About God / The Absolute. “Truth” in Philosophy, Religion, and Esotericism

Religious Christians believe in their God, but it never even occurs to them to consider whether their idea of God, in which they believe, is the only correct one.
In this article, I will prefer to use the word Absolute instead of the word God, so that by using this word we do not attune ourselves to the egregore of Christianity. Religion has indeed tarnished this word.

Who is the Absolute and how to tune into it? How to imagine it?

We must realize that our spirit/consciousness is tied to the physical body, to the physical biological brain. Thus, by our biological presence on this earth, we are permanently in a state of narrowed consciousness. Let's realize that even ordinary computers are in many parameters more powerful than us humans; they can do many activities better and faster than us. (Just as a side note, we don't even realize how quickly we forget many pieces of information). This means that the performance of our abilities and intelligence is limited by the parameters of the brain, which implies that we have no chance, even in hints, to understand the Absolute during our biological stay on this planet. A different situation, of course, may exist after death, or in an out-of-body state, in a state of astral travel. Although when the energetic body returns to the biological body, the brain is not able to remember all the information, and also in the biological body, a person cannot be in a state of understanding as in an out-of-body state. In contrast, the ability of so-called astral travel is of enormous importance for approaching the understanding of the Absolute and other philosophical questions. On the other hand, the ability of astral travel itself is not a guarantee of approaching the truth. It largely depends on how a person approaches this gift of theirs. Most people who have this gift are unable to develop it further or misuse it for black magic or other dubious self-serving unethical goals, which is typical mainly for South America. Also, the ability of out-of-body experiences can be misused to confirm oneself in the self-deception of religious egregors, as is the case with the Catholic sect of San Pedro, which uses ayahuasca to confirm itself in religion. However, with pure and sincere intentions, the ability of astral travel can help to approach the understanding of the Absolute and other philosophical questions.
It is also highly recommended to meditate in an out-of-body state and reflect on philosophical questions.
(Side note: a digression from the main topic: it is very sad and difficult to understand that some people who have the ability of astral travel and have knowledge, such as an unnamed popular person from the Czech Republic, decided to go the way of black magic. It is difficult for me to understand what could have led them to this, as even such a person must know karmic mechanisms very well. The biggest motivation is probably money. To acquire money through black magic. Yes, it may bring some short-term benefits. But in the end, it always ends tragically. The reckoning will come. It is possible to go into karmic debt temporarily. But the time will always come to repay this debt, and then this scheme will collapse. It is interesting that there are people who, despite their knowledge, are willing to play such a game. A person after death will certainly, and also towards the end of life, end up very badly. If a person decides to go the karmically pure way , perhaps success in life will not be achieved so quickly and not immediately, but it will certainly be worth it ).
But I have slightly deviated from the main topic. Now back to the essence of the matter. In connection with the knowledge of the Absolute, we will be closest to the truth when we are convinced "I know that I know nothing", which is a beautiful Socratic statement, because. On the contrary, dogmatic religions such as Christianity and Islam are furthest from the truth when they describe their God in great detail and admit only one truth and one correct teaching about their God. And for the promotion of their only truth about God, millions of people have been killed by these religions in the past. There are hundreds of thousands of titles of religious literature that describe what the Christian God is like. It is the exact opposite of the philosophy "I know that I know nothing" and in religion, if a person tunes into the egregore of God created by people's faith, they tune into nothing but energetic crap. Religions are the greatest enemies of the Absolute.
Despite the fact that we should stick to the philosophy of "I know that I know nothing", I consider it reasonable to try to acquire a relationship with the Absolute, to try something like "prayer", although I do not like to use this religiously tainted term. With something like "prayer", you have to clear your mind of any religious ideas of prayer and you have to strongly hold on to the affirmation "I know that I know nothing" and repeat it often during prayer.

Contemporary Esotericism

If we take into account the various interviews on Cesty k sobě, the "wisdom" of Jaroslav Dušek, Jaroslav Grunwald, then I'll pass. Beating an empty straw or esoteric pride will not save us. Many people may be offended when I express my unpopular opinion that the vast majority of non-esoteric people are closer to the truth than esoteric people. Energetically, such people are mostly closer to me.
In esoteric circles, personalities claim to "know," to possess knowledge. Yet, 99.9% don't even have the ability for astral travel. We would be closer to the truth if we said, "I know that I know nothing."
Dear friends, you will do much better if you work on yourselves and meditate instead of watching esoteric personalities and reading esoteric literature. Above all, it teaches a person humility, that they are controlled by disturbing thoughts, that they do not have full control over themselves, and that even with free will, it is not that simple. This in itself is a step closer to the truth.

