Meditation in the past and today, advantages of the present
I think a lot about the past, as I often go to meditate at archaeological sites. Today’s era has advantages: we can climb steep hills in comfortable hiking boots, footwear that is comfortable throughout the winter, we can meditate in the comfort of warmth in a cozy house even during winter, the house protects us from noise, we have comfortable beds from which it is easy to leave the body.
The disadvantage of today’s era is social networks, which rob us of a lot of time and energy, and no time is left for meditation; we are disoriented by an excessive amount of information, we are too oriented toward matter, and there is little interest in meditation.
The significance of archaeological sites in “shamanism” / meditation
At least in Slovakia, it is true that most archaeological sites are located in nature, often on touristically unattractive or unnamed hills where almost no one goes. Slovakia is an archaeologically extremely rich country, which is likely caused by the frequent alternation of hills and lowlands, which was very advantageous from an energetic and practical standpoint for people in the past, mostly involving settlements from before Christ. Archaeological sites can also have quite strong energetic protection, such that only a minimum number of people reach them, which may be one of the reasons they are not recorded by archaeologists. Where an ordinary layman, forester, or mushroom picker sees ordinary stones, from an archaeologist’s perspective, it may be a worked stone, which is a trace of an ancient settlement.
Furthermore, one must account for the fact that not every archaeological site has positive energies. Not all civilizations can be idealized, as black magic, human sacrifices, or murders could have taken place there.
It is very beneficial to try to energetically connect either with our ancient blood ancestors or with other ancient spiritually advanced civilizations that performed powerful rituals at these sites in the past, as energetic traces of them have remained.
Beings who lived in a given place in the past, although they live in high dimensions, may still have a certain relationship to the place where they lived in the past, and it is possible to connect with them telepathically and ask for help.
Whom I would hypothetically choose as my students for the future
Primarily a young person. A person over 25-30 years old is usually already in very poor energetic shape, a part of the matrix. Another reason is that the path of “shamanism” is too difficult and demanding; training lasts at least 20 years, it is essentially lifelong learning, a lifelong school, and it is not worth investing much into an older person. A student may be better if they do not come from an esoteric background, because esotericism is filth; therefore, a person from a non-spiritual background is better. It is better if a person does not engage in spirituality at all and then learns it the right way, rather than being programmed by unhappy, misguided esotericism. A non-spiritual person is better than a misguided one, because a misguided person is harder to fix from esoteric dirt and established dogmas. A non-spiritual person is better than a conceited esotericist who pretends to have been everywhere, seen everything, and understands everything as if they know best.
Perfecting / software development vs. perfecting the human personality
In the science of information technology / programming, there is the following beautiful philosophy: every software undergoes constant development and improvement, which in practice means continuous bug fixing, adding new functionalities, and enhancement. There is always something to perfect, and periodically, so-called updates are released that bring these improvements and bug fixes. If only it worked similarly for people. Percentages of most people have not the slightest need to work on themselves in any way; many people have a problem even just exercising, changing their diet, or working on their physical health, let alone working on their personality on a psychological or spiritual level.
Furthermore, most people, even if they go through personality changes, only worked on themselves for a short period of their lives, but refuse to change anything further about their personality because they already think they are perfect. It is necessary to realize that our entire life, the entire time of our stay on this planet within the framework of incarnation, from birth to physical death, we have something to learn; life is a school, and there is never enough work on oneself and perfection.
Changing one’s opinion is even considered a weakness and cowardice in our culture.
I have a completely different way of thinking than most people, and I cannot understand how many people, even though they suffer a lot, suffering cannot make them even a little bit better; they don’t reflect on themselves at all and don’t try to change anything for the better, they don’t try to learn from it.
Meditation vs. the state financial system. Unconditional income
I am clearly against unconditional income, which ensures that every person automatically receives enough money to live decently. I fear that most people would abuse it for laziness. It is based on the philosophy that people do not work to get money, but work because they have already received the money. It also stems from an ideal social order in which robotization will be implemented to the maximum extent, and therefore work will not be so necessary.
From an energetic point of view, unconditional income is not even possible to achieve, because at least half of the people would have to actively clean themselves energetically, energize their energetic body / chakras with meditation techniques, and master astral travel – only under these conditions would people be able to project their lives such that even at a political level, such an order would be possible. Even if an unconditional income system were achieved without these conditions, the energies would not allow it, and people’s suffering would manifest in some other way, so they would be no better off than before; nothing would be achieved by it.
