can understand Christianity at all, or also be able to analyze it critically. After all, I have written a huge number of articles and recorded a huge number of videos on this topic, also concerning the criticism of religion.
Furthermore, it would be very good if something like meditation retreats existed within the culture of a given nation. I will explain what those meditation retreats are. It would mean that it would be something completely common that for approximately one month a year, it would be completely common that a completely ordinary, normal, rank-and-file person would be in a very tough meditation regime. They would be in some closed, more or less area, facility, where there would be very, very intense and very, very hard meditation. There would basically be a strict ban on using smartphones as well, which distract people’s attention. We could also call it a monastic regime.
Well, and at this meditation retreat, there would be intense meditation and certainly, if it worked this way in the whole society, if at least half of the people worked on themselves this way, or even less would be enough, then we would really live in an absolutely beautiful society compared to the current one. Certainly, there wouldn’t be those among the people who would so easily fall for it and let themselves be carried away by some emotions, some passions of some propaganda (whether from one or the other side) that unnecessarily divide society.
It could be something similar to an alternative to Christian spiritual exercises, or it’s also called retreats (exercície), if I’m not mistaken. And definitely, instructors of such meditation techniques certainly should not be some completely such people as are common in esotericism, who are often people completely without any abilities. Those are simply ordinary charlatans. Or then in that esotericism one might find perhaps five percent of people who are again some manipulators and abuse those abilities for some business of theirs or own enrichment. Even in one case, I heard about an extreme of another type: that although on one hand that person had some abilities, even truly amazing abilities, on the other hand, when some of those disciples or students of his, or those participants of the courses acquired some abilities, suddenly that person was very hysterical and even used some black magic against those people so that they would lose those abilities, or so they couldn’t get into some higher, elevating states. Maybe there was also such jealousy, so that by chance someone wouldn’t become my competitor and also acquire some abilities. Maybe fear of the student overtaking the teacher. Such an approach is certainly not good.
I heard that David Dostal, who is such a connoisseur of yoga, claims that sometime long ago in the past, it was completely common that such meditation retreats as I have just spoken about were completely common in some of those older or ancient cultures. May it be true today as well and may it be practiced today as well.
Well, further, I would return in even more detail to that meditation technique of emptying, based, which is carried out with Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras. When you devote yourself to this meditation technique, you need to watch out for several things. You may not always have fewer distracting thoughts at the end of such a meditation than at the beginning, especially if some negative energy programs are triggered. If you actually unintentionally (and that can easily happen), give energy to some negative energy programs that not only do not help you but can also harm you. One must watch out for that, that if you have more distracting thoughts than, say, at the beginning of that meditation, that is not good. It means that some of those negative energy programs are being strengthened, including those that are very closely related to those distracting thoughts. Although, in part, it is common that on the other hand, it doesn’t mean something bad if you have more of those distracting thoughts after some five or fifteen minutes. But if it were to spin completely out of control, that you don’t have them under control at all anymore, you already feel very bad, then in such a case, it is good to simply interrupt the meditation and continue several hours later, or even a whole day later, or some other time.
In general, it works in meditation that there is always a risk that you can be building in yourself not only that positive energy program (some positive meditation technique that helps you), but on the contrary, some unintentional support of some negative energy program can also arise. And then it is better to interrupt the meditation and not continue.
Another important thing is to find the source of the emerging thoughts. That is quite abstract and quite difficult to describe. On the one hand, that source of distracting thoughts is located in the diencephalon (interbrain). It is also related to the classic scientific field of neurology, which also speaks of the fact that even these distracting thoughts basically pass through that diencephalon and precisely in that diencephalon, the filtration of thoughts and the like take place. So, it also corresponds, that meditation practice even to some scientific knowledge. I am unequivocally a proponent of the philosophy that spirituality and meditation not only do not go against each other, that is, that spirituality (or meditation) and science (or scientific field) not only do not go against each other, but complement each other, including biology, neurology, and so on. So it is located in that area of the diencephalon. You need to google it and search for it. That diencephalon is located approximately at eye level, or just above the eye, or eyes. Likewise, it is related to the so-called Third Eye chakra. It is the so-called sixth chakra.
