It will be good news for you that the possibility of really effective treatment of all anxiety disorders, generalized anxiety disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, panic disorder, etc. can also be treated with medicines available on the Slovak pharmaceutical market (registered in SUKL).
The ideal drug for this is guanfacine , which works by directly reducing the production of noradrenaline in the brain, but it is only available for special import (who knows if any psychiatrists have even requested it from SUKL so far).

These disorders can be treated with "psychoactive" adrenaline blockers , which can penetrate the blood-brain barrier.

Prazosin (an alpha-1 adrenergic receptor blocker) is suitable for the above disorders – however, it is not available in the Slovak Republic. However, doxazosin has the same effect, as it also penetrates the blood-brain barrier and has the same effect.

This is how I advised a certain psychiatric patient:
Doxazosin. It is also registered in Slovakia. It would also help you very well, the active substance penetrates the brain. However, neither a psychiatrist nor a general practitioner can prescribe it. Only an internist can prescribe it, which should not be such a problem. Officially, this drug could be prescribed to you for hypertension if it could not be prescribed for a generalized anxiety disorder. To enhance the therapeutic effect, this drug can also be combined with metoprolol. Doxazosin only slightly lowers blood pressure, so this combination is possible.
With metoprolol, dreams or nightmares may sometimes be a side effect – but this does not have to happen – doxazosin should suppress this side effect.

The combination of both drugs is correct for all the above-mentioned disorders , perhaps with the exception of post-traumatic stress disorder.

Metoprolol is sought by people who want to have vivid dreams for the purpose of spiritual experiences. Metoprolol has very good results in terms of dreaming. So far, all the people I know who have taken it say they have vivid dreams. In the Slovak Republic, metoprolol can also be prescribed by a general practitioner.
