– In this meditation, we start from the premise that a person has not only a physical body but also an energy/astral body.
– What is special is that two people came to the meditation of the energy body independently: me and a friend (my friend has the ability to leave the body). If two people come to the same thing independently, it is proof that the meditation is highly relevant.
– A big positive of this meditation is that it is very suitable not only for advanced practitioners but also for beginners, for people who do not have a predisposition to lucid dreaming or astral travel.
– The use of meditation is overall energization, gaining energy from high sources, it helps to communicate with beings from higher dimensions.
A side note: Overall, I think the most important thing about a person's stay on this planet is to regularly tune into high energy sources.
– This method is more effective than energizing the chakras. By meditating on the energy body, you gain more energy and more effectively than with chakra meditation. With chakra meditation, I often have the unpleasant experience that I cannot get sufficiently pure energy into them. Careless handling of chakra meditation has a strong tendency for a person to get downright negative energy into them, and thus a person harms themselves. Pure energy can be introduced into the chakras during chakra meditation only at energetic power places (i.e., on hills composed of specific rocks, such as quartzite).
Before meditation, it is necessary to realize one basic thing: our consciousness consists of two components:
a) from the physical component, which is the brain
b) and the spiritual/energetic component, which is the energy body
The energetic and physical components of consciousness merge into one in our consciousness, and we cannot distinguish what is the physical/brain component and what is the energetic component of consciousness. Our task in meditation is:
a) distinguish the brain/body and energy component of consciousness
b) to be able to separate these two components from each other
c) to be able to work with each component separately, so that one component does not interfere with another
d) focus on the energy component of consciousness and know how to work with it properly
It should be noted that the energy consciousness has merged with the body consciousness, is attached to it, and has acquired its identity. Learning to separate the energy consciousness from the body consciousness requires some training. Our busy world full of worries and chaos forces us not to have the space to be able to observe ourselves, to have time to notice and register these two components during our lives.
Meditation method
– it is necessary to be in silence and solitude in the given room
– you need to be relaxed and, if possible, it is good to be in maximum psychological comfort: Being in maximum psychological comfort is not always possible, because sometimes a person is in a hurry, other times they may be in a depressed mood. The goal of this meditation method is to increase vibrations. It is to be done precisely when a person is not in psychological comfort, precisely when they are experiencing some suffering, when they are not in a good mood, and so on.
– you can tune into the energy body by imagining the energy body as something subtle, an energy body that is "inserted" into the physical body
– it can also be helpful to imagine looking at your (energetic) body from the inside
– The goal is to bring energy from high sources into the energy body (it works with proper tuning). Before a person learns to master this method, it is good to first practice getting energy into the chakras with the help of breath and also without the help of breath. Realize that in the meditation of the energy body it is the same, but with the difference that you do not focus on a specific chakra but on the entire energy body.
– as proof that you are doing it well, it is if meditation increases your vibrations, if it fills you with harmony and inner peace (even though before meditation you may have been full of inner unrest and disharmony)
– Another important point of this meditation is to achieve an "unchangeable" state of consciousness. This part of the meditation is difficult to explain in words, you have to learn to understand it yourself through persistent training. But I will try to explain everything in words.
You need to tune your consciousness to the higher worlds where there is no time. Where there is no time, there is no change. What is the world where there is no time? It is a world where there is no change.
Try to achieve a state similar to "brain stillness" (it is interesting that Patanjali's Sutras also speak of "stillness", "stopping movements", stabilizing/stopping constant changes in consciousness). Imagine the brain as something that is constantly working, constantly in motion. Your goal is to tune into that "subtle" energy in consciousness, but for this to be possible, it is necessary to stop the noise, the disturbing influences in the brain. Figuratively speaking, you cannot hear a quiet sound against the background of some huge disturbing noise. Therefore, the main goal is to first stop the changes in the brain in consciousness and then try to be receptive to that energy, you need to tune into the "finest", to the "finest" thoughts. The manifestation of doing it right is that you will feel a state of harmony and a rush of energy into the entire energy body.

– If you finally succeed in meditating on the energy body, it is not a given that you will be able to do it repeatedly. Therefore, if you succeed, write down in detail what you felt, similar to lucid dreams. This will increase the chance of repeating what you have achieved as easily as possible.
– to make it easier for you to achieve the right state of meditation, a specific form of telepathy with beings of light can help. You will not communicate with them in the form of words but in another form: if you have already memorized that meditative state well, you should send this information to the beings in the form of images of achieving the right state. You can imagine the beings of light quite impersonally, you can imagine sending this information directly to the absolute.