The advantage of unconditional income would be that people could work in sectors that have not been economically attractive until now, such as civic associations, organizations, or political non-governmental activism. However, it must be realized that very harmful and misguided political activism or civic associations could also arise, leading society in a very wrong direction. For example, eco-terrorism activism, which is not based on serious scientific knowledge and is in conflict with it, is a very harmful activity and already exists in Slovakia. With unconditional income, many strongly fanatical Christian associations, Christian and non-Christian sects would also arise, trying to fanaticize their sheep with religion and other nonsense.
If only, as a result of unconditional income, dozens of large and powerful civic associations would arise that would philosophically criticize Christianity. But this misguided society of ours, groping in the dark, would have to be led by the right people for that to be realistic.
I have digressed a bit from the main topic. Now I am trying to return to it. Ideally, an idealistic social order would be one where robotization is implemented to the maximum extent, interest in clean and correct spirituality would be enormous, and people would devote the energy of their free time to searching for philosophical truth, meditation, and astral travel. Only such a person, who raises the vibrations of the entire society and brings it positive energies, would receive unconditional income, because this is the best way to help society. If only about 80% of people were like this.
To a large extent, it is true that we live in great financial slavery, and even if someone wanted to meditate, they couldn’t afford it from a time perspective – they have no time for it because they have to deal with a million other things. These people who want to work on themselves would deserve unconditional income.
If a person is serious about meditation, it is best to first do everything to achieve so-called passive income and then fully devote themselves to meditation. This is already achievable today.
Crisis in the field of spirituality, crisis of personalities
People are spiritually very misguided and blinded. They walk in all directions except the right ones. Reading hundreds of books of unconscious esoteric literature will not help a person in any way. In the field of esotericism, no one can be a role model.
One of the very few sources of information in the field of spirituality that is worth something is a certain shamanic scholar – a person who has the ability of astral travel and who lives among uncontacted indigenous Andean Peruvian shamans, who realistically master these abilities very well and have accumulated knowledge and tradition in this field for the last several hundred to thousands of years. Great thanks to the universe for Petr; however, on the other hand, after the aforementioned scandals broke out, it is not clear whether Petr did more good or evil in his life.
I consider the emergence of a small, inconspicuous organization that will intensively devote itself to astral travel to be very beneficial. May this organization preserve its knowledge for future generations.
What is “shamanism” actually?
I would like to give an explanation here that will be more understandable to materialistically and rationally oriented people. Shamanism is essentially psychology; it can be said that it is a smooth continuation of psychology and philosophy. The etymology of the word psychology is from the Greek psyché = soul, logos = word). Psychology is the science of the soul and also deals with existential philosophical questions such as God, spirituality, etc. It is very good that such a field exists at all, that it was created, because it tries to search for information about the human soul in an objective scientific way instead of misguided religion. On the one hand, it is good that psychology took a materialistic path; it is good that it did not go excessively in a spiritual direction, because there are many incorrect paths in esotericism, and if psychology turned into non-objective quackery, it would not be good.
On the other hand, we must objectively say that psychology is the slowest developing science. Figuratively speaking, while other scientific fields have moved forward by a kilometer, psychology has moved forward by only a centimeter in terms of knowing the soul. That is not something to be praised at all. Psychology has become a science that is treading water.
From a financial point of view, it is also not attractive to invest a lot of money in psychology; it doesn’t have a good business model, psychological knowledge is not a commodity that can be sold and profited from like in other industries.
Psychologists are completely helpless in being able to realistically help people with their psychological problems. In contrast, shamanic knowledge helps a lot.
Winter Solstice
Slavs perceived the period just before and after the solstice as a very difficult time, the least light, the most darkness, the least energy, the lowest vibrations. The solstice period is key to how the following year will develop, and it is important to live through it with the highest possible vibrations.
The solstice itself is astrologically a negative period; one must ask beings from higher dimensions to bring the best possible energies. If a person feels particularly positive energies during the solstice, it is a great gift from the universe, it is not a given; beings from higher dimensions intervene very actively so that the following year is experienced with the highest possible vibrations.
Clear weather without clouds and fog is a positive astrological factor and vice versa.
Especially throughout the winter period, one feels better energies when it is clear without clouds.
