The official teaching of the Catholic Church prohibits:
• masturbation,
• contraception, sex for pleasure (sex is allowed only for the purpose of reproduction),
• oral sex
• enriching sex with a fetish or other types of variety or sexual practices.
A Catholic priest will not marry a couple without providing them with premarital preparation. Part of the premarital preparation is the presentation of the Catholic teaching on sexuality, which, if you do not follow, God will fry you in hell.
The fact that Catholic prohibitions in sexuality have no justification in the Bible and that Protestants do not share many prohibitions in sexuality does not bother Catholics. After all, the main thing is that you are good bigoted religious Catholic fanatics.
Many Catholic priests interpret the Church's teaching on masturbation as meaning that it is a lesser sin to sexually abuse a child than to masturbate. This is also the reason why sexual abuse is far more common among Catholic clergy than among secular people.
The teaching of the Catholic Church is in absolute contradiction with science and scientific knowledge. The Catholic Church openly commands believers to lead a harmful lifestyle. Religion leads people to backwardness and slavery.
The Church teaches in contradiction to psychology and medicine. Psychology speaks of the positive influence of sexuality for the purpose of pleasure.
The Church teaches that ejaculation should be limited to reproduction. However, scientific research claims that the lack and neglect of ejaculation is harmful to health / risky for the prostate, for prostate health. I would like to remind you that prostate diseases are among the most common diagnoses in men.
• Scientific research explicitly states that ejaculation is a prevention of prostate cancer, which is about the second most common type of cancer in men.
• Scientific research shows that regular ejaculation is a preventive and therapeutic method for prostatitis.
• Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH): although some studies say that no link has been proven between BPH and the frequency of ejaculation, other studies suggest a positive effect or prevention of BPH through regular ejaculation. The "misrepair-accumulation aging theory" describes BPH as a consequence of prostate muscle weakness. And muscles weaken when you don't use them.
◦ Furthermore, there is a proven link between BHP and erectile dysfunction, which is indirect evidence that the prostate also has problems with a lack of ejaculation.
The prostate is a glandular and muscular organ that is designed to be "used". It is logical that neglecting to use this organ will bring an increased risk of health problems. Similarly, skeletal muscles are there to be used. If they are not used, health problems such as obesity, loss of muscle mass in older people, and many others will occur. It is similar with the prostate.

Benign prostatic hyperplasia is an age-related disease. The misrepair-accumulation aging theory [39] suggests that the development of benign prostatic hyperplasia is a consequence of fibrosis and weakening of the muscular tissue in the prostate. [40] The muscular tissue is important in the functionality of the prostate and provides the force for excreting the fluid produced by prostatic glands. However, repeated contractions and dilations of myofibers will unavoidably cause injuries and broken myofibers. Myofibers have a low potential for regeneration; therefore, collagen fibers need to be used to replace the broken myofibers. Such misrepairs make the muscular tissue weak in functioning, and the fluid secreted by glands cannot be excreted completely. Then, the accumulation of fluid in glands increases the resistance of muscular tissue during the movements of contractions and dilations, and more and more myofibers will be broken and replaced by collagen fibers.
