They still have a valid license to sell it, although it is currently not available in the Czech pharmacy supply chain. It definitely makes sense to ask this company if and under what conditions it is
able to supply guanfacine individually. The company also has a branch in the Czech Republic.

Dexmedetomidine<\/strong>
Dexmedetomidine<\/a> is, in principle, an agonist of adrenaline alpha-2 receptors intended for bipolar patients, especially for symptoms of agitation<\/a> . The word agitation has a specific meaning in psychiatric terminology; it is a state of restlessness.
This drug has a wide range of uses. Unfortunately, in the Czech Republic or Slovakia, it has only limited use and only in the intensive care unit, which makes the use of this drug in the psychiatric department practically unrealistic, although it would be most applicable there. What a pity.
Dexmedetomidine is provided exclusively in injectable form<\/a> .

Clonidine<\/strong>
Clonidine acts as an agonist on adrenaline alpha-2 receptors and on imidazoline receptors, which makes it probably the most potent drug for lowering blood pressure. Agonism on imidazoline receptors also accounts for the reduction of blood pressure, but they have no effect on the psyche. Guanfacine is better for psychiatric patients because the side effect of lowering blood pressure is not as great and it acts more specifically.
