The person will not be able to freely choose whether to give 1 Euro or 20 Euro from their salary to the church. The assignment tax is in very serious conflict with democratic principles and the principles of freedom. <strong>The so-called separation of church and state would only take us back to the Middle Ages because people would pay a &quot;medieval&quot; church tax.<\/strong> In practice, the church would have even greater financial income than it does now, when there is still no separation of church and state!!!!<br> I see the solution in the church being financed on the basis of voluntary contributions from ordinary believers, and the state not giving a single cent to the church.<br> Another option is to finance the church as before, but with a much smaller amount &#8211; to reduce the church&#39;s funding by 90%.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"The introduction of the assignment tax would mean even greater financial income for the church than before!!!