Czech vs. Slovak esoteric community, healers
For some reasons, in the Czech Republic, esotericism has taken a very bad path. Personally, I would never go to any Czech healer, although perhaps one or two positive exceptions exist. They are charlatans who manipulate people to squeeze money out of them, or they are people who imagine their own abilities. Most often both. In Slovakia, the situation is significantly better. Hopefully, at least more than half of the healers should not be charlatans. I certainly recommend that Czechs visit Slovak healers.
Teach your children to meditate
Teach your children to meditate; it will be worth it for you, it will come back to you.
The life and worries of an adult / parent are very difficult. A person has a lot of work and worries, is busy, and has no time or mood to meditate. However, you can manifest your hopes through the child. Children and youth have it easier and will find time for meditation sooner; they have better predispositions for meditation and it comes easier to them. A parent cannot give a greater gift to their child than to inspire them to meditate, because only then will the young person not become part of the matrix and only then will they be successful even in adulthood and not have too much suffering in adulthood. The child will have a perfect future secured. Meditation habits in adulthood are also a great advantage.
Furthermore, if children meditate, they will also push you forward energetically, and you will prosper more.
It is reasonable to “force” a child to meditate in a good sense of the word. Because if you do not “force” them, then the child will be manipulated by other egregors that exist in society.
I observe how much spare time children and youth have today, how much time they spend on various computer games, though if they used that precious time for meditation, they wouldn’t have to have a life full of suffering in the future.
Furthermore, even when children finish school and the child has a very serious interest in meditation, it is reasonable if parents financially support / sponsor the children so they can fully devote themselves to meditation and later to helping others.
Breatharianism – a modern esoteric fashion trend and exhibitionism
Regarding breatharianism, I share the opinion of a well-known shamanic scholar. When a person detaches from food, they begin to absorb energy from their surroundings. A person must therefore be in an energetically very clean environment (in deep clean nature near energetically active hills) to be able to afford it; a person certainly cannot be in a city or associate much with ordinary people on whom there is more than enough negative energy.
Near so-called power places, one feels completely different energies – positive energies, as if one were in some parallel dimension, so I could actually imagine not eating there myself.
In the Czech Republic, there is some questionable female esotericist who even teaches people to be breatharians – total madness. What is it even good for? In the crazed esoteric community, everything revolves only around breatharianism. It has become a symbol of “correct” spiritual development, although it is far from correct.
Whoever actually acquired this ability as a side effect of meditation techniques has not the slightest reason to brag about it; truly successful people are humble and will hide it as much as possible.
Most people who imagine this ability are frauds.
Moderator of Svobodný Vysílač, esotericist Kryštof Koucký, is emaciated like some anorexic and is apparently attempting breatharianism.
If someone acquires breatharianism as a side effect of meditation, then it is fine, but if a person meditates only for that reason, it is a manifestation of exhibitionism, derangement, and an incorrect spiritual path.
Inability to understand what “shamanism” is
When I communicate with most young people and when they ask me what I deal with, I reply with meditation techniques; they don’t have anything against it, but on the other hand, most of them live in their own world and look a bit uncomprehendingly – they somehow cannot understand that I deal with it, as if they were unprepared to understand it.

I have respect for them; a strong energy comes from them and I do not want to present them publicly – I only show them to a narrow circle of friends, because that is how the beings from higher dimensions wish it. I do not have the courage to publish them. There is also beautiful nature there.
Power energetic places help people – a specific example
There are hills with a specific geological composition and shape where especially strong energies flow. A certain businessman from Western Europe came to me in Slovakia; however, he had great depression and stress because he was forced to repay several million in loans within his business, but the number of orders he had was critically small, so he was very close to going bankrupt. I took him on a bicycle to some peripheral, weaker energetically active places. After he returned home, he had so many orders that he couldn’t even keep up. Now, by the time a customer gets on his waiting list, a year passes. I point out that there were no active meditation techniques involved, just an ordinary walk around these hills. We actually have such places in Slovakia.
The positive energies of those hills saved him from bankruptcy so he could repay the huge loans, even though the number of employees in the company was only him and his brother, so two.
It is unbelievable what a single short bicycle trip in the right place can do.