Well, and further it is necessary to find that source of distracting thoughts also on another level. And there we are no longer talking about some physical place on the body, but that is already something abstract. That is already on the level of consciousness, or some level of some energies. Although, even there I might have expressed myself somewhat indirectly, inaccurately, that on the level of energies. Rather I would call it that on the level of consciousness, and that is something abstract. That simply cannot be described with words anymore. You simply have to somehow intuitively feel it yourselves.
So, first focus on that source, or find it in some way, and then subsequently be able to observe that source, or those emerging thoughts, in the correct way. It helps very well, as far as the energy flow is concerned, to focus on, like, interrupting that energy flow of attention to those distracting thoughts. When you, as if, take away the energy, take away the attention from those distracting thoughts, then simply, when you don’t put energy into them, they weaken very significantly.
And it is also a great art that when you get into those emptied thoughts even for a short state, it is very important to be able to also permanently endure, to focus on this state. Because it constantly returns and again there will be some distracting thoughts and again they will slightly (you have such a moment) overcome you, those distracting thoughts, and again you must put it in order.
Another important thing is for you to identify those distracting thoughts. It is very important there, that at least to say to oneself in the spirit, that the topic of those distracting thoughts is such and such a thing, such and such a topic. At least say some keyword, what is being projected in those thoughts. It is very important to also say it to oneself in the spirit verbally, name it with some word, because that is very, that is very important. A certain such making conscious of that thought occurs, which is located in that unconscious, subconscious.
And it is also very important during that meditation to realize, or to say to oneself in the spirit, that now I have few of those distracting thoughts, now many, now those distracting thoughts are overcoming me more, now it is better, now I have it under control. So that changes over time, from minute to minute.
Sometimes it helps you to get into that altered state of consciousness, that so-called emptied mind, with the affirmation “turn off the mind” (so that there is no misunderstanding, we only get into the “turn off the mind” state during this meditation, not in the ordinary state of consciousness). That not to put energy into that mind, which is also responsible for those distracting thoughts. That when you really like put that into some completely different type of consciousness, that attention, and de facto turn off that mind, which can be painful for the ego. So it is not so simple, but everything can be trained.
Further, of course, it is very difficult even for me to give such a lecture, because here we are really talking about explicitly abstract things that are quite difficult to name, like what you have inside in the mind, that consciousness and those various states of consciousness and so on. It is, like, that gives even me a hard time to even be able to name it. In fact, I use in my own notes, and when I write down how that meditation is proceeding, I even use my own terminology, which is very rich, because you simply cannot name absolutely everything, but that is a very rich terminology.
I don’t even count how many different terms I use there, but I must name and define something in some way, what I mean by it. It is certainly a very important thing so that you also find some, if you want to really honestly write down those various meditation states, to even invent some really special terminology. You can also use some of the terminology that I used. If you have some other states that help you in some way, name them simply with further and new terms, because you will have to repeatedly return to it. That is also a very, very important thing.
And also it is very important that you do not go in that meditation only based on some pre-given rules. Certainly, even those can help you at the beginning, but gradually everyone must also have some individual path of theirs and individually adapt those things, in what way it goes best. That is exactly why it is important to de facto also do your own scientific research. We can say it metaphorically, that one should not be afraid to experiment, one should not be afraid to be creative, and if something helps you better, then please go ahead. That is only and only positive and only and only good if you have some own style and if it really works well for you. In fact, I think that even in the philosophical environment of yoga, it is also said that the person must come to it themselves, that some things cannot be sold, cannot be transferred or cannot be described with words.
Furthermore, in the case of meditation courses, if that instructor is really a person who doesn’t imagine some abilities but is able to really get into those states, he can again transfer to his students information on the level of the subconscious that cannot be described with words. That is also quite advantageous. He will help in some way, on that energetic side, to tune in and send, or thus give to that person, information that is on the level of the subconscious, so that they are better able to get into those states. So there again it has some meaning even in this way.
Even in politics, I see many different desperate wrecks, many MPs, many politicians. I also realize that what such people would need would be that those meditation techniques would help them heal their sick and complexed soul. And it is undoubtedly also no small art to be able to somehow name those states, how we either succeeded or didn’t succeed in that meditation. Often it is also from the perspective of naming and terminology a thing on which you must spend not a little time and not a little energy.
