A specific type of “shamanic” social events/courses: an experienced instructor supervises the individual meditation of the participant

Personally, I am against so-called verbally guided joint meditations because every person needs an individual approach, every person is different.
This type of social meditation event will be different – it will be strictly individual with an individualistic approach.
This type of meditation is extremely effective, it is the most effective method of all possible methods and will allow the course participants to grow very quickly.

Basic characteristics of these joint meditation events:
– before starting meditation, an experienced monk or instructor will give basic instructions on how to meditate in a brief lecture
– everyone will work individually in meditation (no verbally guided meditation)
An experienced monk or instructor will have clairvoyant abilities and is able to connect to the consciousness of each meditator (this is very important because without it, this whole method could not work). For this to work, the meditator must agree to allow the instructor to look inside them. The monk will know exactly whether the person is doing the meditation correctly and if they are doing it incorrectly (which all participants will do, especially at the beginning), the monk will explain in detail where the person is making a mistake. The task of the instructor/monk will be to individually guide each person with verbal instructions to correctly tune their consciousness/mind during meditation. If the instructor notices that the meditator has misunderstood their instructions, they will try to guide them correctly again with verbal instructions. The instructor will point out, for example, that the meditator should not push too hard, that they should place more or less emphasis on a certain element in the meditation, that they should start to become aware of another element within the meditation, etc. After several minutes of meditation, despite correct guidance and correct tuning of the meditator, the meditator may again slip into the wrong direction and the instructor will guide them back in the right direction.

Someone might say that this method is essentially hypnosis. This is not the case. While in hypnosis the person concerned fully surrenders and submits to the hypnotist, this method is the exact opposite: the main goal of these courses will be to teach people to be as independent as possible. If the instructor notices that the course participant is trying to submit to him even a little (similar to hypnosis), the instructor’s task is to warn the meditating person about this mistake.

Details
There are several options for how to do this activity, whether all course participants will meditate together in one room, or whether each will have an individual room.

Other things to consider are how the instructor will tell individuals how to meditate: if it were a common room, it would disturb others. There is a possibility that the instructor would individually guide each person through headphones. Another option is that the instructor calls each course participant into an adjacent room and explains things there.

PS: It should be noted that improperly performed meditation can take more energy from a person than it gives, and can harm a person. Therefore, this method has great justification.

I have a strong belief that I will live to see such courses implemented in practice and that they will greatly help a large number of people.
