I perceive the concept of will as very important in meditation, perhaps the most important.
And in the introduction to the topic of will in meditation, I will also write something about will in general.
The truth is very unpleasant. Unfortunately, most people simply do not have free will, or rather, their free will is quite strongly limited. Most people do not have sufficiently energized and cleansed chakras, and for this reason, they are manipulated by various egregors (egregors are intelligent collective thought clusters that have great power to control and manipulate an unprotected person) and so-called energy programs. Every person has free will to a different extent – some less, some more. Although every person inherently has free will, it is strongly limited by other influences.
Free decisions?
People make a lot of decisions in their lives. Basically, every day a person makes various decisions about what to do and what not to do. Although everyone thinks that their decisions are their own free decisions, in reality this is not the case and often involves various external influences.
Forming an opinion
People think that they have formed their opinions and views on various things freely. A given person may mistakenly believe that it is their own opinion, which they have freely created. In reality, however, the person has succumbed to a manipulative egregore.

Now we come to the most important part of this article:
The above opinion on free will may seem quite controversial to the average person, but if one starts to meditate, one will find that this is the case:
When you decide to meditate, you will see how difficult it is – you will see how something controls you, you will see how difficult it is to control yourself, how difficult it is to even decide to meditate every day, because it is much easier to surf the internet on your mobile or computer or do anything else than to meditate. It is also very difficult to stay in meditation for a long time because you are constantly tempted to do something else, some other activity than meditating.
A person is controlled by so-called energy programs , which are not easy to defend against.
In meditation techniques as a whole, I consider it most important to know how to control oneself and one's will.
When meditating on breathing through the chakras, devote 95% of your attention to the will, to concentrating on the will. During meditation, try to find where the source of the will is. And with the power of will, try to feel the energy in the chakra.
Do you have a disturbing thought? Then, by willpower, try to feel the energy in the chakra, and you will feel it there, and the disturbing thoughts will recede into the background.
If you master this, then gradually you will be able to have a "strong will" throughout the day as a whole: throughout the day you will be able to resist the programs that will force you to do something wrong/useless – to do something other than meditation.
The right approach is also essential for success in meditation, as follows:
one has to really give oneself to meditation completely, to the limit, to 110%,
both in the short term, within the present moment when a particular meditation technique is performed, and in the long term (several days in a row).
I perceive meditation as a rather dramatic "spiritual struggle". A struggle with energy programs that try to assert themselves so that I don't devote myself to meditation but to something else.
I perceive the success of meditation by how long I managed to meditate during the day. The longer I managed to meditate during the day, the better.