Man as part of the Absolute: man himself creates reality

This part of the article is quite practical. I am a person who likes to experiment on the spiritual side. I take spirituality as experimental scientific research. And it is for this reason that I have gained several interesting experiences in spirituality that I would like to share.
In esotericism, there is a popular philosophical idea that a person completely creates reality and that a person is de facto the Absolute.
It is certainly true that from a certain point of view, man is the Absolute. However, such a philosophical concept is of no use to us in practice in this ordinary earthly state of consciousness.
Furthermore, the philosophical concept that a person creates reality with their thoughts, there is certainly a lot of truth to it. Individually, for a person as an individual, it does not have much meaning, because when one person tries to create a more beautiful world with fewer problems and less suffering, thousands of other people radiate a lot of negative energy, which creates a reality with more suffering. People can change reality with their thoughts much more effectively than politicians – I am absolutely convinced of that. I don't like people who blame all the problems of society on politicians, while they themselves don't lift a finger to make this world more beautiful – for example, by practicing meditation techniques.
If a person practices various meditation techniques of energy cleansing, they remove negative thoughts, pessimism, negativism, disbelief in success, and disbelief in solving various problems in life. Energy cleansing has a fundamental impact on the reality that a person creates for themselves. However, it is not the only factor for success.
In conclusion: practical useful advice: I tried to follow various affirmations. To imagine that I am creating reality in the full sense, such an affirmation turned out not to work. Also, to follow the affirmation that all my destiny depends solely on my "self", on my ego, did not turn out to be a very good idea. Asking the Absolute and beings of light for help and relying on their help turned out to be a good idea.

The philosophical concept that a person creates their own reality has practical significance in the sense that if a person is clogged with bad energies, if a person has such a clogged consciousness, they will have blocking energies due to which they create limitations for themselves and are in a state of mental disbelief that many problems and limitations can be solved, that in some things fate can change for the better. To improve fate, a person needs to be in a state of faith that fate can change for the better, and for that, they need energy. The path to a person starting to create their own reality is through energetic cleansing. However, this is not the only factor for a person to have success in their fate. The request for help from beings of light and the Absolute is of enormous importance.

Problem solving, changing destiny based on the relationship with the Absolute

It is very reasonable to contemplate destiny and how it can change based on the relationship with the Absolute. It is reasonable if a person works in this way, cleansed of the ideas of religion and esotericism.
I personally follow affirmations that cannot be described much in words.
A reasonable affirmation is that nothing depends on me, on my earthly "self", on my ego, but everything can only be influenced by the Absolute.
The affirmation that the success of meditation depends only on the Absolute.

A scientific-experimental approach to spirituality

Science is based on truth, on things that work. Ideally, this is how it should work in spirituality as well. Unfortunately, esotericism often resembles religion when it comes to blind faith that doing something in a certain way is correct. However, a proper spiritual system is based on experiments in meditation techniques, on experimental philosophy, where things are tested to see if they work and if the given methods really help in life.

Esoteric person

I regret to state the unpopular fact that so-called spiritual or esoteric people are further from the truth, further from the Absolute than non-spiritual people.
To be a spiritual person and not to go astray is a huge art.
Becoming a spiritual person without stalling in spiritual development is a huge art, and most people can't handle it.
Nothing is more important than realizing "I know that I know nothing." Esoteric people lack humility very much.
Sometimes I observe that esoteric people adopt many common elements from faith or religion, and that is incorrect.
It is better not to deal with esotericism at all than to do it incorrectly.
I perceive the right spiritual path as a completely natural and obvious thing – just like when a person takes care of their health, diet, the amount of food consumed, when a person plays sports, or educates themselves.

Esotericism as a Problem (Update August 2020)

A certain man said that even esotericism is a tool of dark forces. I completely agree. I have not had good experiences with esoteric people. These people lack humility. They have a false sense of enlightenment/awakening. They are very allergic to any philosophical view other than their own. When I outlined the topic of astral travel to one esoteric person, he had an even weaker understanding of the topic than someone who did not consider himself spiritual.
Truth exists, but esotericism is extremely far from the truth. It is a fantastic system for misleading and confusing people.
