Godzone, or "This is not really a sect"
This week I had the opportunity to participate in the Godzone project "New Level". Please note that this article is purely subjective, it is my opinion.
I was looking forward to it, and the idea of developing a relationship with God in this way excited me. On the Internet I found that the project is under the umbrella of the Association of Christian Youth Communities and its chairman is a priest of the Catholic Church, so I thought great, at least it won't be about any "Hallelujahs". Later I came across a trailer for the aforementioned project. The promotional team made a point of psycho music and young people who see the door, and when they finally open it, they jump in… Mainly because Catholics are bothered by AC/DC (a rock band) because the words "do it, do it" are a hidden message from the devil….
It's a few minutes before the start, and I meet nice young people, they say the project helped them in the past years, because they were going through a difficult time. Our conversation is interrupted by an inconspicuous political advertisement, about how to move Slovakia to a new level, ladies and gentlemen, the KDH people are finished, now OĽANO is here for you, at least this time it didn't sound "for God and the nation", fortunately…
The beginning of the concert and with it the first songs. The celebration of God combined with a modern style, even rap songs. I was pleasantly surprised, it cheered me up, the songs were interspersed with stories of people who did not stop believing even in the worst times. I think to myself, great, but then words like "kingdom of God, awakening" appear more and more often, which sound unnatural and fanatical. The moderators greet each other with the sounds of the game "Super Mario" and the girls spin around me as if it was the best thing they have ever heard… (by the way, they do it all the time) I stop the young guy who is helping out there and ask where the basket is, because I just finished eating an apple, and I don't even know what he said to me, but he just spun around, jumped up and continued his pilgrimage with this "graceful dance". I'm starting to feel like I need drugs for this…
The hall is full and people around me are closing their eyes, needing to soak up the atmosphere, in the meantime we raise our hands, some are saluting continuously. They probably believe in God more than I do… Well, they, Catholics, mind yoga – you connect with the horned one, but the fact that they raise their hands up and down, that's fine. They mind meditation music, you connect with the devil, they mind Paolo Coelho – a strange artistic soul, which in my opinion is a gift and a curse of all artists, but for them he is just a sectarian Satanist (I will keep quiet about the fact that Harry Potter is not suitable for your children, the occultist one, even that Dobšinsky was, because his fairy tales are just a hag). No no, this is simply not a sect, but I will reach a new level, and I feel that I am closer to the sect than ever before. Just a feeling.
Sure, I, a Catholic dissident, a sheep trying to return to God, can't know anything about what a sect is. Maybe not from this perspective, but I have sound judgment. This is simply sick, for nothing will the 4,000 participants tell me that it's right, and will hug me like their sister! Nothing has changed, no modern form, just a change in the form of brainwashing. Space for religious fundamentalism as if embroidered, because who will check this new teaching. After all, many of them are satisfied, the majority, the majority is right, democracy and that's it. I'm not even surprised that Muslims blow it up in the city center. When someone influences them, a new level.

It has also happened with saints that the deceptions of the evil spirit or their own imagination, they considered it a divine work, but there was no truth to it.
I return to Muhammad and his strangling Angel, for it was also God's message, a gift that He sent him an angel. And those who string bombs on the jihadists will also tell them, God willing, to spread Islam by the sword.
However, New Level is not a sect, because God is praised and glorified here, but then I accidentally come across an article about how the Godzone sect infiltrated the Catholic Church and shows signs of occultism and the New Age church of Bethel.
I don't really know what's true about that article, but I do know that I refuse to be a part of something I'm not comfortable with. I refuse to be a sheep!
