Religion vs. Sect. Treatment Centers for Victims of Sects

  • We forget that religious fanaticism is practically becoming a sect.
  • A victim of religious fanaticism has no free will . They are completely robotized by religion and instead of their own mind, their own reason, they use the collective mind of the egregore of religion, the energetic programs of religion.
  • Society greatly underestimates the problem of religion. The larger the religion, the greater the number of followers it has, the stronger the egregore is created, and the more strongly it can manipulate the minds of members and non-members of the religion. Non-religious people, non-members of a given religion, do not realize that the religious egregore also has an impact on their minds. In practice, this manifests itself in the fact that people are overly tolerant of religion, do not consider religion to be a problem, and do not consider it necessary to help Christians free themselves from slavery.
  • A so-called liberal Christian is a person who tries to take only the positive aspects from religion.
People were very upset when a video was released in which Minister Krajčí spoke about how he cast a devil out of a yogi and how he went crazy from the Holy Spirit. People did not realize that what Krajčí said is theologically an absolutely official mainstream part of the Catholic faith. 99% of Catholic priests believe that yoga is from Satan. Also, the Pentecostal form of Christianity that Krajčí spoke about is also a completely official part of the Catholic Church. People did not understand that Krajčí is only a very small part of the problem. The real problem is Christianity, which has been radicalizing and becoming fanatical in recent years instead of following a positive trend of evolution. It is also a big problem that the voice of moderate Christians, who criticize fanatical Christians, is very weakly heard.

It is similar with Father Kuffa as it is with Krajčí, whom some media like to criticize, but the media themselves forget that moderate Kuffas are the majority of Catholic priests. Secular society is very tolerant of Christianity because it does not understand what Christianity actually is.

Similarities between religion and sect. Divorces, broken or divided families

I've heard that in cases where one person from a married couple leaves Jehovah's Witnesses and the other doesn't, it ends in divorce. The same applies to Christianity, it's just not talked about as much. Religious Christian fanaticism can often end in divorce. Not only can a sect divide and cause conflict in a family, but religion can too, for example, when part of the family rejects religion, it can lead to considerable unrest. Conflicts between parents and children are quite a common phenomenon, especially if the child rejects religion.

Religion as a mental personality disorder

Psychology is the slowest developing science compared to other scientific disciplines, so psychology does not see such a big problem in religion.

Unfortunately, society as a whole is not aware of this social problem and does not understand it.

If humanity does not reverse its evolution, in 100 years there will certainly be the first psychotherapeutic centers that will help Christians.

Society does not realize the enormous manipulative potential of religion. A fanatical Christian completely loses free will. We should not be indifferent to the fact that these people have damaged psyches and their minds are completely controlled by the energetic programs of religion.

Properly, a special psychiatric-psychological department should be established to help victims of religious fanaticism.

I also see no reason why there couldn't be psychologists today who would dedicate themselves to helping religious fanatics. However, this won't work without relatives who would bring the victim of a Christian sect to a psychologist. It would be good if the attitude of the whole society towards religion changed. I consider it right to bring a person to a psychologist under certain psychological pressure, because religion is manipulation in itself, and Christianity, in its foundation, teaches the refined imposition of its faith on non-believers. Religion was imposed on the victim involuntarily, and they can also be brought to a psychologist involuntarily, who will help them.

When is religion a disease/illness? Diagnosis

When does religion become slavery?

In psychology and psychiatry, the concept of non-substance addiction is well known. For example, there can be an addiction to gambling. Religion is an addiction for some people. They are complete slaves to various religious activities without which they cannot imagine life. They are addicted to their priest, confessor, or religious leader. They would feel depressed and experience withdrawal symptoms if they did not listen to religious radio, television, or an authoritative sermon from a religious leader on the internet during the day.

Other symptoms of religion as a disease: inability to discuss critical arguments against religion or a religious leader. The victim of a Christian sect or religious fanaticism feels irritated, nervous, touched, and offended when hearing critical arguments against religion. They do not accept criticism. During a discussion, it is typical for them to digress from the topic, not respond to the arguments presented, and just repeat themselves. The discussion about religion is conducted in a very nervous atmosphere.

In general, it is very difficult to help a religious person. If you discuss religion with them, the religious fanatic does not accept your help and instead believes that it is not them but you who need help. If you have a problem with religion, then the problem is with you. A religious person believes that religious fanaticism is the norm, that it is the natural state of the soul, and that all secular people are actually misguided people outside of God's nature. You try to help the religious fanatic, but they perceive you as their greatest enemy, a person from Satan who is trying to destroy their faith, because that is how religion has programmed them.

Discussion can help a lot. But you can't discuss with a religious person, and if you can't discuss with them, it's very difficult to help them.
