Contemporary experts and literature on meditation. Meditation courses

Today, there is a huge crisis of meditation, unlike ever before. People's lifestyle is to work hard and long, and when they rest, they use this time practically exclusively for "information flow" activities (i.e., media, internet).
Although I have an overview of practically all available English, Slovak, and Czech books, I found practically nothing that would be worth it.
99% of books on meditation are literally garbage, no matter how tempting they may look, in practice they will give you nothing. They are various nonsense and various ineffective phantasmagoric nonsense that are worthless.
In 1% of the literature, you can find at least some snippets of useful information, but even that is unusable for the average layperson.
I will select at least one of the many shortcomings of the literature: It is useless to read amazing instructions on how to energetically breathe through the meridians when this advanced method does not work at all without mastering other types of meditation, which are the foundation without which we cannot move forward. For example, the self-proclaimed master of Tao Yoga, Mantak Chia, although generally considered the best expert in this field, talks about the energetic exercise of the meridians of the microcosmic orbit, but nowhere does he mention the necessity of mastering basic meditations. It is the same as wanting to drive a car that has no gasoline in the tank.
Experts are neither slant-eyed authors nor Indians.
I'm really sorry, but you won't find practically anything on the internet or in books that would be of any practical use to you, when the authors themselves don't even master the basics. They have only reached higher meditative states a few times in their lives, and that too by trial and error.
Also, don't get caught up in various meditation courses. It's a waste of money. They won't teach you how to meditate; at most, you'll learn relaxation there.
I'm sorry, but even an accredited Tao Yoga instructor cannot teach you how to meditate. Tao Yoga itself is a very ineffective method and does not help to cleanse the energy system http://www.taojoga.sk/julius_masarovic.html
He gathered some valuable information from the internet and books from that garbage dump. Although the authors sometimes quote ancient texts on meditation that they themselves do not understand, I understood them and will pass on the experience in a truly clear form.
This is, without exaggeration, the first page in the world about meditation that can actually serve people practically. This page is a complete world first. You would be committing a great sin, neglecting the good, if you did not start meditating after reading this page and did not promote this page as much as you can.
In ancient times, people were stingy in passing on their experience, they were secretive, they trained their students only sparingly and confidentially. However, as a generous and magnanimous person, I will pass on all my experience to you here on the website without censorship.