Furthermore, an important part of a successful emptying meditation is also energetic cleansing. Sometimes a distracting thought can be connected with some negative energy. It is important to somehow connect it, that like that negative energy is leaving you. Certainly, a meditation technique is important, as I already explained in previous parts, of energetic cleansing, how they work: it is very important to always have some bottle or some container with water between your legs during meditation, into which that negative energy goes. Then every now and then that water is changed. I personally always very diligently observe that. During exhalation, you as if get rid of that negativity, that negative energy. Once in a while, it is perhaps possible to interrupt that emptying meditation and start the cleansing meditation.
During the emptying meditation, one must realize that it is de facto a certain battle between multiple “Selves” within you.
Furthermore, a good thing is the so-called verbal self-navigation during the meditation. When you say to yourself, “now I am doing this thing, now I am doing that thing,” it is always better than not using this, because it is as if it is always the positive, the desirable “Self.” When you say to yourself, “now I am doing this, now I am doing that,” and likewise you realize that “now I am succeeding in this matter, now I am not succeeding in this matter,” that is always good. Sometimes it may happen that those distracting thoughts are so very strong that you cannot even focus on that; that can also happen sometimes. In such a case, it is necessary to do the meditation at another time.
Well, another such thing, in this part I will speak about the topic of chakras, which chakras correspond to what, but only in a very brief way. Generally, the upper chakras are responsible for some greater spiritual development and thus the understanding of some deeper philosophical truths. On the contrary, the lower chakras are also important, and those in turn help us solve some common problems in our current life, which are also important things, such as physical health, or the area of success in the field of finance, so that luck somehow clings to you in this matter as well, and so on. It is important that both the upper and lower chakras are balanced in their own way, and neglecting either one is not good.
I also personally think that the higher chakras correspond, or are very important, in making a person even capable of understanding that the higher spiritual meaning, that spirituality, and meditation have some higher purpose. Personally, I think it is very important there for the higher chakras to be more active as well, so that a person is able to have that priority, which is actually (to have some higher priority) meditation.
So it is about two things. One thing is to have the energy at all or the ability to understand that higher spiritual things make sense. And then another thing of the higher chakras, or another role, is the understanding of that higher spiritual sense itself in greater depth.
Furthermore, in this part, I will speak more briefly about the topic of the true versus the religious concept of God. Christians imagine under the term God a dead body on a cross, with which I personally disagree. That can only tune a person into something negative, and that is certainly not okay. On the contrary, if you want to perceive spirituality as something truly serious, then you must imagine something completely different under the term God. Perhaps it is better to call it the Absolute, because “God” is already too burdened by the religious subtext.
In the case of the religious concept of God (and it doesn’t have to be just Christianity, but many other religions, such as some Hindu deities and the like – it is exactly the same), in reality, a person tunes in not to the real God, but to a religious egregor. It is truly something that we would probably call AI nowadays, which people created themselves. It is something that can even control them. It is such an energy cluster that people created themselves, but in reality, it is very powerful and very intelligent. Because people put a large amount of energy into that egregor during every single religious ritual, it truly has enormous power. And above all, it sucks energy out of a person. Just being in some church (and there doesn’t even have to be any ritual being recited), just the fact that you are in that church, even when it is quiet, is enough for it to literally suck energy out of you. That egregor will draw that energy from you.
On the contrary, if you tune into the true concept of God, that gives you energy. And likewise, you must monitor your energy. If you have tuned in correctly to the true concept, it cannot pull energy from you, but it must give energy to you. Then you can be sure that you have tuned into something good.
Furthermore, one should not imagine the Absolute with any human characteristics. This is very important, not to imagine the Absolute with human qualities. And in the case of those meditation techniques, that God or the Absolute is rather connected, as it were, with such a higher Self, which is de facto merged. That higher Self, that individual higher Self, is as if merged with the universal, unified Absolute.

In any case, I am a person who sees into those behind-the-scenes media and political games. You can read something in the media, but another thing is whether it is true. I know how to orient myself a bit in these very complex, contradictory pieces of information. I truly see into those behind-the-scenes games. So for those who are interested, here you go.
