Suffering from the perspective of Christianity (Christian culture) and shamanism (txt)

Shamanism is the only true philosophy. It is the only philosophy that gives us something for practical life. All other philosophies are just a vicious circle of ignorance that leads nowhere. That is why psychology as a "science" is a poor "science" that does not really help a person in practical life because it does not include the philosophy of shamanism.
Shamanism gives great importance to the theme of suffering. When we really think about it and start to think about what is most important in our lives, after honest and deep reflection, we come to the conclusion that the most important thing is to have as little suffering as possible. However, this should not be understood in the sense of   hedonism   – that would be a wrong understanding.  (Nor does it mean "that I should be well at the expense of others" – that would be an equally wrong understanding (being well at the expense of others is considered something bad in shamanism and one would have to pay for it in terms of karma). Within shamanism, it is very correct and good to do things selflessly, but one should not go to the extremes of excessive   altruism , where one excessively cares for the well-being of others at the expense of oneself).
While shamanism considers it most important to have as little suffering as possible, in Christianity, suffering is considered a virtue (something good). Christians have a duty to follow the example of suffering (martyrdom and crucifixion) of Jesus Christ, who humbly endured suffering.
In Christianity, it is believed that the more suffering a person has on earth, the happier they will be in heaven after physical death. From the perspective of shamanism, this statement is considered nonsense because in reality, it is rather the opposite.
While in Christianity the most important thing is to do what God wants (this means, for example, praying a lot, going to church, not using contraception because it is a sin), in shamanism the most important thing is to take care of oneself and try to have as little suffering as possible. In other words, while Christianity preaches that a person should be a slave to some other entity (God) and take care of its interests, shamanism says that we should take care of and be interested mainly in ourselves.
While Christianity is a religion that confirms man in ignorance, shamanism is a system that brings us liberation,   knowledge   and truth.

The Suffering and Age of Man

The amount of suffering we experience depends on the state of our energy centers (chakras) and how polluted they are. While a small child is still energetically quite pure, over time, more and more negative energy accumulates on a person, and suffering also increases. The older a person is, the more suffering they experience with advancing years. People do not realize this fact and naively believe in a better future for their lives – a life with less suffering. There are only a few examples where a major turning point/milestone occurs in a person's life, when that person begins to experience less suffering than before.
Shamanic meditation techniques are the only solution to turn your life around for the better. Shamanic techniques are also the only way to improve your financial situation – nothing else will help a person. When I see advertisements for various training courses on how to be successful in business, I don't know whether to laugh or cry – it's so incredibly stupid.
A side note:   Success in business does not depend on intelligence, but rather on a person's energy level.

Planet Earth, the planet of suffering
From the point of view of shamanism, planet Earth is a planet of suffering. If we were to say what is most typical for planet Earth, it is suffering.
People often naively believe that if they have suffering, it is just a coincidence. The truth is that it is not a coincidence, because living on planet Earth means facing suffering.
  Suffering and psychological statistics
Unfortunately, people are ignorant and do not realize the importance of the most important topic in our lives, which is the topic of the degree of suffering. The topic of suffering should rightly be the most important topic in psychological research. Psychological studies should study the dependence of the degree of suffering and the age of a person or the dependence between the degree/amount of suffering of people between atheists and Christians and so on. They could also study how many negative and positive coincidences and in what intensity there are between Christian fanatics and atheists (or non-religious people). These psychological studies would confirm the shamanic teaching that Christians are more energetically polluted and therefore have more suffering and more negative "coincidences" in life.