„Supernatural“ phenomena, „between heaven and earth,“ which I experienced on / near energetically active hills
Underground civilization: In one place in the forest, strange sounds were coming from underground, as if someone were drilling a tunnel into the rock that was the geological bedrock. In that situation, it was possible to reliably exclude any other human activity such as the sound of a car, roadworkers’ activity, or any forestry activity, as it was already dark (I felt pleasant at a neighboring energetic site, so I was returning late). The place was more or less a flat area in the forest, not a hill. Of course, it terrified me, and I was worried whether I had uncovered some secret project, whether some soldiers would arrest me there, etc. I was properly shaken. Later, I managed to contact a woman with the ability to leave the body; I made a detailed video of the place so she could find it in her astral body and gave her the task to look at what is located in the geological bedrock underground. She agreed to it and was full of awe and surprise herself; she saw some spiritually very advanced civilization there and claimed she would go look at the place personally with her physical body. She claimed she couldn’t tell me everything she saw.
Experience with a conical quartzite hill: they forecast good weather. However, when I was at the top, a strong storm broke out. As I ran down, the lightning and thunder moved with me. At that time, I wasn’t thrilled about it, only later did I learn that in South American Andean shamanism, lightning is considered something positive – a method of energization. A few minutes later, I connected to the internet and checked the current weather. Nowhere else nearby was it raining, everywhere had nice weather, but only on such a tiny area was there a heavy storm, exactly where I was. Naturally, I was terrified by it. When I moved a few kilometers on my bicycle, there was no rain. I suspect that abnormal values such as gravity and the like would have been measured even on various physical instruments.
– At other times, I experienced rain and a storm at that place when I was at the summit. When I moved about 10 meters away, there was almost no rain at all.
– When I looked to one side at the summit, there was fog with poor visibility; when I looked around 180 degrees, no fog was visible – it was nicely transparent. It wasn’t just a cloud passing through temporarily – it stayed like that for a long time.
A woman’s cry for help: near a powerful energetic emitter where prehistoric archaeological structures are visible, where coincidentally I often went and know the place intimately, terrified hunters heard a woman calling for help. This happened at the end of May 2018. They called firefighters and police for help. They searched for two days and found nothing. Energetically, I have mixed feelings about the place; there are positive energies, but some murder could have happened there or it was partially used for black magic during a certain historical period, and so on. One cannot exclude a protective energetic mechanism of the place to prevent spiritually unprepared persons from going there. One cannot exclude some remnants of pseudo-beings created by experienced mages of the past; they could be very intelligent energetic clusters that needed energy to survive, so they terrified the hunters to pull energy out of them. There are many versions. One cannot exclude some murdered person either – in these cases, the soul often gets stuck, haunts people, and is unable to pass into energetically higher dimensions.
Personally, I was never afraid of that place, even despite the fact that I often heard some conversations in the distance that resembled an argument – but they were not real people and I never paid much attention to it.
History recorded in stones and rocks: people with the ability of astral travel have no problem acquiring the ability of clairvoyant reading of history from objects that those people used. On crystalline quartzite stones (often worked) and rocks where those people often walked and meditated, it is possible to find out the way of thinking of those people, what they did, what they dealt with; more detailed history can be found. However, even people who are not clairvoyant can feel at least something there; especially children and youth, who are people with freer and more flexible thinking, can feel there how people in that era imagined relationships and sexuality. I was a witness to fascinating specific examples. I will not speak specifically about what it was; most people are unprepared for it.
Disappearing footprints in the snow: I met a certain young person near an important energetically active hill / emitter as he ran toward me. Furthermore, this person significantly popularized this same energetically active place, which has both advantages and disadvantages. Given the above-average high energetic vibrations of the boy, I wasn’t sure at first whether he was an ordinary person or a person from higher dimensions who had projected himself. I became alert and looked at his footprints in the snow to see if they would end somewhere and disappear. About 200 meters of footprints in the snow were missing, then they smoothly continued again. Quite a mystery. This happened on 4.1.2019. It is a person to whom I once in the past explained the enormous significance of some energetically active places.
At this place, during this event, two other mysteries occurred: when I was recording a video of his footprints, a part of the cover fell off my mobile phone, which was nothing special since the cover was made of low-quality material and it was only a matter of time before it fell apart. What was already a mystery was that the part of the fallen cover fell into loose snow, and then although I rummaged through the snow, I couldn’t find the cover (I didn’t want to leave trash behind in nature). There was a high probability that dematerialization occurred. Furthermore, my phone battery dropped very sharply (within about four minutes), which had never happened to me – the voltage chip was showing incorrectly – the battery still had enough capacity.
