The basis of shamanic or yogic-Hindu philosophy is the understanding of one's higher/divine self – the understanding of one's divine consciousness.
However, understanding this is not easy at all – it requires a lot of effort, diligence, and work on oneself. Sometimes, one has to wait longer for the results (for a proper understanding of one's higher self) – sometimes even years. Your task is to train honestly.
This process of understanding takes place in two stages:
A) unification with the absolute and the parallel (concurrent) principle
-In this context, it is not (it does not have to be) a mystical state, but rather it means in practice the fulfillment of positive energy. Try to "seek" the absolute by trying to think of something perfectly positive, perfect harmony, and so on.
– A person often has a bad mood, psychological discomfort, negative thoughts, physical/bodily discomfort, and the like, and it is good if the consciousness is tuned to something "higher".
-Try to focus on the absolute on a similar principle as mentioned here https://filozofia.nett.to/meditacia/sk/meditacia-meditacne-techniky-praca-s
–Focus (or be aware) on two objects:
-aa) become aware (in a more passive way) of your consciousness, your mind, which may also contain discomfort and the like
-ab) try to focus your attention more on perfect harmony, love, on your non-self, on your non-consciousness, on the Absolute. Try to focus your attention (try to find) something so beautiful that you cannot find in your consciousness/mind. Try to be outside your consciousness
B) Working with the Divine "I" and the power of will. (Chakra meditation)
– If you have already mastered what is described in point A), then you can start this second step.
– You have two options: either you follow only this point after B) or after A) and B) at the same time.
– To understand your Divine Self, it is essential to do this meditation technique within and alongside the chakra meditation technique.
-What is the essence: your task is to have a wish, to have a desire, to have an intention – just want and nothing more… Realize that "wanting" is the strongest thing you can have in meditation. (You can repeat to yourself " I want to have energy here in the chakra") – and specifically realize the wish/desire that you have energy in the given chakra. A "miracle" will happen, your intention, your thought will turn into reality – into energy.
– From an informational point of view, do not try to consciously realize/imagine your intention/desire in detail/precisely. Too much information in consciousness is counterproductive and disturbing to consciousness, and then we will not be able to concentrate on the whole meditation. In the mind, it is necessary to "approximately" and "briefly" outline what we want. And our subconscious will understand in the best detail what we really want. At the conscious level, however, we must have a minimum of information.
In the ego/in the gross-matter mind, we roughly outline what we want, and the subconscious subtle, fast-vibrating mind understands what we want in detail.
– realize that your desire/intention will be transformed into reality by your higher "Self" and also with the help of a being of light. Be attuned to the being of light throughout the exercise. It is also necessary to determine the exact and correct measure of attention to the being. The measure of attention to the being of light should be small (but it is still necessary), first of all, mainly focus on the concentration itself for the entire exercise.
-Do not try to "force" the energy into the chakra. The intention (desire) should be spontaneous, calm and within inner harmony. Do not worry about whether you have energy in the chakra or not, or whether your wish has been fulfilled – just want to have energy there.
-Try to think and have the intention of a higher (or as high as possible) vibration, a mind of inner harmony, peace, and well-being.
(You are doing the Divine Self meditation technique correctly if you feel enough energy in the chakras you are breathing into). Realize that you have two minds: a "subtle" one and a "gross" one. You need to focus your attention on the "subtle" one.
– The idea should be as "gentle" and "subtle" as possible, but not "hidden."
-After a longer period of such meditation, it will be increasingly difficult to maintain such focused attention – the commotion of consciousness, the commotion of thoughts will create a certain obstacle in this meditation. So, one will have to face such an obstacle – it's nothing terrible.
– In a sea of chaotic thoughts, one must extract the right thought/intention/desire. If the thought of the right INTENTION appears there, then we are on the right path. Our mind can forget, we can get carried away by the hustle and bustle of thoughts, and then we need to return to this many times.
-The goal is to be sufficiently focused/concentrated on what you are doing.
– The whole art of meditation is about concentration, focus, and at the same time having the mind/consciousness in harmony and complete relaxation.
-sometimes you may have a false feeling/belief that you have your thoughts under control (meaning you have no intrusive thoughts emerging), but in reality you don't. Be careful about this. If you are overcome by intrusive thoughts, realize that you have been overcome and empty yourself and continue again
This meditation technique (many of its elements) can be used in lucid dreaming, for astral travel, for visualizing your desires and intentions, for visualizing your future, and for communicating with beings of light.
Even though this meditation technique may have seemed quite complicated to you, in reality, I don't think it's complicated – it's just quite complicated to describe. And many things will become automatic for you over time.
The power of our thoughts is enormous if it comes from our higher consciousness.
(Note: Overall, the processes in the mind are "internal" and it is difficult to describe these internal things verbally. At least "provisionally" I have tried to describe it in words, which can be very helpful for you . You have to put in a lot of effort and experiment a lot to really understand this guide. To understand it, it is necessary to read this guide many times. And every single word in the guide can be very important.)

The principle of the unconsciousness of the ego and the wakefulness of the higher "self"
When breathing through the chakras and attempting LD, it is advisable to apply this principle:
a) unconsciousness of the ego:
one should try to achieve a state (induce it) where the ego (i.e., the lower self, lower bodily consciousness, brain, "gross" consciousness) will be in a state of sleep (only partial, not complete) or drowsiness, or (to a certain extent) dulled perception. This can be with both closed and open eyes.
b) the waking of the higher "self"
The wakefulness of higher consciousness must be achieved.
It is a "subtle" component of consciousness, or rather, it is the spirit.
It is necessary for this subtle consciousness to be as active as possible and, at the same time, for the ego to be "deactivated" as much as possible in the manner described in point a).
The task is to try to suggest your intention to this higher consciousness, also in the form of affirmation.
In the case of breathing through the chakras, we consciously realize with our higher self (not the ego, which should be in a state of "unconsciousness") which chakra we are currently breathing through.
In the case of LD, we try to suggest to our subtle consciousness that we are in a dream (i.e., not in reality). (Because the subconscious perceives a dream as reality, and that is indeed what it is – it is tuning into a parallel dimension similar to this dimension). Suggest to yourself and repeat with affirmations that your body is sleeping and that you are only in a "dream" reality, not this one.