Power energetic place: conquering matter and healing. A visit of a few hours to a power place: it has happened to me several times that my atopic eczema healed or improved or completely healed in a scientifically measurable way, which is no small matter.
Entry into the underground world: Telepathic thoughts about an underground civilization. Not so far from power places, I telepathically felt thoughts that in the forest underground where an underground civilization and underground spaces pass. It is quite possible that I perceived this telepathic communication somewhat distortedly in terms of more detailed information, but the essence was captured correctly. In the middle of the forest, where these inspired telepathic thoughts grew stronger, I noted a mysterious brick-walled shaft. I had huge respect for it and didn’t want to investigate it further and more. I wanted to return there later and gather courage and look in there, but I no longer had much time and energy for it.

At the summit of an energetically strong hill – an extremely strong wind blows – 40 meters further there is practically no wind – it is visible even optically how the wind whistles in the leaves of trees.
People with predispositions for AC who acquired the ability of astral travel (AC) too quickly and easily
Unfortunately, I don’t have a very good experience with most of these people. The more easily a person acquires this gift, the less they value it. I know several people who, after a few months of training, acquired the ability for AC; however, they didn’t value this gift much, perhaps they didn’t know how to deal with having too much energy, and they decided not to develop this very rare gift further but threw it in the trash. Furthermore, I see other serious problems in these people. It is not good if a person acquires too high vibrations too easily and too quickly, because then the human ego cannot always digest it.
The correct spiritual path is to get to AC slowly, through hard and very persistent work for a period of at least 10-15 years. A person can thus know themselves in a much better and more perfect way, and overall it is better for the spiritual development of a person and especially before the universe it has greater value.
Before the universe, it is not important whether a person achieves AC, but how much effort and sacrifice they made to achieve it.
I acquired the gift of astral travel and then I left it
There are several people who acquired the precious gift of astral travel (AC) and then left it. Among publicly known people, it is, for example, Tomáš / Tom Poutník. The reason is likely that even AC is a hindrance in a certain sense. Having even too much energy may not always be pleasant; life becomes too easy with a minimum of obstacles and therefore also a bit boring, so why not complicate it a bit with a return to the matrix. If a person has too much energy, the solution is not to cowardly throw away this precious gift in the trash, but to learn to give energy to people – e.g., become a healer, choose a profession where the person will be in rich contact with people, work at a school, kindergarten, in a nursing home (preparing people for death), in a hospital, work as a doctor, bus driver, salesperson. Every interpersonal communication is a very strong energetic exchange between people, and the person who gained the energy will pass it on in a chain reaction to other people they meet.
The energetic field of people
For me, real relaxation and rest is when I am outside of human civilization, deep in nature, far from the human energetic field. There are completely different energies there than in a village.
Animals also have their energetic field, and you often see them in the forest. They, however, do not lower your energetic vibrations, unlike when you meet a person in nature, which is definitely not a pleasant experience.
Every person is an emitter of positive or negative energy. Since I have strongly above-average vibrations, I am tuned to higher sources of energy, I perceive 99% of people as emitters of negative energy. Various alien civilizations look at us the same way; they perceive us as beings who pollute and contaminate the universe with negative energies.
Unfortunately, there are very few souls who actually radiate positive energies from themselves like a lamp shining in the dark. Ideally, every person should function this way, but almost no one does.
Interaction of an „energized“ person with a religious person
A person with high vibrations who works intensively on themselves, meditates a lot, is able to gain a lot of energy and possibly has the ability of astral travel, should as much as possible avoid physical contact with Christians. An energized person can often change the fates of people literally with just a look, reducing complications, limitations, and suffering in life. A Christian, however, will attribute success and blessing in fate to their faith in their „god“ and not to „shamanic“ spirituality. Furthermore, the Christian will very quickly hand these energies over to the egregor of religion and abuse the energies for even greater self-deception.
Useful arguments for a person who is not spiritually oriented
The fact that people have little interest in spirituality I perceive as a rather serious problem.
People search for happiness too much outside, in external things, in matter, in superficial materialistic joys, while they do not realize that in order to be happy it is enough to change yourself; you can create happiness within yourself, in your mind.
People occupy themselves too much with external things and matter, but they occupy themselves too little with themselves, their personality, their psyche, feelings, experience, although that is precisely what is most important.
